This Villa has a CALIFORNIA KING BED in the Master Bedroom & a Queen Bed in the guest room plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room .......We offer The Cabana Club in Key Colony Beach for your stay, a short ride south which has a Large Pool, Beach, Tiki Bar & Grill for our guests... Email for details in securing passes for your stay...Our guests do not have access to the pool/lagoon areas & kids club amenities at the Resort. We offer a 35 Foot Boat Slip (optional) located in Lake Lucille (resort small boat basin) approximately 200 yards from our Villa. We use Grassy Key Marina or Hawks Cay Marina for launch and storage. This is to be arranged by the guest. Local Attractions include the Dolphin Research Center, Sea Aquarium & Turtle Hospital. Local beaches to visit include Curry Hammock, Long Key, Sombrero Beach & Bahia Honda State Park. WE DO RENT NIGHTLY.....Check our Villa online calendar for Availability and Rates.......Enjoy the view of lush palm trees surrounding the villa from an upper and lower deck and walk a few short steps to the beautiful turquoise waters where you can jump on your boat from your dock rental or just stroll the dock and perhaps see a Manatee....

We have provided everything you need for your vacation or time away. Two bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom with its own private bath. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals to enjoy on your outside deck. There is also a dining area with seating for six and living area with 55-inch flat screen smart TV with cable.

We are located at Mile Marker 61 at The Village at Hawks Cay on Duck Key between Islamorada and Marathon. Both towns offer many great restaurants and shopping. You can also swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center or at Theater by the Sea as well as at the Hawks Cay Resort. Key West is only 61 miles south making it a great day trip for culture, food, and shopping.

The owners are 5 star! The villa is conveniently located to the main Hawks Cay lodge as well as the Angler & Ale Restaurant and docks. The unit is clean, comfortable and accommodates 4 adults with everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled getaway. If you plan ahead, like we always do when coming to the Keys, I suggest you stop at Publix and stock up on any food, drinks and extras (shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc) that you may want while on property as it’s about a 25 min drive to the closest grocery store and that’s during non-peak season. This is not a complaint just a friendly suggestion for anyone not familiar with the area. The Cabana Club at Key Colony was well worth the money for the use of the gorgeous pool, beach, food, drinks and hospitality. As couples who frequent the Keys and have stayed everywhere from Isla Bella, Hawks Cay, Cheeca Lodge and multiple other locations, I would rate this location as high as all of these properties and at a definitely better rate. We will be back!

Hawk’s Cay is such a beautiful resort, everything is impeccably maintained. We enjoyed our stay in the Villa- very well taken care of and comfortable home, and conveniently located on the property. Duck Key is in a great location- it is close to Islamorada and Marathon, tons to do nearby. The only downside is not being able to use the pools or play areas (sand courts, etc) on property. Which is stated in the listing- this was as advertised. It was tough with kids to see the places on site, but not be able to go. That being said, we had a fantastic time snorkeling, boating, exploring and eating all of the delicious food in The Keys! The home is lovely and the owner’s are very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here on our way to Key West. It was perfect stop over on the way down and back. The ease in the communication and rental process was that I have ever experienced in all my rentals. The decks were great. Highly recommend this villa

Beautiful property. Excellent location, midway between Key Largo and Key West. Well maintained property, yard, trees and setting out on the porch was so relaxing. Toured up and down through the Keys and was so awesome to come back to such a comforting place felt just like home!

This property has everything for family to enjoy the keys. We had a quiet villa with very communicative host, when needed. Set away from the touristy areas, we had the ability to get to populated areas in less than 15mins. Our just have us great suggestions, and I would add on a few family areas we discovered- mini golf, turtle and dolphin rehabilitation ctrs, great food all within a short drive. We stopped at Publix in Marathon and loaded up for cooking at the villa, and reserved one meal out each day. The amenities for our stay were all updated and clean. Our host also left detailed instructions for our stay/ clean up and check out. I was concerned about the keys being a “party/ college” environment, but was pleasantly surprised with the villas atmosphere and visible security and grounds community. They were top notch. It’s was all quiet at night and very relaxing. I recommend this property for anyone looking for an enjoyable place to stay and relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Hawk’s Cay on Duck Key. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the listing. It is located in a convenient part of the resort and was relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had ceiling fans, which was a nice bonus. The bathrooms are small but well equipped. The kitchen was also well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was another bonus. The host provided accurate and timely information and instructions and was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was well kept. Clean. As described. Beautiful back porch and plenty of outside furniture to enjoy outdoor deck. Convenient 4 min walk to marina and boat dockage. Resort area has great amenities which we never had time to enjoy because we were out on the boat the whole time. Unit has washer dryer and dishwasher which were very needed. Fully equipped kitchen and full supply of linens and towels and basics like soap, TP, detergent for washer and pods for dishwasher. Great place. Would rent it again . Donna was a great host and was good with communications. The area is convenient to launch and access both the bay and ocean pretty easily and quickly. We did both multiple times during our stay.

The home was immaculate and very nicely furnished. Very comfortable - beds were great. Lovely decks upstairs and down. Community is well-kept and attractive. Basics like salt/pepper, paper goods, dish detergent, laundry detergent provided, which was great. This was our second stay here and it very much met our needs. Lovely place!

We have been to The Keys multiple times and this is the first property we have stayed in on Duck Key/Marathon. While I was apprehensive about not having access to the resort pool and amenities, it did not affect our trip one bit. The Cabana Club at Key Colony was awesome! The beach and pool were great and we met so many nice people!

Property was clean, bathrooms small and closets very small. Had to leave items in suitcase. Mstr Bedroom didn't have much room on each side of bed. It was fine and owner was nice. Paid for Cabana Club, didn't realize it was 8 miles away to go swim and beach was dirty. Wish I hadn't paid the money, the day I went it was packed with kids and people. Not my idea of relaxing.

Family of five stayed here for our first Mini-Season. Checkin was so easy, and the homeowner was so nice to talk details in advance and even helped share where to launch boat and store trailer. House was the perfect location, and I the cherry on the top was the quietness of the back patio. Nice lounge furniture allowed a breezy morning read of “Old Man in the Sea,” and the greenery that shades the deck is so perfect. Rented the dock slip associated to this listing, and was so happy to find bumper lined poles and the dock spot under another awesome shade tree. Truly, a trip of a lifetime.

We love staying at duck key and it is tradition for our family to go there at least once a year! Donna’s place is impeccable. In a highly marketed vacation area where the offerings can range from kitschy to glamorous, her home is classy, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. The residence is very well maintained in a secure, high end neighborhood with docks and water all around. You’ll enjoy lovely decor, landscaping and comfortable amenities inside, glorious sun, water and breezes outside. We wanted to double our stay.

This is a great property! Good location, clean and comfortable. You can see the owner takes pride I their property and ensuring their guests have a great stay. Donna is a great host! Short drive to Islamorada and Marathon for great restaurants and beaches. Loved Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park - nice park and beaches, and not crowded. Chef Michael in Islamorada and Hideaway Cafe in Marathon are must eat restaurants! Make that reservation!

The renting process was simple and the hosts were readily available to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The villa itself was beautiful and furnished with all the necessities. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. It’s located in the middle of the Keys so an easy drive to either Key Largo or Key West. There were no drawbacks to this villa. And the perfect host!
