**winter drawdown only 3 feet, we will still have 5 feet of water under our dock**
Come stay at our lake house! You will have your own house and dock right on the water to enjoy sun bathing, swimming, fishing , boat watching, bird, duck and turtle watching
We are only about 8 Miles from the quaint downtown. Enjoy one of the many Hot Springs restaurants, art galleries, shops, and then come home to the lake house to build a fire in the fire pit and kick back and watch the ducks, birds and wildlife. We often see an eagle soaring over the lake.

Our wonderful lakefront home is situated at the end of a point, so it has a beautiful view from every window from sunrise to sunset.
Our two bedroom, two bath home would be enjoyed for a couples get away or a small family looking for some lake house fun. It's also a great house for a small group of friends getting away for a fun filled vacation!

Our lake home is right on the water, on a flat lot, so no stairs to climb to get to the lake. We have a large deck overlooking the water where you can enjoy outdoor grilling, dining or relax watching the sun rise and set over the lake. The swim dock is just feet away from the deck where you can sit and enjoy watching the kids swim and play or bring your fishing gear to go fishing off the dock!

We have a very nice SERTA HYBRID king size mattress in the master bedroom, bamboo hardwood floors, carpet in the bedrooms and new light and airy paint colors throughout. We have made it as comfortable and relaxing as possible, with everything you need to make you feel like your at your own vacation home. So come and enjoy all the fun and beauty Hot Springs and our Lake Home have to offer!

It was a great weekend. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed the still quiet waters in the mornings. The house is just what the listing said. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.nice personal touches.

We loved sitting out on the dock early in the morning. The geese, turtles, and fish were just a few of the sights along with just the ever changing beauty of the lake. I’d bring a cushion if you want to sit out as long as we did! The house itself was clean and has all the thoughtful touches you might need. The only trouble we had was that we couldn’t figure out how to work the tv but that was probably user error. There was a note for how to work it. I would totally recommend this place.

House was very clean and well stocked. Kids had a blast jumping into the lake anytime they felt like it and the views alone are worth the stay. Had an issue with the washer not working on the first day, but after contacting the owner she had a repair man there the next day. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and very easy to communicate with.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming lake house! The beds were comfy, the views of the lake were gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The home was pristinely clean, and we made good use of the nice washer and dryer while we were there for the last couple of days of our vacation. We especially loved using the grill and eating our meals on the deck overlooking the lovely lake! We’d be so happy to stay at this relaxing spot again sometime soon!

Absolutely loved the location and cozy home feeling. We built a fire, fished, enjoyed sitting and eating on the dock. We rented a boat from the neighbor (pleasure point marina) enjoyed fisherman's wharf and world buffet..Absolutely loved it all..

We were here to do some hiking in the area and the house was a good location. Close to hiking trails as well as downtown Hot Springs. The house was very clean and we absolutely loved the lakefront view and enjoyed watching the geese.

CONS: - Master tub jets didn’t work (which was a HUGE disappointment) - Master toilet seat is not secure - Some of the kitchen drawers kept falling of the inside hinges, which was really frustrating after a while. PROS: - Ample towels, washcloths, kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans - Quieter neighborhood (and yes the neighbors yard was dirty but I understand that it no fault of the owners of this listing). It was still an eyesore nonetheless. - Conveniently located and close to town but still enough to have some peace and quiet. SUGGESTIONS: - Wooden planks at the bottom of the screen doors (assuming to hold it in place or prevent unwanted entry. I would make a note of it for future tenants in the listing or check in description. - Washing machine be malfunctioning as it was violently shaking at times and making a loud rattling noise. I would check into that.

The house has a beautiful view of the Ouachita River and surrounding woods. The grounds were nice and offered a great deck, porch, and yard for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The house is clean and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. The only problem is in the master bathroom where there is significant water damage around the tub and toilet.

We came to Hot Springs for our fall break vacation. The house was very clean, quiet, and super comfortable. The views were spectacular, and we loved watching the geese, ducks, and other wildlife on the lake. It was just a short drive to Bathhouse Row and the National Park. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose to stay at this property again!!!

The property is gorgeous. It’s sits right on the water with a nice deck and wrought iron furniture and double swing. We spent most of our time there fishing, reading and enjoying the wildlife and people boating. We had a fire in the fire pit next to the deck in the evenings. The house is very comfy and cozy. Great mattresses! The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. We would love to come back in the spring.

This is our third time to stay at this property. We have stayed there in the summer time and in the fall - loved every minute every time! The home is so welcoming and accommodating for relaxation and has a phenominal lake side deck, fire pit and views! It took us approx. 17 minutes to get to Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs with other Hot Springs venues being even closer. Our teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed jumping off the deck into the lake for a swim this summer. My husband and I enjoy waking up and having coffee while enjoying the serenity of the lake in the mornings. This is a special gem of a lake house that we plan to visit again and again!

We wanted to go somewhere with water, but was quiet to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The location was perfect. We were able to go into Hot Springs for dinners, enjoy the lake during the day right outside the back door. Even though the lake was fairly busy, as we were there for a weekend, the location felt fairly private. We really enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about coming back next year and bringing our 3 yr old daughter.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s beautiful! We were in town for softball nationals. About a 15 minute drive to the ballpark. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake after a hot day at the ballpark. The house has everything you need to cook or grill. Definitely would stay here again.

My mother and I stayed over Memorial weekend and could not have been more pleased with this location. Every room has a lake view, and the lake is literally steps from the back door. We frequently sat outside and enjoyed watching the lake festivities, but we also found that the noise was not at all intrusive when indoors, thanks to a nicely built home. Beds were very comfortable and night time was peaceful. It was truly the best of both worlds, and the views were better than advertised!

We had a great time! Very peaceful and the views were amazing, we had turtles, ducks and geese come by the dock, the geese love bread! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to put our motorcycle in the garage. The beds were very comfy. I would like to come back in the fall when the trees are turning and the air is crisp. Hot Springs is 10-15 minutes away. One of the best VRBO stays that we have had. My 92 year old dad loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and when we got back from riding he would be at the dock. Thank you for sharing your lake house!
