Ski-in and ski-out of this large 3 bedroom condo with updated kitchen! Located where the Town of Breckenridge meets the ski slopes, this large condo property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond. The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. This condo is perfect for guests looking for both the mountain and the town experience!
This spacious condominium is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!
Inside, our guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Look outside to catch a glimpse of the slopes on Peak 9 and people watch from your private deck. The full granite kitchen provides a perfect wet bar and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is gorgeous and features stone shower walls and granite counter tops!
There is a master with a king bed and en suite bathroom, a guest room with a queen bed and a second guest room with a queen bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. There is additional sleeping space on the 2 foldout sofas in the living room.
In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet. The recently renovated Village Health Club is open from 10am to 10pm daily.

This property was super awesome. The location is great and the rooms were very nice and very clean. We will be staying here again.

We had a great stay at Village Majesty. Location is unbeatable for ski school, lift access and Main Street access to restaurants and entertainment. Our only complaint was the access to the building and our apartment using the mobile app. It was very temperamental and at one point we spent 30 minutes waiting for it to work. Once we had card passes all access was fine and no further complaints.

Prime location that is a Ski In/ Out at the base of Peak 9. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Also a block away from Main Street. Condo has basic decor but it’s clean and comfortable.

Stayed here because of the proximity to the Magic Carpet and Poma lift. With Grandkids learning to ski, being near the beginner area was crucial.
Unit was clean, beds as described, utensils in kitchen adequate. Check-in w rental agency was below par.

This condo was in an excellent location. Easy walk to lift, easy walk to shop, and covered parking spot that is easy to access if you bring a vehicle. The place was clean and well laid out. We had two families stay in this condo, with 4 kids total. It was great to have a seperate bunk room to put them in, so the adults could sleep when they wouldn't wind down. The living room layout is great with all the windows facing the mountain, great for morning wake ups with coffee. We will stay here again, one of the best located places we have stayed.

Our family had a great time at this property, and the location simply can't be beat. Everything we needed was within walking distance of the property, and grocery delivery made this an easy stay. Our only challenge was the late check-in time, so plan ahead on the day of your arrival. We'll definitely hope to return!

We called mgmt to complain about lack of decent frying pan, toilet paper and dishwashing soap. Mngmt responded immediately with toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap and towels. The next day there was a new set of pots and pans!

The condo was great for our family! Lots of windows and light, multiple decks. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Unit is centrally located and across the street from Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location in the Village… easy access to Quicksilver lift, ski rental, restaurants and shops. Short walk to downtown. The condo had plenty of space for us to stretch out after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely look to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group of six. It was super easy to get on the mountain and has several restaurants just steps from the building. It’s also a very short walk into town where you can find even more food and shopping options.

The unit is in very good shape and fit three adults and three kids quite comfortably. The location is really tough to beat, especially if you have beginner skiers who are heading to ski school. The management company was accessible and cheerful in answering the handful of questions we had.
Make sure to book parking when you book the unit since the garage can fill up.

Great location, larger property than I was expecting. It was great. The only downfall is parking, but that is a Breck issue. Great, easy experience. Property was ready early and the check-inn process was very easy and fast. No issues during our stay.

This condo is in a fantastic location for enjoying all of downtown Breckinridge. The layout worked well for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
I would have preferred if there was a ceiling fan or box fan in the bedrooms as it was pretty warm during our stay.
The one down side was parking. I missed the email telling us to book parking early so we weren’t able to get a spot in the garage and had to park about a 15 min walk away at the ice rink lot. That was inconvenient.

I recommend this property. Myself and my four kids traveled for the first time to Breckenridge. The location was great, the property was great, the whole experience was very good. The rental manager seemed professional yet approachable and friendly. Very happy with the experience.

Property was nice enough. Some of the trim and finishes were a little outdated but nice. The closet doors in the queen bedroom were all off their track and needed adjusted badly. I put them back on but did not have a screwdriver to adjust the height properly. Also, those doors need a backstop on the track so they keep from falling off. The team was great to deal with and super frienly.

Absolutely the best location in Breckenridge! Walk to everything. Two festivals directly below us during our one week stay. Condo was well equipped and we felt right at home. Great views of the mountains. We will definitely be back! Unbelievable from beginning to end! We were allowed to check in a tad bit early which really helped us since we had to wake up at 3 a.m.to catch an early morning flight from Austin with a 7 year old grandson. Management office called the next day to see if we had any problems. I have never had anyone call to check on us during a stay. So very nice!

Nice, clean and comfortable! Due to a last minute change in our travel plans, we contacted Ski Colorado because we’d used them before. We were able to find a place the day of and even extended a couple of days. Good folks to work with and nice properties!

The overall impression was good and the size was great for our family. We had a horrendous check in experience. We arrived after midnight and our keys were not in the mailbox. We had to call the property manager several times. We were instructed on how to access the emergency key in the parking garage. After all of this, we were finally settled between 2 and 3 am. Needless to say, our first day was rough as we were totally exhausted.
Megan was very nice and brought us our keys at 8:30 the next morning and waived our cleaning fee. (There were also coffee grinds left in the coffee pot and coffee pot was dirty.

Perfect location
The management company was so easy to deal with. You can not ask for a better location. The condo is just a few steps from everything you need. Have your groceries delivered from city market, it cost 9.00 to have the groceries delivered and it’s so worth it! As soon as you get your condo reservations confirm call the management company and reserve your parking spot. The underground parking garage has limited parking spots and if you don’t reserve then in advance you won’t have one.

We loved the location , easy rental, easy lift tickets. Many of the lifts closed Xmas week and waited at Peak 9 for one hour to get up to slopes. The apartment is dated but we loved that our family could all be together. There are parts of the apartment that are beautiful like master shower. The doors and closets are small. Dresser in master in large- thank you. We enjoyed our stay and generally spoiled with VRBO and have stayed at most beautiful VRBO's . We were last minute book as our oversea's trip was cancelled. We would probably not stay at this property again as we really needed 4 bedrooms . But you can sleep 7 people comfortablish. Only 2 bathrooms and my older kids four in one room was tough. Thank you owners for sharing you home.

I was informed that this place had a pool. Then we had to have a cancellation date before June 1st. Received an email June 21st stating that the pool would be closed from may on so they knew it was closed but waited to tell us. The bunk beds ladder is broken with nails sticking out which is bad for children. Overall the place is nice and location is wonderful. But super pissed when you book a place specifically for the reason of taking our kids to the pool and it’s closed. So annoying and misleading. I would not stay at this place with these owners.
