About this house rental
Gorgeous new home completed in December 2013 located in the desirable community of WaterMark in North Bethany Beach, Delaware, voted Delaware's Top Community of 2014. Property offers direct access to a protected waterway, optimal for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The home has professionally designed interiors with premium upgrades.
The main level features a formal entryway showcasing a dramatic double staircase w/landing. A Great Room features a beamed ceiling, large screen HDTV, and generous family seating. Modern French doors allow easy access from the Great Room to the spacious front porch. The Gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, state of the art cookware and a large center island with dual sinks. The dining room is well appointed and opens onto a back deck which offers a gas grill, outdoor seating and stairs that access the spacious rear yard. A free-flowing floor Plan encompasses the great room, kitchen and dining area. A large primary bedroom on the main level includes a king bed, HDTV, and an Ensuite tiled bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks, large walk-in shower and a private WC.
On the upper level a loft provides seating, entertainment center and French doors that open to a veranda with sweeping west views, perfect for morning coffee. There are four bedrooms located on this floor, including a second primary with a king bed and relaxing seating area adjacent to another full bath. Two other bedrooms share a Jack & Jill; one bedroom accommodates two twin beds, the other three. The remaining bedroom is well appointed with a queen sized bed. A stacked washer & dryer are located on the third level.
The house is inclusive of a two-car garage w/driveway parking for 4 more, large beach shower, 4 TV’s with dedicated cable and Wifi hookup, central air & heat, ceiling fans in each room. The home is ideally located within driving distance to numerous attractions such as Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, Outlet Shopping, Delaware State Parks, Ocean City, Md, Chincoteague, Va, deep-sea & bay fishing, biking paths, Cape May-Lewes Ferry.

This home is very warm and inviting. We settled in early, feeling secure and lacking for nothing; comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and ample room. Great gated quiet neighborhood, great house, great host, great location to many beaches and towns. The only negative is SR noise in the summer from 9am to 11pm. just stay up later or bring wax earplugs. You get used to it after a day or two.

Beautiful location, private yet convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Great distance from NJ to DE ,only a 4 hr drive making it easy for our entire family to be together. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy friends or family vacation together. The host was always available and made the rental very easy.

This home does not disappoint! Planned a trip here with some old high school friends and had a great stay. Skip was very responsive throughout the booking peocess, as well as our stay. The house is in a beautiful development with quick access to all local spots.

Vacay with adult children and new granddaughter. Spacious home, nicely kept. Large decks for hanging out and grilling. Home was very well equipped...(only had to bring our sheets.) Community pool was delightful. Short drive to beach in downtown Bethany. Host was extremely responsive! Created wonderful memories!

Lovely, comfortable, spotless, well-stocked home made the week so pleasant, especially with rain 3 days. Dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, cookware were all plentiful, along with a well stocked spice cabinet. The coffee drinkers were happy to see a Keurig too. Nice decks and grill as well. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice too. The decorating is fun, lots to enjoy. Plenty of pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable. We’ve stayed in Watermark before, the pool is great, fishing in the pond is fun for the fisherman in our family. The marsh and the dock are also fun. And it’s a really nice neighborhood for an evening walk.

I can’t say enough good things about Skip and the overall process and experience of renting from him! He is organized and on top of all the things, sending communication just at the right time and making sure we have everything we need to have a great vacation! The property is perfect and everything is super clean and well appointed! Can’t wait to be back!

Our family had a wonderful time staying together at this luxurious home in North Bethany Beach! The home was beautiful and sparkling clean! We had just the right amount of rooms for our extended family of nine. This home is in an upscale and gated community with an easy location for a quick trip to downtown Bethany's restaurants, shops and beaches. We enjoyed the community infinity and baby pools too! Spent a very relaxed and comfortable Easter week with family and extended family. Kitchen was so well appointed, with abundant variety and seemingly new pans that it made us WANT to prepare meals instead of go out. House so spacious and every room so comfortably furnished we honestly didn’t care that most of the week was cold outside. Love love loved the family games provided which invited all 4 generations to play and created hours of laughter. Skip was a superhost in every way. Thank you for an unforgettable week with our teen children and grandparents!

We had a wonderful weekend. The weather was fantastic and the space was perfect for 8 "queenagers". Skip, the owner, provided very clear and timely directions about the property and navigating the area. My group enjoyed the house so much that the only time we left the house was to buy a few things that we needed. The unseasonably warm weather allowed us to use the outside decks the entire time. Our only complaint was that we should have stayed longer than 3 nights. Thank you Skip and Kellie for providing such a comfortable space!

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending and we were so happy with the house! It was quite spacious, location was easy to get to, and instructions were quite clear. Overall we had a lovely time.

This was my first experience in renting a house and so I didn't really know what to look for. We had three children with us who needed to be entertained and every morning we had to wake up and get in the car. It would've been better for our needs to be in a community that was in walking distance of the ocean or the town.

Beautiful beach home in a gated community in North Bethany. Home is beautifully decorated with many community amenities including pool, small fitness center and access to kayaking and bike trails. Fantastic Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful stay here! The proximity to town was great, easy to get to restaurants and the grocery store, and the beach too of course. Lovely little pool that was never crowded, walking trails nearby. The kitchen was stocked with spices that we could use to cook on the nights we didnt feel like going out. The kids were happy with the tv offerings as well. All around a great place to stay with family. There were 5 of us and each kid plus my mom all had their own room to retreat to for some R&R. Gigantic master suite with huge tub lead to many relaxing evenings after our busy days. Would definitely return again! Thank you so much for making your home available to us.

Great accommodations
I would strongly recommend this house to all ages. Clean accommodations, great location for all ages, especially kids. My boys fished in the back of the neighborhood, we all took walks in the gated community. The house was clean and very well appointed; we wanted for nothing. All directions were clear and Skip communicated clearly throughout the entire process!!

This property was everything we hoped it would be. We came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings were nice and the home was very comfortable and clean. Would love to stay again!

Best Retreat House Ever!
We want today THANK YOU to Skip & Kellie! This home was everything that they said it would be. There was a total of nine of us. We had plenty of room, sleeping space, living space, the house was well stocked, there was nothing we want it that we didn’t find in the house. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. We highly recommend this house rental to anybody who is looking. Thank you again to the host for sharing their home with us. God bless!

My wife, son, parents, and I stayed at the house for 5 nights. As other reviews state, it’s a very nice property in a gated community. The house is in excellent condition & is in a great location. One note - Waze won’t take you to the house, go off of Skip’s directions. Highly recommend.

This house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and so comfortable for each member of our party. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, riding bikes, etc. and it’s an easy drive to the beach and nearby attractions/restaurants. We’ve been coming to Bethany Beach for over 30 years to vacation and this was the most beautiful and clean home we’ve ever stayed in. A++!

Best Kept Secret in Bethany
This house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and so comfortable for each member of our party. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, riding bikes, etc. and it’s an easy drive to the beach and nearby attractions/restaurants. We’ve been coming to Bethany Beach for over 30 years to vacation and this was the most beautiful and clean home we’ve ever stayed in. A++!

1st Vrbo stay for 5 long time travel club friends
We call ourselves Travel Club, 5 colleagues & friends, who travel yearly in the Fall. After a year long wait due to COVID-19, we decided to rent a house & restart our excursions. We were absolutely thrilled with our Bethany Beach rental. The property was exactly as described. Very helpful information was left by the owner. Owner also responded quickly when we lost WiFi one evening. So inviting, comfortable, clean and accessible. Great time.

FULLY stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, tons of blankets, plenty of space for our group of 8. (4 adults, 4 kids). Neighborhood was very quiet and the location was great.
