3 BR, 3 B condo with fabulous views sleeps 8 with sofa sleeper. BLACKOUT CURTAINS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS! I had no idea how important and rare this was until I rented other units for family gatherings. Everyone can enjoy sleeping in on vacation in this condo! Newly redecorated to create a beautiful, luxurious retreat. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental as well as 6 folding chairs which are in the condo. Also, for your convenience, beach towels, air inflator, rafts and beach toys are supplied. also available in the condo at no extra charge are a high chair and pack and play with sheets. Granite and stainless steel spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances and equipment. A nice selection of spices are in the pantry to simplify your grocery shopping. Balcony overlooks the emerald waters of the gulf and invites relaxation on lounge chairs or dining at the table with delicacies prepared on the grill. Sliding glass doors open wide between indoor and outdoor tables for a dining capacity of 12 with 3 additional seats at the bar. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall views from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom of the ocean. Master bedroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, which overlook Pensacola Bay, have queen beds and private baths. High quality linens and thick towels are in every room.

We had an amazing stay at this rental property! The condo itself is just beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed with three moms and five daughters between all of us for a dance competition, and this condo had amazing space for everyone and all of their things. The pool is beautiful, and the beach access is quick and easy. The owner was also extremely responsive and reached out to check on us prior to checking in. I'd highly recommend this property!

Great location (this building is a repeat and favorite vacation spot). We enjoyed all the units we’ve visited but this one is our favorite so far. Pictures are accurate, unit is well supplied, all furniture was clean and comfortable, and host was easy to communicate with.

This condo was fantastic for our extended family vacation. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The Blue Angels even made a beach buzz late Sunday afternoon!

This condo is AMAZING!!! Great Views from the very large Balcony. Comfy beds and very clean. We had an issue with a stopped up toilet our first day but the Host was very quick to respond to us. It was fixed and cleaned up within a few hours. They have everything you could possibly need. It made our time at Pensacola Beach a breeze.

The property looked as it did in the post. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrella were SUPER convenient. The only improvements I would suggest is that for the price I should not have to walk to put a dishwasher full of dishes away, fold and put away towels and the kitchen faucet just sort of hangs there because it is broken. If I was responsible for the dishes and towels, I would have liked to have known that. I followed the process and loaded and started the dishwasher, took the trash out and had the towels washed and, in the dryer, when we left that am. Other than those items it was a good property.

The property went well and beyond in stocking the property from basic household soaps and detergents and paper products. It was even supplied for children and babies. having prepaid beach chairs and umbrellas as well as having extras in the unit was also extremely useful.

Condo was everything we had hoped for. Balcony was nice and large for entire family to enjoy. The only downfall was none of our codes worked except for the condo door code and we only had 1 key fob for our entire family. We would stay here again if we return.

This condo is incredibly well stocked. Has absolutely everything you might need. The balcony is just incredible and the outdoor furniture is well thought out and comfy. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. Overall could not have had a better place to spend our vacation.

We loved everything about this unit at Beach Club. From the VIEW to the furnishings, the kitchen essentials, the large lanai, location and obviously the EMERALD clear WATER! The next time we visit Pensacola Beach this will be our place. The owner was so kind and helpful. I honestly can't recommend it enough. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for such a memorable trip. We'll be back.

Condo was very well equipped, plenty of everything. Really appreciated having some spices there and knowledge ahead of time coffee pot does not need filters just bring coffee. Lovely balcony furniture, comfortable beds, big dining table. Perfect views. Indoor heated pool jacuzzis inside and out. Reg outdoor I heated pool, spa on premises and great gym. We will be back and will choose this condo. Rent with confidence

Overall experience was excellent. Only questions was how many beach chairs was available for the condo. Should have been told ahead it was only two. So attendant did not have to tell you it was going to be 40 dollars for one day more or you move out of those. We had a party of 6 with 2 chairs and the one brought from the room.

If you want a perfect place to stay, this is it. Check in was easy, the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s far more beautiful in person. The furniture is top notch and would love to have it in my own home. The view of the ocean is awesome. The condo was supplied with everything we could possible need. We are already planning our trip to stay here next year. Restaurants are within walking distance. Crabs and Flounders is a must. I can’t say it enough how wonderful this place is. Talked to a lady staying in the Penthouse and was not happy with the view

The property was very clean and the facilities are really good. Has three elevators in the building and I don't remember ever waiting in line for the elevator which is rare at most places. Very nice pool to go along with a great room. The owner was very responsive to questions and very proactive in sending out info.

Beautiful condo! We loved the decor in every room. The condo was more than spacious enough for 3 adults & 2 kids. The balcony was another favorite of ours. We had beautiful ocean views. Evie was very sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We cannot wait to go back! Tracy B.

This property was in a good location. Could have been a little cleaner. Sheets, pool and hot tub were dirty. There was no crock pot. It was an okay facility at a gorgeous location. Lots of places to eat but staffing was still a problem with the COVID-19 restrictions..

Everything was top-to-bottom amazing. Super-clean, which is the most important thing to me. Decor was very nice. I've grown to expect VRBO places to feel like a decorator was hired to make things look impressive but on the cheap. This felt more like we were staying in a home borrowed from our aunt with great taste. The building is amazing too. The beach is wonderful. I didn't think I'd care about having beach chairs, but that was a really nice perk. We had stopped off here to break up a long drive. I wish we could have stayed longer.
