restaurant is at the top, thai food and european food is excellent . full of sporty guys are training for thai boxing.

Cool design

Very cool design. Lots of places to chill. Room was clean and spacious. Location is okay.

Staff didn't speak English very well. Communication was very hard. Checking in and out was an issue and a simple request for a cup of tea at night, was too much to ask. Also the bike didn't work and the food wasn't very good. The cheese and butter was really warm (not room temperature, but dangerously warm).

overall good stay in hivetel

the stay at Hivetel was pleasant. i've booked a 3 person dorm for our stay. Free bicycle use for 1 hour to explore around

Space is very limited for us to move around and BECAREFUL of the wall phone! it can be easily fall off from the holder and broke into pieces. I need to pay unreasonable price 1500baht for it :(

Great value for your Money new and modern and very helpful staff

The property was very clean and staff very nice and helpful. The staff was very accommodating. The pool was great and clean. Very close to Phuket Fight club 5 min walking distance.

They only had a few items from their menu actually available to purchase at their restaurant. I didn’t like that there were ants everywhere In the hotel room but I guess that happens in the jungle.

Do yourself a favour and book a room ASAP!!

From the moment I stepped foot on the property I was immediately looked after, the girl at reception was so sweet, she brought me to the local shop to save me from using my credit card and gave me loads of information about different activities and places to go for the food! As a traveller, I would go out of my way to come back to experience their facilities and warm welcome again! Thank you so much for everything! 😁

Nothing bad to report, was an amazing experience and well located to everything!

Everything is so sweet.

Everything is just chill and relax. Very calm and pleasant. The pool was amazing.

If you are booking for 3 people better to select two rooms because one room is not enough. The location is just amazing. Everything was so satisfying.

Not much - room has air conditioning and was cleaned whenever we put the sign on the door.

The pool was incredibly dirty which put us off. Onsite restaurant was so expensive and we didn't see the value. The soundproofing was horrible, you could hear exactly what was going on in the next room or when drunk people came back to play pool at 4am.

Passable

Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Complimentary bicycles and pool towels. Popular with under 30's, most likely due to the Tiger Thai kick boxing training centre close by. Nice pool Very quiet

Although I understand the concept of the industrial, rustic and metallic ambience, you are literally sleeping and staying in a shipping container 7mx3m. It feels like a futuristic capsule, and if you are a little claustrophobic or wanting a more hotel feel I would avoid. Container walls are not sound proof. Very remote, closest supermarket is a 25 minute walk. Very few middle aged couples or families. Internet is intermittent and not secure, fine for WhatsApp messages, forget WhatsApp telephone calls, checking emails or trying to work using your laptop. Communication in English is a challenge. Garbage collection is at 06:00 Saturday morning, no chance to sleep late. No complimentary tea or coffee, but there is a kettle.

Nice hotel but after the experience with the staff I won’t come back. Also remember that there is nothing around

The design is cool, rooms are clean, pool area is nice, there is also a gym

I didn’t like the fact that they weren’t able to charge my credit card - I needed to pay with another card with huge provision. also I was the one who had to take the initiative about the payment - text booking, give them ideas how to charge my card by the numbers etc. They didn’t do anything to help. I was willing to pay by cash when I check out but the night before staff came into our room AFTER 9pm demanding the payment and there was even a police officer 😅 They also asked about 1000 THB deposit when check in which is not mentioned anywhere. Wifi connection was poor and I wasn’t even able to call anyone. Although I loved the looks and hotels’ design I wouldn’t stay there one more time. Location is not good, without motorbike you won’t have anything to do there.
