About this apartment rental

Lovely room with beautiful garden just outside the door in Montecito. King size bed, new shower tub, desk, wireless internet, flat panel TV, basic cable, gated property, laundry, fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Bed linens and towels provided as well. Peaceful garden area and use of shared pool and spa. E-mail for more info and please include your phone number.

$500 fully refundable deposit and rentals require a one time $100 cleaning fee.

30 night minimum stay

My husband and I (and 9lb maltese) had an amazing getaway vacation. We always stay in hotels so we did not know what to expect . We could not have asked for anything more. Carla & David were gracious and accommodating hosts and the cottage was immaculate! We WILL be back. Thank you both! M
