First of all the neighborhood was beautiful , quiet peaceful . The landlord.was Wonderful communication was excellent . The home was everything we could hope for it was just beautiful specially in person very well kept home and comfortable peaceful the booking of this home was well spent and we will continue to use this home more often holidays etc ... Many Blessings to the Landlord and his family...... You will never be disappointed you will love the home

Overall this was a great property. Plenty of space for everyone and a very nice home with quick access to anything you might need in the surrounding area. The only thing I can give negative feedback on is the cleaning. We paid a descent amount in cleaning fee for our stay so I assume that's charged to every occupant. However, we found quite a bit of trash and dirty dishes under the beds in the upstairs loft area. Overall we were very pleased with this house but had to call out the cleaning as that is unacceptable.

Had a family get together with the men of the family. This was an enjoyable spot for us to do everything we needed to do. Wasn't far from the airport or downtown. Convenient stores right around the corner.

Every aspect of the rental process was as advertised and the pictures match the amenities. Salt pepper and coffee filters were provided. The neighborhood was clean and walkable. The host responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. My family was very comfortable here.

There were 6 of us, 5 of whom flew in from out of town, to celebrate our friend’s 60th! We flew in during the winter storm of 2021, despite flight cancellations and changes for all of us, and thankfully the house had electricity! The owner was very responsive, very helpful and accommodating related to all the changes. The house was spacious, clean and comfy. We would book this house again, and book with this owner again!

The house was nice besides plumbing in bathrooms. The home owner was horrible and rude. He was watching us with cameras. He texted late at night and asked how many people were there. No one could stop by to see us like out family that lived in town. He was so rude

This house met our expectations because it was identical to the listing. Very convenient to all stores and attractions. Clean and safe area. Plenty of space in the house. Main room tv was small for size of room.

The site was convenient to our goal. The space, the bedrooms, the kitchen. the bathroom it was soo comfortable, better then a hotel, my brothers and sister were able to spend time together during breakfast and evening. It was great!!!

This property is extremely well maintained and was perfect for our girl’s reunion trip. Each of us had our own bed/room and the spacious space allowed us to stretch out at night while the intimacy of the kitchen living space provided the opportunity to cook, eat and play games while bonding. Booked this home for two families to attend the committal of our parents remains at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Although we had a total of 12 in our party, the house is so spacious it was more than adequate for our entire group. This beautifully appointed home was immaculately clean, accessible, and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was pleasant to work with and very responsive to enquiries and correspondence. We were extremely pleased with the stay and would highly recommend the property.

We had a family reunion on this property. Overall we all enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty spacious, and clean. The kitchen was decently equipped. There was enough furniture for a large family to hang outI Enough toiletries, and towels for everyone. I had brought my own spices for cooking but the basic stuff had been supplied. Formal dining had the table cloth & mats. I wanted to give 4.5 stars but I didn't know how and that was for the kitchen cabinet shelves, and decor being a little older than our expectation but still looked decent. Ok I'm nit-picking. I would'nt mind staying there again. Thanks Tinu, for making our reunion a pleasant one.

I booked this home for a reunion of former co-workers. There were six adults - 5 women and 1 man and we had plenty of room. We each had our own room and with 3 and half baths, there was never a problem. The air conditioning worked great. The water pressure in the showers was great and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen was huge and never crowded with several of us in there preparing food and drinks. All the appliances worked great and the seating was very comfortable. The parking available in the garage, driveway and in front of the house was perfect for our 5 vehicles. The location was very convenient to Love Field, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Ritz Carlton restaurant, Kroger and other restaurants we went to. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt very comfortable going for an evening walk around the block. I have to give major kudos to the owner, Tinu. He was so quick to respond to any questions and provide any information needed. I texted to ask if there were wine glasses somewhere (I did mention the place is huge right?). He called immediately and directed me to martini glasses. I told him that was fine and we would manage. I swear it wasn't 30 minutes later when he showed up at our door with two boxes of new wine glasses. Where do you get service like that?! We had a wonderful visit and everyone raved on the house and location. I would recommend it to anyone. My friends kept calling it JR Ewing's mansion - showing our age - anyone remember the TV show Dallas? Thanks Tinu for a great stay!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood, restaurants we’re nearby if you wanted to go eat out, and the Grapevine Mills Mall is Not too far away and real easy to get to.

This house was perfect for our trip! We were in town for a women's conference and had 12 women staying here. There was more than enough room, and everything was clean and well taken care of. There were many restaurants and stores in the area. I highly recommend renting this property.
