Робота охоронців,тактична,комфортна,гарні враження!

Робота рецепшину,і адміністратора((( На робочому місці не знайти,на телефон не відповідає,про відсутність гарячої води теж замовчують(((( Плюс в час вимкнення світла( розумію що не ваша провина ),але у душову та туалет навіть на протязі дня неможливо попасти( бо темінь,невже не можна хоч якісь акамуляторні світлячки поставити з датчиком руху наприклад )

За таку ціну, в принципі, питань немає і бути не може :)

Зручне розташування, до метро можна легко дійти пішки навіть з валізами. Відмінне співвідношення ціна-якість. У номері все є: обігрівач, рушники, гаряча вода, робочий телевізор. Непоганий вай-фай, вдалося попрацювати. Номер чистий та просторий, як сама кімната, так і ванна. Тихий (або не було сусідів), бо жодних сторонніх звуків за ніч я не помітила. Є чайник, що трапляється не в кожному номері за замовчуванням, тому чайникам я особливо радію :) На вході чергує охоронець, цілодобово, наскільки я зрозуміла. Це трохи посилює відчуття безпеки.

Сама будівля доволі стара, про що явно свідчить планування. Багато сходів туди-сюди, якихось переходів і поворотів, тому дістатися з валізами до номера той ще квест. Звісно, власники готелю це виправити не в змозі, проте мандрівникам з важким багажем варто бути до цього готовим. І трохи збентежили стародавні стільці. Не дуже хотілося з ними контактувати.

Вже порадила своїм колегам. Дякую.

Ввічливий персонал. Метро поруч. Зрйчно добиратись. В номері є все для проживання. Ціна зажовільняє.

Першу ніч щось покусало обличчя. Комари? Ніч була перервана на боротьбу із зудом та припухлостями. Хоча сплю завжди міцно (тим більше після ночі в дорозі та напруженого дня). Друга ніч. Великий недолік, можливо лише у номері 33 - 3 поверх: під час дощу неймовірно сильно краплі барабанять по підвіконню. Закрите вікно (а це не завжди комфортно) майже не змінюює ситуацію. Довго не заснути, під ранок після вимушеного пробудження - доспати барабанні палички дощу вже не дали. Сподіваюсь ці недоліки усунути великих затрат не вимагають. Хотілось би й надалі зупинятись у вас.

Great place for stay

Clean and comfy

Single person room is on 3rd (which is like 4th actually) floor. May be a problem if you have a bunch of bags.

Great place to stay for two persons, good place for one

Value for price is great. Quiet place. Has security staff. A couple of minutes of walk from the metro station.

The beds are quite old and not very comfy.

Good hotel for your specific needs.

The hotel is quiet cheap but there is a very nice woman (sorry I didn't asked her name) that she gives all the service. She is very kind, helpful and she will do the best for you during your stay.

Nothing especially, Nothing to love, If you take this hotel for your specific needs it is OK. The mattress are old and not comfortable.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the metro. Friendly efficient lady at reception. Price is excellent. Much better to stay here than some of the hotels nearer the centre that smell of stale cigarettes and cost more. Will be back in October.

Nothing from side. Perhaps if you have heavy bags the top floor where I was might be tricky.

Very good

Good connection to metro, airconditioning works nicely, good functioning shower and a nicely cold mini fridge Friendly host! Easy check in. Much local fruit and bread sellers on the street nearby was a nice extra.

No kitchen or microwave. Plastic forks and plates on request was very welcome from the host.

I paid online, security guard gave me my keys at night, and I did not face any receptionist. I was just happy, noone bothered me. Acceptable walking time to metro station.

Old-fashioned poor furniture communist-style, almost no noise protection

Nice hotel and very good value

The staff were friendly. Lots of grocery shops and bars along with the metro on your doorstep. I stayed in this part of Kyiv to be near my friend and all was good. In fact I have stayed in Kyiv centre before but would stay here again. WiFi also worked great.

No problems at all.
