We have boogie boards, beach chairs, tons of sand toys, and bocce ball.
LIVING SPACE
PRIVATE BALCONY is 27 ft long with unobstructed ,direct ocean views that are simply breathtaking. Five deck chairs ,two lounge chairs, two side tables and two kiddie chairs make it a perfect spot for enjoying your vacation. The island runs east to west which produces some of the best sunsets viewed from our deck!

Wake up feeling refreshed after you sleep the night away on plush mattresses!
Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with stand alone shower, stand alone garden tub, double sink vanity, King size bed, TV, and blackout curtains.

The kitchen has an oversized full capacity refrigerator meaning less trips to the grocery store. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Love your morning coffee? We have a Ninja Programmable Coffee Maker , a Keurig Single Cup Coffee Maker, a Drip coffee maker and a coffee grinder.
Like to cook! We have a Toaster / Air Fryer combination Oven,
a Crock Pot, a Lobster pot, and plenty of cookware. We provide spices, sugar, flour, cooking oil/spray, storage bags, garbage bags, and dishwasher tabs.
LIVING ROOM
A large, spacious L shaped couch is the perfect place to share the popcorn and watch the flat screen smart TV. Two oversized side chairs with an ottoman is a great place to read a book or take a snooze.
INDOOR ACTIVITIES
Who doesn't enjoy a puzzle at the beach! We have plenty. Are you ready for board games and maybe Trivial Pursuit? We have a cabinet full. Kids looking for indoor toys? The third bedroom has a great assortment.

A Full sized capacity washer and dryer is located in the condo. We even PROVIDE the laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain removers. JUST A REMINDER ... please do not hang towels, etc from the balcony.

PARKING - Two parking passes per condo are LOCATED on the entry table.
Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on site and does incur fines.
OCEAN FRONT POOL/JACUZZI
A jacuzzi and a sparkling heated ocean front swimming pool, with lounge chairs and plenty of sun umbrellas, is shared between 9 am and 10 pm.
GRILLING area is steps away from the condo.
SOUND SIDE
Want to hang out on the Sound side? Take a short walk across the street. A pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sound, with chairs provided, is waiting for you. Or take an evening stroll over to the sound side dock and watch a spectacular sunset. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you relax in the chairs provided. You can even try your hand at catching your night's meal off the pier!
LIFE AT THE BEACH
Get ready to sink your toes into soft sands and feel the Atlantic breeze on your sun-kissed skin. When you’ve fully soaked in Mother Nature’s splendor, retreat back into your air-conditioned condo on the beach and take in the magnificent views to the east and west in total, cool comfort.
Sip an icy sunset drink on our deck. Then, after eating dinner with your favorite people, go for an evening swim under the stars in our oceanfront pool or settle in for a movie night in the living area.

BEAUFORT
Make sure you plan a trip to Beaufort just a 20 minute drive off the island. Enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants. Do a little shopping, buy some freshly made fudge and stroll along the dock of the inter-coastal water way. Look at the spectacular yachts anchored for the night. Make sure you visit the General Store for hand dipped ice cream. Better yet, book a boat tour and watch the horses run free on Shackleford Banks.
Atlantic Beach
The AB Town Park features a splash pad, large skatepark, 18-hole mini-golf course, half-court basketball court, picnic shelter, concession stand, & public restrooms. The park is free for use (mini-golf & concession stand items for a fee). The mini-golf course and concession stand are open on weekends only from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with mini-golf costing only $6 per person (age 6 and under free!) – the best family-friendly rates on the island!
Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium
The Aquarium has four main galleries that take visitors through the Mountains to the Ocean of NC. Inside the aquarium, at the start of your tour is a 32-foot smoky mountain waterfall. There are over 430,000 total gallons of saltwater and freshwater combined in displays.The Aquarium is 93,000 square feet.The largest habitat holds 306,000 gallons of saltwater.There are two hiking trails at the aquarium, The Theodore Roosevelt Nature Area trail and the Alice Hoffman Nature Trail.
Cape Lookout
History comes alive at the Cape Lookout Lighthouse and Keeper’s Quarters built in the mid-1800’s to warn passing ships of the dangerous coastal waters. Standing at 163 feet tall, the 207- step “Diamond Lady” lighthouse was painted with a distinctive black and white diamond pattern in order to distinguish direction -- North and South from East and West -- and differentiate it from other North Carolina lighthouses. This Crystal Coast must-see is open to visitors to climb during the summer, May through September.
Shackleford Banks
For more than 400 years the wild horses of Shackleford Banks have taken care of their young, frolicked on pristine deserted beaches and foraged for food with not a saddle or fence in sight. Visitors make their way to the island by private boat or ferry running from Harkers Island, Beaufort and Morehead City – and the captains of Island Express Ferry Service are more than happy to dish most of their secrets to shelling during the ride.

This place is a 10/10 amazing. We came in on Friday night and were able to get into the condo no problem. It had the best view of the ocean and the quick walk to the pool. The only negative was we did not book a longer trip. We cannot wait to come back!

The condo was in the perfect location. Close to everything but not in an extremely populated area. It was a big condo with a beautiful view and the property grounds were nice. My only two suggestions would be to consolidate/ remove some of the dishes so there’s cabinet space to store food and a few minor things could have been cleaned better. We really enjoyed our stay with Bonnie and plan on making this our annual family vacation spot!

We love the Emerald Isle coast and usually stay with family when we visit the area. However this time we rented our own place and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The condo is very well appointed with everything we needed for a great week. The only drawback was the door code was not working so we needed to carry keys with us. That was a bit inconvenient with 4 adults coming and going and only 2 keys.

Bonnie’s condo was AMAZING!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Her condo had everything and anything you could imagine. I loved waking up early and sitting on the deck watching/listening to the waves crash along the bank. This place deserves more than 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!

This was our second year staying here. The property and hosts are just exceptional! The private beach, pool, jacuzzi and much more are so amazing. The property itself lacks for nothing. The hosts are super responsive. We originally had planned our stay for May but due to a family tragedy needed to reschedule. The hosts made this possible and were such a blessing to our family during a difficult time.

Location was fantastic, beach spots near the end of the condos meant it was less crowded, beautiful grounds to walk on both sides of the island, a few stores and places to eat nearby, plus short drives to mini golf, aquarium and either end of the island with grocery and souvenir shops.
Communication was fantastic, owners provided a few recommendations and updates on food trucks during our stay, and the unit is so beautiful - clean with a wonderful view of the ocean!

Prime location away from the busier “city” crowds but only 15 minutes away from everything you might need.
Perfect building location directly above the pool and hot tub and right next to a beach access makes for a very short walk to the beach.
No need to go to even go to the beach though with the excellent seating set up and the view from the deck.
Fully stocked with everything you might need. Full washer and dryer and even amenities other rentals normally don’t supply like laundry detergent, dryer sheets, kitchen bags, etc.
We loved this vacation and can’t wait to come back next year. We already booked!

We just loved the location of this condo. It was right next to pool and beach access with an amazing view of the ocean. I even saw dolphins swimming off the deck early one morning. I would highly recommend a stay here if you just want fun relaxing in the sun.

I could not have selected a more perfect condo to stay for Mother's Day weekend. The condo was perfectly located with immediate access to the beach and pool. The condo is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with every furnishing and appliance that one could possible need. My family enjoyed every moment of our time there and we look forward to returning soon.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo for spring break. Unfortunately, the weather wasnt nice for much of the week, but the condo is stocked with puzzles to help pass time on a rainy day. The heated pool was very warm and a great luxury that you dont find at most places and made swimming enjoyable even when the sun wasnt out. We spent a lot of time either at the pool or enjoying the view of the pool and palms trees. Most mornings we would take a stroll across the street to the sound side pier. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a little more closet/ drawer space for guests to tuck their things away in the bathroom and bedroom closets/ dressers, but overall it's a great place!

Highly recommend. The property is well kept and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and cookware. The condo has any amazing view of the beach and the perfect balcony to sit and view it from. The condo was easy to get to and conveniently located to other amenities. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

The heated pool & jacuzzi were great. I think the pool was actually warmer than your average pool in the summer. Unfortunately you had to get out eventually. Beautiful view. Elevator made it being on the 3rd floor not a big deal.

This property and its surroundings just blew me away. It truly does feel like paradise, the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the balcony, the well manicured pool area, decorations, everything was just perfect. It was our 1st time in this area and definitely won’t be the last. Bonnie’s hospitality made our stay even better. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need and more. More times than not, it felt like the whole area was just for us, the beach is very private. The weather was perfect for this time of year, we took advantage of it and used the pool and hot tub every night. The heated pool was definitely a plus! I just can’t say enough about this place and area. We chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday and it’s been the best birthday by far. Thank you Bonnie for letting us stay in your place!!! Relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. We went during the off season so a lot of places closed by 8pm. Area is quite, which I found to be super nice. There was a slight bug problem but it seems like management was already aware of it and was spraying around the property.

We had the best time all thanks to Bonnie’s quick response late into the night after a last minute cancellation. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay. The place was gorgeous with high ceilings, the best view, well furnished and stocked kitchen. Code on door for east access for everyone staying. Beautiful beach and pool to relax in. Our family vacation could not have been any better thanks to the perfect condo and location. The interior was spotless and sooooo well stocked. The view overlooking the pool and the ocean was beautiful, we enjoyed watching fireworks in the distance with no need to deal with the crowds. From the moment we walked out onto the balcony and heard the ocean waves till we closed the door behind us to go back to Ohio we had one of the best times of our lives. The condo was perfect for us, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach was a short walk and the pool/jacuzzi was even closer. We collected sea shells, saw dolphins, relaxed in the sun and ate wonderful seafood. It was met our expectations and more!!

The view is spectacular! Very clean and updated. Well stocked kitchen including spices, a crock pot, and lots of cups/plates/utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Nice balcony furniture (four tall chairs and two loungers) and a nicely stocked beach gear closet. Lots of board games and books for downtime.

Our hostess was fantastic... the place was fantastic... communication, check-in and out, properly stocked kitchen (great coffee maker and bean grinder!)... all FANTASTIC. Location, things to do in the area, amazing view from the deck... again, FANTASTIC!
The weather? The weather was decidedly NOT fantastic.
Which just means we'll have to come back and stay her again when we can actually enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub!
