About this apartment rental
The entire property (all units) was repainted in the summer of 2017 and this unit has new floors that were installed in the summer of 2017. The kitchen was remodeled in the summer of 2019. The unit itself is 1350 square feet and is an end unit, single story (The building itself has only 8 units). There is a main living area, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and a screened in patio seating area. The unit includes a master bedroom (king size bed) with a master bathroom as well as a second bedroom (queen size bed) and bathroom. There is an attached garage and a car is able to park in the garage.
For your enjoyment, two bikes, two tennis rackets and balls, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a George Foreman grill are available for you to enjoy. WiFi included.
Pets are permitted, but per the HOA may not exceed 25 pounds and must be well behaved and approved in advance. Additional fee for pets will apply.
Per the HOA, rentals must be a minimum of 90 days and renters must be approved through the association with a credit check.
