Wonderful La Jolla Shores Location!!! Located in a private gated complex of only 3 units. This stunning, first floor, single level, fully furnished home is just steps from fabulous restaurants, shops, the world famous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Blacks Beach, and La Jolla Cove. Just a short drive to Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Downtown San Diego, PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. The immaculate interior offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths both with granite counter tops, open and light filled living areas, private back patio, natural stone flooring, fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen. Elevator and two secured parking spaces. Everything you need is included from linens to kitchen wares. You need only bring your beach clothes and evening attire. It’s a short stroll to local restaurants and shops. La Jolla shores has the best beach for walking, surfing, swimming and kayaking.

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.
The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area.

We have stayed here the last two years. Can't beat the location and condo layout is great; very comfortable and House is clean and has everything you need. My only complaint was that there was a loud noise that occurred sporadically through night in the master bedroom. It seemed to be associated with the upstairs unit or neighbors using the faucet or toilet (?) So we ended up sleeping on the couch and other room. It wasn't a huge issue for us because we had the space to spread out and I'm sure the owner can get it resolved easily as they are very attentive. Otherwise, this is an excellent rental.

This was a very spacious and clean property. It even had two parking spots, although we only had the one car. It was a 3 minute walk to La Jolla shores beach and 2 minutes to several good restaurants. Overall, great for my wife and I and our two kids.

Rental was easy to find, great off street parking, and easy to check in. Location is perfect, super close to beach, shops, and restaurants and it’s still very quiet at night. Lodging was very clean and user friendly, not sure about the host since we never had a problem or issue requiring assistance. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!

What a wonderful location for a relaxing beach vacation in La Jolla Shores. We loved being so close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops! Short Uber or 1 mile walk to La Jolla proper.

6 of us stayed in the unit. LOVED IT. Hands down the best unit we've stayed in in the San Diego unit. Two very large parking spaces in the garage under the unit. Elevator from garage to 1st floor unit is very helpful! 3 bedrooms - master has king, guest 1 has queen, and guest 2 has bunk bed (full/twin). Large kitchen with all the implements, laundry room, two bathrooms with shower/tub combos, lovely back patio, and super quiet. 3 min walk to beach (4 min if there's traffic on the street, ha!). Gated access. Across the street from restaurants and shops. Loved all the amenities, and property mgr Chris was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to families in a heart beat!

We absolutely love this home. We’ve stayed at the unit next door twice, and now this one, and both are great. When we make our annual trip to La Jolla, it’s our top choice for a place to stay. The location is perfect. Only 3 min walk to the beach (barefoot of course) and all the shops and cafes the Shores has to offer are walking distance. The two parking spots are key. The home was comfortable, spacious, and had everything you needed. Thanks again!!

Although we live locally, we never get chance to spend extensive time at the beach. Parking and idea of dragging stuff from home for a few hours always impacts that decision. The idea of staying at the beach excited the kids, and it proved to be a wonderful stay. The condo is clean, well stocked and perfectly located. Highly recommended

Our host is an excellent communicator and was very responsive. We felt so very safe. It’s really quiet. There was some crazy loud bird that squawked at 9am and woke us up only once—but we laughed about it. After all, it’s the joy of living by the beach! The condo is decent size for a family of four—and definitely can accommodate more people if needed. The kitchen provides everything you could need. Our family had a very nice stay and we will come back again.

My family and I loved this location. The unit was very spacious and clean. It felt very safe with the gated garage and front yard. Just a block from the beach/playground… a half block from all the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful—steps to the beach and restaurants, coffee shops etc. The unit is very comfortable and clean. Beds were great. Backyard was cozy for outdoor breakfast. Parking was convenient and secure. Other unit were rentals also. The kids upstairs were excited for Santa’s visit and we could hear the pitter patter of their feet. It was no bother to us—we live in the city. But it could bother others.

This property worked perfectly for us. We loved the location with walking distance to good eating places as well as the beach and park. Our 2 yr old grandson loved the playground at the park as well as dipping feet in the ocean. It was nice not needing to have a car for everything yet it was also very close and convenient to other areas of San Diego. The condo was nice and well furnished. Underground parking was great and the host was easy to work with and communicated well. Also nice to have availability of some beach things to use if desired. Overall I would highly recommend!

Class act from start to finish! The home was perfect for our small family trip. The residence was clean and the notes on the property were wonderful. I totally recommend splurging in some nice meals. The Marine Room is super pricey, but an amazing experience. Just down the road is Piatti, a nice upscale Italian restaurant, not outlandish pricing, but great service and quality of food. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

This property was an easy warmup walk to the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. It was also close to the beach and restaurants. Checkin and out was very easy. The house was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Spacious covered parking was a big plus.

We very much enjoyed our visit to LA Jolla. The home was exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach, even for our small children, and nice places to eat. The condo had everything we needed to start our vacation which was nice after a long flight, including pretty well stocked kitchen and beach toys.
