3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Ocean Front Condo, LINENS INCLUDED One King, one Queen & twin, Double with 1-Twin over. Includes 2 commercial Beach umbrella's set up w/5 chairs each day (Memorial day thru Labor day). 5 TV’s, NEW FLAT 52" screens in 2022 DVD's & Blue Ray VCR's, 1 Play Station 2,
Kitchen remodeled 2018, all new stainless steel appliances and quartz counter top with 10' island and 8 chairs. Window bar added Dishwasher and microwave, all appliances necessary. Includes Keurig blenders, mixers toaster oven, and even hair dryers in each bathroom. Iron and ironing board, golf clubs the Unit Sleeps 8. This unit is right on the beach 3rd floor, large balcony, with a view of the pool and beach. Newly remodeled, sit on the deck and watch the children play on the beach or in the pool. Located 1 mile north of the Garden City Pier. 1 miles south of Surfside Pier. On site pool, Washers/Dryers, Elevator. Available weekly or monthly rates. Saturday to Saturday in by 4:00 PM out by 10:00 AM Close to Broadway at the Beach, South Myrtle Beach area 3 minute walk to Conch Café. Free WIFI and a stocked Refrigerator get ready for Sun & Fun in a family friendly community. 75' from elevator and Coin laundry, 5 step for access to the unit entry level.

Place exceeded all our expectations. From ease at check and meeting the owner and to checkout. Place was clean. Few extras he supplies not listed were great. Tremendous viiew of the sunrise every .morning with a cup of coffee. Highly recommend this property and most definitely would stay again.

Can’t say enough about the amazing view. It was absolutely fabulous! Balcony overlooked the beach, and the breeze and sound of waves were wonderful. Very nice-sized condo. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely decorated. Condo pretty clean, but ready for end of season cleaning Handicap accessories in master bath were very much appreciated. A few hiccups with one shower and a cabinet but worked out ok. Owner very attentive and easy to work with. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed this condo for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone and even though there’s no laundry room in the condo it was nice having the public one so close to our unit. Everything was so accessible and enjoyable for all ages! We will be back!

My Husband and I enjoyed a fantastic family vacation with our 3 adult children and a spouse. The condo was clean, well-furnished and spacious. The location was incredible - right on the beach! The balcony is unobstructed and faced East, which allowed us to see gorgeous sunrises right from the balcony! We enjoyed a deep Sea Fishing Charter, the Marsh Walk and visiting Broadway at the Beach. Our favorite way to end our evenings, though, was to gather around the beautiful, massive granite island and play family games. This condo was perfect and the host was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book this condo again! :-)

The whole family really liked the unit, the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom was great. Having an umbrella and chairs waiting on us every day was a big plus that we were not expecting. We were not real happy with the laundry situation at first, but it worked out better than we thought. Probably one of the best places we rented in my 30 years of going to the beach. Would rent it again.

We have stayed at this property 10-12 times, this was the first in this particular condo, and it was perfect! The umbrellas, towels and bed linens are a plus and saved us from having to pack so much! (By the way, my kids absolutely loved the bunk bed) There’s plenty of cookware, and the view was excellent! We happened to meet the owner during our stay, and he was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay in this condo again!

My mother, sister, and I had a wonderful stay at the condo! The five chairs and two umbrellas set up on the beach each day provided an easy way to enjoy the beach with minimal effort—perfect for a restful week and a priceless addition to the rental. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was totally equipped for anything and everything we cooked while there. Loved it!

We absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of room for 5 of us women & 1 toddler. My 90 year old Mom had no trouble getting to & from the beach. We especially enjoyed our view & have never stayed where the ocean was so close!! Hope we can reserve this condo again!

Nice place to stay . Was close to where we wanted to be at and the view of the beach was nice to . We ate out all of the time but , had everything u could thing of if you wanted to cook there . I Would rent it again .

The place was as described. Everything needed to have a great vacation was there. Loved the location. Balcony was great to sit and relax. The sound of the waves was all that was needed at night to put you asleep. We REALLY enjoyed our stay.

I would definitely recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and even stopped by on our first full day to make sure we had everything we needed. Having the two beach umbrellas and 5 chairs already there as a part of the package was worth it itself. We didn’t have to worry about the extra packing and they were set up every day 15 feet from the property gate. Location is great if you don’t mind driving to the attractions which we didn’t. Highly recommend.

This condo was really clean and spacious for my family. We had three adults and three teens. The beds slept well and it has a stocked kitchen with refreshments and food items in the fridge. The view is great with balcony feeling like you are on the water. Walking distance to the Conch Cafe which is delicious! We had a blast celebrating our 15 year anniversary. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this unit. It is right on the beach and everything is included for fun at the beach. It was really nice to have chairs and umbrellas ready on the beach for us each day, and the kids enjoyed the boogie boards. There was even a cooler to take food and drinks to the beach. The owners also supplied all the little things we might need like hand soap and cleaning products.

This rental was even nicer than the pictures. We loved having the chairs/umbrellas setup on Beach each morning.Condo was very clean and well stocked. Very roomy for our two families. The owner was always very fast to return our calls during the booking process and he was a very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and have already suggested this rental to our friends and family. Beautiful view.plus the entire week we had great weather which made our vacation perfect. Great location for wonderful dining.Lots of cookware for the nights we wanted to stay in and cook.

We really enjoyed staying at Ken's place at Garden City Beach. The beach is family friendly, less crowded than North Myrtle. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas available every morning was a great perk. Did not have to lug chairs to the beach everyday. We carried some kitchen supplies not knowing what was available because of past places we stayed. Did not need them at Ken's place there is everything you will ever need to cook meals. The view of the sunrise in the morning from the deck is stunning. Ken was easy to contact and responded quickly. I highly recommend Ken's Sea Master unit at Garden City Beach.

We had a great week in Garden City. The weather was perfect. Best part of the trip was our rental. Everything was exactly as described on the website. It felt like home. Had to message the manager a couple times to ask questions, and he was so helpful and nice. The already rented umbrellas and chairs made everything so much easier and not having to worry about getting a spot each morning was a huge bonus. We will definitely be coming back!! Very happy with our rental!

Condo was wonderful. Clean and we'll maintained. Definitely want to come back! I have stayed at several condos in this area and this is my favorite! Loved having not to lug beach chairs back and forth. Grandkids loved having use of the boogie boards you furnished!!! After a 7 hour drive it was great to have something cold to drink. Very nice place! Enjoyed the balcony and being so close to the beach.

My family and I have stayed at this condo for many years and each year look forward to our stay. The condo is spacious - with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the place can comfortably accomodate a family, plus a few friends! It's always clean and well stocked in the kitchen with clean towels in each bathroom. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the beach chair service ensures you'll always have a view of the ocean. Absolutely recommended to others!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was exactly as expected from the photos and description. The kitchen was nicely equipped with needed items for cooking. We enjoyed the view of the ocean while sitting on the deck. On our next visit to the area, we will certainly consider this condo and recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at 313 Sea Master. It is so close to the ocean and having the umbrellas and chairs there all day was just wonderful. There was plenty of room for us, 6 adults and 2 children. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that wants directly on the beach, and its very clean, and well stocked. Sitting on the balcony for the sunrise was just awesome, and hearing the waves at night while trying to sleep was so peaceful. The only complaint we had was that we couldn't stay longer.
