Enjoy a carefree home-like stay with us in our 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor with a creek view. Guests will appreciate the floor plan which separates the two bedrooms allowing for maximum privacy.
All our units feature the little extras for your convenience and comfort. All you need to do is pack your clothes!

Andrea was a wonderful host; good check-in process to start off our stay (buzz in and door code in advance so no need to coordinate an exact arrival time). The unit is on the quiet creek side of the building and on the 3rd floor with easy access to the swimming pool and fitness facility. Underground parking and the bike cages for our bikes offered peace of mind. The unit itself is well stocked, clean, and simply decorated. The balcony area has a gas BBQ and sits 2 people. A few updates to carpet and blinds may be required in upcoming years, as they are starting to show wear, but other than that, this unit is in good condition. The best part, however, is the location; walking distance to 2 wonderful beaches, restaurants, stores, groceries, cafes, and bike paths.

The complex location is great, it’s very convenient to walk to the local beaches and the access the Mission Greenway. Shops and restaurants are also close by, walking or a short drive.

Perfect apartment for a family of 4, with the large bunk bed in the den. Nice quiet location in the building over looking the creek. Great Getaway
Our family really enjoyed our time here! The kids loved the outdoor pool and the double sized bunk beds in the second bedroom. We enjoyed the BBQ on our balcony as well as lakeside dining at the restaurants across the street - both Smak DAB and Eldorado hotel have excellent food and beautiful views. Also, the stairwell takes you down to the creek side exit that is just two minutes walk along the road to the beach. Great location!

Quiet and peaceful
This is a wonderful property to rent! We had a lot of room and were surprised the bunk beds were doubled which was great for my older teens. Loved that the air conditioning worked. The view of the trees and the creek off the balcony was very quiet and peaceful. There is a great pool deck area with lots of loungers. Also a very good restaurant down below called Basil and Mint. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect Vacation
Andrea’s place was perfect for my family. I was there with my woman’s slo pitch team playing in Nationals. It was a 3 min drive from the ball park. The Lake was right across the street, lots of restaurants close by if you felt the need to go out. The unit had EVERYTHING you could think of. Andrea was great to work with from the beginning to the end. We will definitely be back!

Family fun at Playa Del Sol
The main property and condo are everything you could ask for. Clean, spacious, well maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in providing a great experience for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom has plenty of towels and beach towels as well. The location is perfect, close to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and beaches. The pool and deck area on the third floor is a bonus. The owner Andrea, was a pleasure to deal with, we can’t wait to stay again.

Fabulous family holiday
We just stayed in Andrea's condominium over the past 4 days and loved it. Location is great for families. 5 min walk to a beach park with playset for kids. The pool at the property was also great. Loved that the condo was facing quiet creek as well. Made it for enjoyable evenings on the patio. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and attended to our questions very fast. Would definitely recommend this property.

Kelowna Getaway
We needed a place for 5 of us to stay for a baseball tournament in Kelowna and Andrea's place was perfect. She communicated with us straight away after booking and the place was just as described. Nice and quiet unit at the back which suited early bedtimes for our 3 kids and Andrea was very helpful for any questions we had. We would certainly recommend the unit to anyone and we would love to go back.

Girls Getaway
We were four friends on a 4 day getaway. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location is awesome and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately we never got a chance to enjoy the pool area as we were busy with other adventures but the area looked awesome. We would definitely return to this rental.

Absolutely loved Andrea, she was so wonderful and great from the very beginning to the end. Her place is just as advertised, clean, well equipped and perfect.
