Beautiful, newly renovated, 1 bedroom space in a gorgeous character home. A full kitchen, new stove/oven, Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and accessories. Full-size front-loading washer/dryer. Shower/bath. Bedroom with queen size bed, living room. Wifi, high definition TV, blueray/DVD.

Beautifully finished and eco-friendly. Cork, granite, stainless steel, natural wool carpet. All the charm and character of yesteryear on the outside with modern conveniences and comforts on the inside.

No view from the unit but step outside to one of the best views in the City. The Pacific ocean and snow-capped mountains.

Private entrance to this lower-level space, half above grade. Note that ceilings are under-height. There is a family living above the space that endeavours to be quiet in the mornings/evenings but please note that the space is not soundproof.

Small basement suite with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in separate bedroom. Great access to beach walks, parks, shopping, city centre, restaurants, galleries. TV only functions as a means of downloading from a personal device, so guest needs to have a way to connect to HDMI cord. Ceiling height is lower than usual so taller guests might find this uncomfortable.

This rental suite is perfect for single or a couple. Property has a wonderful location at the coast line (it’s literally 100’ in front of you.) As well as near the Cook Str village. Walking of the area is very safe and near two very well known walking parks. The area is very quite and you’ll just love the inside of this space. The whole place is extremely well clean and easy access of the washer and dryer in the rental unit. I loved that they provided not only a listing of the restaurants in the area, but which ones they do suggest you visit while you stay in the rental. Cooking in the unit I did do a lot on my trip to Victoria. The suite did have everything needed to be able to cook. I will be staying here for a month again. It was just overall one of the top two places I’ve rented from in Victoria BC over the 20 years visiting Victoria. You need to rent this lovely suite.

Step out and immediately begin a long walk or bike ride along the ocean shore. Close to shopping and Beacon Hill Park. Small but clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with washer and dryer; nice bed, good but compact bathroom. Five steps down to B and B entrance at the back of house: not the easiest access. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the house on the beach front was fantastic with a long promenade for walking or biking. The house was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The Suite was beautifully clean and had lots of extras like coffe, olive oil etc. Thank you and we’ll definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely come back. Great communication from the owner. Clear written instructions. Although we of course need to bring our own food, the kitchen contained a lot of nice touches (condiments, coffee, chocolate, etc.) It also was well equipped: we were not left searching for anything. No place is perfect of course. The mattress is due to be changed as it slumps in the middle. We were able to use the extra pillows to compensate. If that were replaced then we would give the place a score of 150%.

The property was perfect for us visiting our son in Victoria. It’s in a great location near the ocean and Beacon Hill Park. It’s very compact and ideal for a couple. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped including a washer and dryer. It’s a semi-basement apartment and if there was one slight downside, it did get noisy occasionally early in the morning from upstairs. The restaurant recommendations in the folder were useful and accurate. Overall, a great place to stay.

The basement suite was clean and within walking distance of Cook Street and downtown Victoria. Lacks sound proofing between the main floor and basement but quiet at night. Cell phones can ping off US towers and you may get messages you are roaming in US. If this happens call your service provider so you don’t get billed for roaming charges. Owners were accommodating about bike storage.Sofa cushion foam sagging but clean.

The property was really good! Equipped well with all the necessities! We realize it was a basement suite but found upstairs footsteps and chairs quite loud in the morning. No sleeping in for us otherwise it was perfect with s wonderful location!

The location couldn't be more beautiful literally steps away from the ocean. Suite was really nice - kitchen was well equipped, and everything was really clean. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

Great place to stay when you do not want to be right downtown. it is a 30 second walk to the ocean and great views. Lots of places to walk along the shore as well as asphalt paths. Close to walk to places to eat (pizza, pub, dine) as well as the coffee shops on Cook Street. The suite is perfect for 2 people with a separate bedroom and cozy for 3 or 4 (sofa bed in living room). Kitchen has everything you need and there is a BBQ outside. 2 minute walk to Beacon Hill Park. Short drive to downtown and lots to see there. Host communication is excellent and no problems. Would certainly book again for our next visit.
