A bright and sunny flat with comfy beds at the top of a house on Richmond Hill. Very quiet too. We loved the convenient location, near our family but also within walking distance of the Thames and the shops.

We stayed a week in this lovely flat. Easy walj to the Richmond District line & very safe neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby and kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. Would definitely recommend & we’d love to return!

Property was described and worked well for us, since we needed the reserved parking that was included. It was an easy walk to my wife's old school and the Richmond city center. Be advised, there are several flights of stairs up to the unit (not uncommon in London).

We loved our stay in Richmond! Everything felt like home, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We loved being able to relax here after a long day of sightseeing. It is within walking distance to the tube and downtown Richmond, with plenty of places to eat and shop!

Near perfect choice but....
Gave five stars for each category, but four stars overall. Why? Three short-comings in descending order of significance. First, the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. The left side slopes down making one feel like one will fall off the bed. Two, the sofa and chair in the main room needs to be updated. Seats and cushions offer little support and it feels you are falling forward. Three, should provide more than one tea towel for drying the dishes. (Yes - a small criticism, but so easy to address.)

Wonderful location
We stayed in the flat for one week and we very happy with our experience. Bek and her property manager are both very responsive. The flat was very clean. The location can’t be beat...easy walking distance to all the best parts of Richmond. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely flat in great location
This flat is in a great Richmond location - very central and just 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, parks tube and train station. The flat itself is very clean, nicely decorated and had everything my wife and I needed for for a comfortable stay. Chilled Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Good value. Highly recommend this flat.

Wonderful location and fabulous flat
We had a great stay in Bek's apartment. It's well maintained and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There were also breakfast items in the fridge when we arrived - much appreciated after a long trip. The apartment is in a great location just a few minutes walk to everything Richmond has to offer and to the tube. Bek and Anna are thoughtful hosts who respond quickly to messages. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great Flat, Great Location
I couldn't be happier with the flat we rented while staying in London. Its clean, neat, and is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. The flat is located within easy walking distance to the District Line and since its the first stop, you are almost guaranteed a seat! Richmond itself has lots going on and there are tons of places to eat and shop. The kitchen is small, but everything in the UK is small compared to the US. The owner has a handy guest book that explains everything and makes the stay much more efficient. I would definitely stay here again and, in fact, I booked it 2 more times in the future. Just be prepared to lug your luggage up some stairs!

Excellent place to stay when visiting London!
We had a great experience staying in this location. It is in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and within walking distance of the train station, 2 bus lines (one of them right in front of the flat), grocery stores (Waitrose and Whole Foods), and many good restaurants. It is also a short walk to the river. Getting to London is easy - 15-20 minutes on the tube. The flat itself is great - spacious living room with a dining table, TV, and nice kitchen with all the utensils and spices you'll need! The owner is always quick to respond via email, and we had no problems whatsoever. The one minor issue is with check-in and check-out times - if you're taking international flights, you might end up arriving well before check-in time and have to leave well after check-out time. So plan accordingly and talk to the landlady. On the whole, a great experience!

unbeatable location and ambience
If you want to be in West London, this flat is ideal: 10 minutes up the hill to Richmond Park, 10 minutes down the hill to infinite restaurants, shops, and excellent transport links to Central London. The property is airy, light, graceful, and immaculately clean. Rebekah is extraordinarily kind, considerate, and quick to respond to any questions. Ample hot water and very comfortable beds.
Rebekah has made thoughtful use of limited kitchen space. If you cook a lot, it may take a bit of experimenting to find how to arrange things most conveniently for you. If you're here for a long stay in winter and read a lot, you may find you want some extra light. (I easily bought inexpensive portable reading lamps.)
I warmly recommend this beautiful flat.
