Beautiful and clean property, well-equipped with modern amenities. Convenient location near grocery stores and walking distance to attractions. Comfortable beds and spacious layout. Highly recommended!

Location was fantastic. The designated parking spot was nice. Only thing was the A/C control panel wasn’t functioning. Didn’t want to bother the property owner as it was not a big deal but was a bit warm at times.

The property was great, off street parking spot…everything was good the only problem we had is that on the day before we were scheduled to check out the A/C stopped working properly. The thermostat would not change. We were hot the last day and a half of our trip. It was about 80+ degrees in the house. We cut on the ceiling fans but it was still very warm in the bedrooms and the downstairs area.

This townhouse was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Savannah. Highly recommend and will book it again!

Adorable townhouse with great location, love how close Kroger was to property, plenty of room for 7, had everything we needed.

Our family of 7 stayed for 3 nights. The home is beautiful , clean and location is great just a few blocks away from a grocery store easy walk for Starbucks in the morning. Our children range from 2 years up to 15 years old. The stairs up to bedrooms are steep so if you have littles keep a good eye on them around the stairs.

It was good. Ease of reservation, ease of entering property. Furniture not very comfortable, master bed was way too soft. Didnt' sleep well.

We had a wonderful stay in this cute house. Six ladies (that don't mind sharing beds!). We walked most places (at most 25 minutes to anywhere we were headed), felt safe and enjoyed the many accomodations/ cleanliness! And we LOVED Savannah!!

This was perfect for a girls trip! We were in the St Paddy’s parade and couldn’t have gotten better location! It’s decorated beautifully and plenty of room for a group of 4-6! The host was super responsive!

The property was spacious and clean.
However, it’s on a busy street and the primary suit was very loud at night.
The property manager was easy to reach. There were fuses that weren’t working but were quickly fixed by a handy person.

Property is great, but we knew that, this was our 2nd stay. Will be back!

For being Dec the weather wasn't really bad, it drizzle when we went on the Ghost tour. Had the heat on a night & A/C on during the day. The place was very nice and clean!

Clean, well appointed, a bit of trouble with breakers tripping and cold showers if someone had already taken a shower. Otherwise very good!

Had a great girls trip to a Savannah and this house was big enough for 5 to have their own beds. The house was very clean and modern, and the owner was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

This was exactly as described! The location to Forsyth Park and the grocery store were so convenient. We will stay here every time we ever come back if available.

Beautiful home with an adorable tiny back yard. Perfect walking distance to all things Savannah. NEW construction, immaculately kept. Bonus: near Kroger and Starbucks. We would reserve again.

This was a really nice place. It is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the main area so it’s peaceful but yet close enough to walk to things. would stay there again.

The only suggestion that I do have is that in the second bathroom upstairs, that they put some kind of slip grip in the bathtub so people getting in and out won’t fall.

Would totally move into this home if I could, based on aesthetics! Everything was light bright, airy, and had such a clean, welcoming feel. Walking distance to Forsyth, Kroger, and and easy drive to river walk area. It was on a rather busy street, so outside noise was actually pretty audible, but my family sleeps with a sound machine, so it was fine. Overall, a great value for a well-maintained home away from home.

This place was perfect for us. The place was nicely furnished and decorated. The bureaus and fridge were empty so it was easy to unpack and get comfortable. It was very clean. There was a lot of traffic noise staying in the master but I would imagine it is hard to find a quiet area in Savannah with all the hustle and bustle. The owners supplied ear plugs for the guests! Fantastic place!

An absolutely beautiful house! Very clean, up to date and Mary, the host, was always very easy to reach! The location was perfect for everywhere that we went! Will definitely book here for our next trip!

The only complaint I have about this place is that the road noise stays loud all night long. Bring earplugs!

Our stay in Savannah was great, and our place was very nice. We loved how cozy, and comfortable it was, along with all that it supplied. Plenty of throws in the living room. The stocked kitchen even had a complete spice rack if you want to cook, which we did a few nights. We loved having the Keurig coffee machine, so we could enjoy our favorite brands, but there also was an extra coffee maker there that you can use loose coffee and make a pot.
It was nicely decorated, including the bedrooms. My 2 teenage granddaughters came to stay a few days, and they loved their bedroom with 2 twin beds, and an aunt came and had a full size bed. We loved the master, and the master bath. We were thankful for the near by Kroger store! It made it so convenient to just walk over, or stop on the way home by car. There is also a Dollar Tree next to the Kroger store, which came in handy too! We walked a lot, but it was great to be able to walk to so many places, including shopping, and restaurants. The only complaint as far as cleanliness goes, my wife had to clean the downstairs toilet. The outdoor area was small, but sufficient to sit in the morning with coffee, or evening with a cold drink. It wasn’t the quietest location, so you’ll hear traffic, neighbors dogs, even people talking as the walk by while you’re upstairs. It didn’t bother us, and we there for 19 days! Mary was very helpful also with recommendations on places to go, and answered all my questions. Stairs a little steep too.

Very clean, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, well appointed rental. Extremely easy to check in and out. Host provided plentiful number of towels, shampoos, soaps etc. Although we did not cook during our stay even spices were available in kitchen. Numerous tourist brochures were also available for reference, as well as several board games. Living room TV provided with ROKU. Attention by rental agent to requests such as parking suggestions and operation of heating system were extremely prompt and efficient. Extremely enjoyable visit!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as represented online.

Home had everything you would need. 2 types of coffee pots for keurig or regular coffee pot lovers. Beds were comfortable for all. TV’s only in master and living room. Loved the hassocks and throws.
The property is on a more busier street than any off us are used to. I used earbuds and meditated. Tub in shower for guests and walk in in master. This helped two of us greatly who had foot and leg injuries. Plantain shutters were key for black out in am if you like it dark.
The variety of restaurants was amazing. We met amazing staff at all who we’re ready to off suggestions and we’re just helpful, funny and we enjoyed them all.
Any time before check in the host responded immediately. We incurred a couple of issues that we, as 4 incredibly bright friends since highschool figured out as a team. We did reach out to host on one who put us in contact with her handyman immediately. He responded quickly to each question. In the end, one of us figured out that when locking the front door, you must pull it a bit harder toward the direction of the street. We initial had no problem with it at first.
There is an interactive device in the living room that greats you, gives suggestions on where to eat and what to do. There are plenty of pamphlets there to look through and, a book with suggestions as well. Not knowing this, the host had given us some of her favorites.
We took advice of friend, host may have mentioned it, and went to the lobby of the JW Marriot. Geods, fossils and other interesting things was just great to see.
Drinks and Charcuterie board at the Mansion we delish. Drinks and lunch at the hitch were great. Staff was a hoot. We toured the famous graveyard ( on golf cart) and enjoyed that as we all were “ assigned” to read it by one of our friends so we would know some of the history and famous names, mansions of the town. Our guide was young, funny and knowledgeable. We questioned many things and he knew the answers. Didn’t know we had read the book The garden of hood and evil so he was going to skip one of the graves. Once he knew we read it, he gave us the option of that or another part of the cemetery. We said no, we want to see his plot. I think he lined that we knew some of the names and history. I mentioned the term the Grave yard shift and he knew he had to show us another spot. Lots of cobblestones and uprooted bricks from the extra large Spanish oaks. I was in a half boot and had to take it slow.lots of great architecture.

Nicely updated clean townhouse within walking distance to historic areas. Area felt safe and a grocery store is nearby. It is located on a busy corner and alleyway, so be prepared for traffic and neighbor noise at night. If you’re a light sleeper …wear ear plugs!

The accommodations were very nice. I would stay there again as well as recommend it to friends. My favorite thing was the check in process. So easy.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful space. the home was clean and spacious, well stocked and super clean. Check in and out were easy. It was a little further away from the city than we usually stay but we did not mind as it was a beautiful space to come home to.

Very beautiful house!
Very beautiful house! Just as described and I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and just like the photos. There was a pretty big leak at the top of the stairs that dropped down the steps and made quite a mess. But overall this was an excellent stay.
