This place was nice, but the entrance was very difficult to find and the instructions were not clear. The entry was hidden. But, the host was very responsive and answered right away and helped us find the entrance. Also, the floors were not level at all; it was really odd. But overall, the place was nice.

From the top notch concierge service to the lovely home, the is the place to book! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo. The exposed brick inside the condo is great look. The beds are super comfortable. Don’t forget to eat a delicious po boy down at the Litte Easy!

The pics were accurate and the place was so convenient. The St Charles Streetcar stops right outside. It is downtown, so expect traffic noise, but no more than I expected. There's a small bar downstairs, but never noisy and nice local place for a drink. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although we’ve rented in NoLa many times before, this was the first in the warehouse district. Location was perfect for those who want to see the quarter and the garden district or Tulane. Property manager was super communicative, place was perfect, beds were comfy. Woukd rent again.

We had a wonderful time. Exposed brick walls. Clean. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to WW2 museum and French quarter. Check in and out was a breezy. We loved loved staying here.

The location was incredible, the view of the WWII museum was amazing, and the ability to walk to the French quarter within 10 min was an absolute god send. I loved staying at this place and I will every time we go to NOLA. Thank you VACAY!!! :)

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It's kinda centrally located as in it's not too far from the French Quarter and also the bus and trolley lines are at either of the corners of the block the condo building is on. It was myself and 3 other female family members staying....plenty of room and we felt safe because of the way they have codes to get into the building, the elevator and the condo. The issues keeping this from being a 5 star review were.... The a/c wasn't working when we arrived the first
morning but the a/c repair men were literally getting on the elevator when we were arriving to fix the issue. It was fixed within about 30ish mins and the office credited me the early check in fee as compensation (thank you!). However, the a/c went out again later that evening and was not fixed until noon the next day. It was definitely an uncomfortable sleep that night in the "master bedroom " especially since there is no ceiling fan in that room. As for the "master bedroom"....it's at the front of the building which is overlooking the street (Julia St). The traffic noise at night (cars and the trolley) were very loud at many times and the little bar at the bottom of the building was also a little loud at times but I feel like the traffic noise was way worse and happened all night long whereas the bar closes at midnight so their noise stopped then. They should better insulate the windows or replace them with better ones so the noise is no longer a problem. It definitely made it hard to sleep at night. Other than that the only other thing was small....the provided pots/pans selection is lacking but since we ate out most nights, we made due with what was provided. I'd stay there again if they replaced the windows first.

Awesome
GPS was tricky at first. We stopped at The Little Easy bar for drinks waiting for check in and it stated that the property was located across the street in which it was in the same building.
Great location and atmosphere.

We met our college-aged daughters in NOLA for their spring breaks. The condo was perfect for us—located between the Garden District and the French Quarter. We walked everywhere all week. The neighborhood felt safe and was fairly quiet. The staff at VacayNOLA was top-notch with communication and assistance. Plenty of restaurants were nearby and the grocery store, too. We would definitely recommend this condo!

We stayed here for the Uptown route parades the week before Mardi Gras Day. The location is on the parade route.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, nicely laid out, and had all the amenities. We liked that we were in the Warehouse District, so it was perfectly located for us -- in between the Garden District and French Quarters. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect location between the French Quarter and Garden District, with plenty of local food options within walking distance. Condo was better than the pictures. Bring some ear plugs for the master bedroom if you aren’t used to city noise at night.
Very secure location with multiple points of secured entry—felt safe with a great view of the CBD district and partial view of the WWII Museum.
We would definitely stay here again as a group of 4 adults. St. Charles streetcar line is under construction but wasn’t very noisy, easy walk to bus stop or next streetcar line. Ubers were constantly within 5-10 min from this condo when needed but we walked almost everywhere in less than 20-25 min.

The Julia was a great place to stay. Barbara was great with providing suggestions for activities to do while in New Orleans. There is so much to do. They provided drinks and snacks for us for our first night. Everything is within walking, trolley, or taxi distance. I suggest you park your vehicle and take the trolley or a taxi. You have to pay for parking everywhere. You will come out cheaper using the trolley ($.25 per trip or $3.00 for the entire day. , a taxi (the most the fee costs was a little under $10 and we had 4 people in our group. We did have a driver from United Cabs who was a little rude, but the others were fairly nice.

Clean, comfortable, good communication and good location. 15 min walk from most
Elevator was down and stairs not lit at night would be my worst complaint.
Light on cookware but sufficient

Loved the Big Easy!!!!!
Nice, clean, quiet condo. Comfortable beds! Beautiful remodeled.

The condo was super clean, and they left drinks to welcome us. It's a great location for walking to restaurants, stores, etc. If you need parking the P130 garage is perfect to just leave your car in. We paid for a week, and it was super convenient.
4.8
Please don't judge this place by the posted pics. The pics make the place look outdated. It is not! If I were to allow one criticism, I would say that the master bedroom is a little noise at times. However, being on vacation, I was too tired to care.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be close but not too close to the night life that New Orleans has to offer.

Treasure in the Crescent City
This charming condo was the perfect place for us to base ourselves during our recent visit to New Orleans. Clean, beautifully appointed and spacious; it was the perfect spot to start our days: sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the city and end our days, toasting our adventures in the city as we gathered around the bar.
The location in the Arts District was a short walking distance to great restaurants, shops and galleries. and a bit longer ( but easy ) walk to the French Quarter and Garden District.
It’s proximity to the Trolley made it an easy ride down historic St Charles so we could view the beautiful mansions that line the tracks.
We loved the Condo and it’s affordable but very upscale feel. Exposed brick interior and views of the city gave this place an old world charm.
It was everything we hoped it would be and then some. We can’t wait to come back.

The property is in an awesome location being just blocks away from Canal Street. The property itself does not have parking so you have to park in the surrounding paid parking decks but they do have street parking along the side of the building. There's also a trolley that stops right outside so you can leave your car and hop on one of those. The space was very clean and well kept with cute charm. The pictures are accurate. I felt super secure as there are multiple codes and locks before reaching your space within the building. Management was very informative making sure to keep me up to date on any changes happening within the city. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing girls trip
This property was amazing. It was clean and it felt just like home. It was close to all the hot spots . The communication with the manager was amazing. The beds were comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the door code but it just took a phone call to fix. We will keep this property on our list to stay

All the Confort of Home!
This was a lovely property with exceptional customer service from the property management team. We reserved four condos in this building for a family birthday. The location was easy walking distance to anything we wanted to see. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family to gather when needed. Would definitely return abs stay here again.

Beautiful condo
Thank you for the help navigating in the city to the condo, we have never been there before so it was quite an experience just driving in there. Once we walked around and drove a few times we got the hang of it and the parking. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo had everything and more, so pretty and modern. My sister, nephew and I felt right at home. We appreciate being able to talk to you on the phone as well when we arrived. May God bless you all. 3/2021
