About this house rental

Imagine waking up to the beach sunrise every morning in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach. Stay with us, and see the ocean from every room in the house! This beautiful and spacious, over 5,600 square foot home is directly on the beach. Walk out the back door and onto the beach in seconds! This is the perfect escape for families. Ideally situated between the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge - only a few minute walk. Walk to tennis, golf and the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. There are 100 holes of golf and a professional tennis center within 3 miles of the house, including the TPC, ATP, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing, and Pablo Creek! Also, an easy 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic.

Each of the six bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms have a king bed and a private porch, and the upstairs master bathroom includes shower, walk-in closet, and double vanity with dressing table. The downstairs master bedroom and den can be turned into a two-bedroom suite, and downstairs master bathroom has jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, double vanity with dressing table and private courtyard with outdoor hot/cold shower. The brand new den sofa pulls out to a fully made-up Sealy Posturepedic queen sized bed. The den has a full bathroom attached and so can be used as a private bedroom.

A two-story living room has floor-to-ceiling windows for tons of natural light and three sets of french doors to bring in the ocean breeze. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two refrigerators, oven, microwave/convection oven and everything you need for great, healthy meals. To enjoy the meals, choose between the breakfast area, full dining area (with seating for 10 plus 4 at a smaller table) and outside table and chairs.

A large back patio is the ideal place to sit and listen to the ocean anytime day or night. One of our favorite activities is combing the beach for seashells and sharks teeth. You also have access to beach towels, chairs, toys and boogie boards. Everything you need to enjoy the perfect beach.

The property and setting are exceptional. The home is centrally located to anything you may desire. The morning sunrise over the ocean is worth the rental alone. The hosts were most engaged and proactively sought any need we may have. We’d absolutely rent again.

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Wonderful home in a great location! Had a fabulous time! Kids enjoyed the sand toys and the beach chairs were great. The doors to the beach were a little hard to open for the little ones but not a big deal. Loved the double refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Overall experience was perfect. Look forward to coming back!

A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

Elegant, spacious. Excellent for 96yo mom with walker & caregiver. Gorgeous views, AD quality neighborhood. Cons: Grimy windows. We cleaned enough the first hour to be happy. Couldn’t open one sliding door. Poor, uneven wifi. Bumped off constantly even when device isn’t moved. Overflowing drawers & closets with household supplies, sheets etc, spices, oils, beach chairs, toys, etc etc etc. That is a big Pro. Finding anything quickly in the overstuffed closets and drawers, that was the Con. Spent a bit for things we later found, “oh, they do have some of this!” Tiny carport for such big house. 3 cars was awkward. “Yo, bro, can you please, please pull all the way in and over when you park.” PROS: quit your nitpicking. The house is comfortable, easy to hang out to eat, chat, gawk at phones. Beach is right there. Best family Christmas in years! (OK, 1 more con. We didn’t see any poisonous black snakes, but they might made the warning more prominent than bottom of p3 in single spaced instructions binder.) Rent it. There was construction going on next door. Quietest, most respectful team of construction workers ever seen. Barely, heard them. Beautiful, elegant, easy. Definitely will rent it again.

We absolutely love this house. Ponte Vedra has been our family vacation spot for almost 40 years and this house is the best. It very comfortably sleeps our family of 13. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 full baths. There is a den with a pull-out sofa bed that we used as a 7th bedroom this year. The living area is very open and has fabulous views of the ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked. It is a very easy walk across a flat boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. We think this is the prettiest part of a great beach. The owners are delightful to work with. We have been renting this house for several years and can’t wait to return next summer!

This is a great house for large families, and direct access to the beach is unbeatable. Contact with the host was consistent. If you have guests with significant physical disabilities, I strongly recommend contacting the host for clarification on the extent of handicap accessible amenities to ensure that its the best fit for your party. This house worked out really well for us. For our group of four, everyone had his own bed and bath with an ocean view. The house is kept clean and well provisioned. The bath towels are nice, the bed linens are nice, etc. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with high quality pots and pans, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, an separate ice maker, and all the bowls, plates, and utensils that anyone would need. To set accurate expectations, this is not a new house and beachfront houses take a beating from the salt air and the maintenance needs have gotten a little ahead of the owner. So the house is a little dated looking and you will find the exterior is looking a little rough. However, it does not affect the functionality of the house. Overall, the house was A+ for our purposes. The owner's restaurant recommendations were very good and our communication with her was easy.

The property was great. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted. Very comfortable feel and spectacular ocean views. The owners and the management team were very responsive and called to ensure we had everything we needed. Probably one of the best stocked rental houses that we have ever stayed in. We would absolutely and unequivocally recommend this property to anyone looking for a special home in Ponte Vedra Beach.

We stayed here for a mother daughter beach getaway and from the moment we arrived we said we would be coming back! It’s right on the beach and there is sooo much room. We had 5 moms and 5 daughters and it fit us perfectly. There is so much room and the location is perfect! Having been in Ponte Vedra before we knew the beach was quiet which we love. The property was very well appointed with nice beach chairs and toys. The owners were delightful and so helpful in planning our stay. Most of the interior seemed original but it didn’t bother us because it was so clean and the beds were amazing. Will definitely be back to stay again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at 341 PV Blvd. Perfect weather; and the house served as a wonderful gathering spot. The large well equipped kitchen and the back porch were well utilized for our crowd from age 2 to 68. This was our second year and appreciate the upgrades the owners made. Hope to return in 2020!

The bedrooms are huge. The kitchen has everything you need. There are beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards! The house is spacious enough for 2 families, maybe more. The property manager was wonderful! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Our family rented this house over Christmas break 2018. We were gathering together to celebrate 4 generations of family while we could. We had never visited this part of Florida before but loved the house and the area. The house was old world charm through and through just as the pictures show. We loved that we were steps from the ocean and we had access to tennis and golf. The owner/family was very helpful whenever we had questions. Perfect for what we were looking for.
