Our historic Back Bay brownstone is located only a few blocks from the serene Boston Commons and Public Gardens, the Charles River Esplanade, the Boston Public Library, historic Beacon Hill, and the Freedom Trail.
Getting around
The Back Bay neighborhood sits on land reclaimed from water in the mid-nineteenth century. Unlike many other Boston neighborhoods, the Back Bay was laid out in a grid pattern and was based on French urban planning with parks and wide boulevards. The major shopping streets are Newbury Street and Boylston Street in Back Bay and Charles Street and Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill. The former is connected to the Prudential Center and Copley Place malls. Commuter Rail, Amtrak and Orange Line MBTA service are available at Back Bay station. Back Bay Station is a major intermodal center, and with Amtrak service, connects Back Bay to points well beyond Boston, including, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. The main transit service in the Back Bay is the Green Line central subway, with several stops along Boylston Street, including the Hynes Convention Center (Newbury St. & Mass Ave.) and Copley (Boylston St. & Dartmouth St.) stops.

Lovely Boston Apartment
Host is accommodating and full of great local tips. Self check-in is simple and well-organized. The space is comfortable and functional. The location is fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere. There are many great places to eat and drink within steps of the apartment. We were four adults and had plenty of space. Highly recommend staying in this property to enjoy and explore Boston.

Great place, great location
We loved this place! It was beautifully done, everything worked, and the location was unbeatable. Easy to walk or take the T to everything we wanted to see, and grocery stores very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional
The apartment was perfect- super clean, exactly as pictured, secure, and couldn’t have been in a better location in Back Bay. They were even able to accommodate our early check-in. Had a question about the blinds and Jason answered my text super fast. We loved our stay.

4 Nights in Boston during the holidays 2019
We stayed in Jason's 2 bed apartment kn Gloucester st, having stayed in the 3 bed last year. Both are equally well appointed, and this year the 2 bed was ideal for our family of 4. The location is Position "A" for exploring Back-Bay, Beacon Hill and Boston in general. All the amenities are provided in the aprtment, it's a really smart place to base yourself if you're thinking of visiting. Jason runs a proffesional operation and everying went smoothly. Would definitely return again if staying in Boston.

Stay at 46 Gloucester Street Back Bay: Excellent in all aspects
The accommodation was as described on the website. Two reasonable BDRs, one en-suite and additional full seperate bathroom. The lounge and kitchen combo was well equipped. Microwave, full-size gas cooking, Keureg coffee maker, all cutlery required. Two TVs with all content. Great heating. Good and welcoming decor in the lounge.
Jason Post ( host) is very easily contactable. The PDF of instructions is detailed. There is also a list of tourist things to tick off.
The location is very convenient to major shopping and eating places and a few metres from the Haynes convention centre. We were 4 family members for three days and did not at all feel cramped. Highly recommended. A bit on pricy side compared to a few other larger apartments on the Homestay site, but We were happy with the overall value.

Texans Invade Boston
We absolutely loved our stay here! Short walk to the T and lots of great restaurants. Trader Joe’s was just a quick step around the corner for some quick items and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Very lovely home and we felt like we experienced Boston like a local. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!
This property suited our stay wonderfully! Very clean, conveniently located & secure. Two bathrooms was great! We also thought the wine & coffee were a great touch. I would like to suggest another comfortable chair near the couch. After a long day of walking, it was tough for 2-3 of us to all relax comfortably around each other. The location was excellent for shopping. We also found decent food nearby at Atlantic Fish. I will say, the only big surprise here was how noisy the area can be early in the morning. We were getting up early anyway to see all the sites but waking up to trucks, horns & banging wasn’t great. It made it tough to have the windows open. All in all however, this place was wonderful & we would highly recommend!

Perfect location, fresh and fluffy linens/towels, immaculate condition.
It’s always lovely to stay in Jason and Valerie’s apartments. They are clean, beautifully decorated, in great locations and have really nicely stocked bathrooms and kitchens. Their towels and bedding are so soft and comfortable, it truly feels like home. Thank you again for sharing your apartment with us!

Very nice; great location
The apartment was very nice and well equipped. Jason was very responsive. Great neighborhood, but very busy and a bit loud.

Great Location!
Working with Jason was easy. He was quick to respond to emails, texts, and accommodated an early check-in for us. The apartment was clean and well kept, and in a terrific location in Back Bay. We were able to walk to lots of shopping and restaurants.
The street noise is loud and you can certainly hear it in the apartment, but I think that is to be expected in this location and in an older building. It helped that one of the bedrooms had a white noise machine which cancelled out most of the street noise. The second bedroom is very small and has no windows, so airflow was very limited.
Overall, we enjoyed our time in Boston and our stay at this apartment.

Excellent experience all around- fantastic location, super clean, & very accommodating
Can’t wait to come back! Our time at this property could not have been better- everything from the sheets on the bed, to the accessibility of the owners, was top notch. Ideal setting between shops, dining, and tourist attractions. Thank you Post Hospitality Group for making our experience unforgettable!

Awesome apartment
So many things about this apartment are amazing. The location is perfect. You are literally between Boylston and Newbury Street. Walking distance to everything. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. I was there with my girlfriend and our daughters and we had plenty of room. The owner, Jason, is on top of his game. If you need anything, he is right there to help. Highly recommended

Boston/Back Bay stay
We loved the location of this condo. It was convenient to everything. Trader Joe's was right around the corner and a full sized grocery store , Star Grocery, was also convenient and in walking distance. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed . We had a terrific week enjoying the sights of Boston. We did not rent a car and we found that we absolutely did not need one. Uber, public transportation and walking worked out just fine.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you're attending a conference at Hynes convention center
This is one of the best VRBO properties that we have ever rented! The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was so convenient to the Hynes Convention center, only 4 buildings away and in a very safe neighborhood. Great restaurants and shops within 2 blocks including a liquor store with wine tasting available. The local Whole Foods store was a bit of a walk but it was only a $7 Uber ride to get there. The owner Jason was so great to work with! He made everything so easy. During our next trip to Boston we will definitely be staying here!!
