The place was cute and had everything we needed. It was also close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We loved our stay and had a great weekend!

Overall, this place is a decent size and has all the necessities if needing to cook which was very nice. This place unfortunately was subpar clean. The entire wall behind the bed had dust and lots of hair, the shower had thick line of dust all over anywhere it was flat, the couch looked as if never been vacuumed, lots of ants in kitchen, and pillows were essentially flat. This is all stuff that can be easily fixed and did enjoy the location and overall size of the place just wish had been better cleaned

We stayed for 3 days , for a convention my husband attended. It was very convenient to his location . We enjoyed being able to cook our meals . The kitchen was stocked nicely . I would recommend this for a couple or single person .

Overall this place was nice and just what we needed. The location to downtown is very convenient. Checking in and out with the host was very easy. The only things that we had issues with was the location of the apartment to the main highway that is quite literally RIGHT outside your windows. If you are a light sleeper I would highly recommend bringing a sound machine that you can tolerate because the road noise is very loud all hours of the night. And the only other thing was the light in the AM. I would highly recommend the owner of this space invest in some blackout curtains because the sunlight coming through the blinds is hard to sleep with. But overall it was a good place to rest after a busy day in beautiful Asheville!!

We were in town for a wedding at the Biltmore. Location was perfect for back and forth trips to Asheville. Rooms are very close to the road so traffic noise is very loud but thankfully the road was not as busy at night. Upon initial shower we found the tub wouldn’t drain. We called the property manager with no answer, my husband was able to plunge it to get the water draining. I know many people travel here to hike but we were there for a formal event. Some suggestions would be some hangers in the closet and an additional mirror, possibly full length to use when getting ready. Only mirror is small and above the bathroom sink which makes multiple people getting ready difficult. Overall a decent place to stay for the price but could use a few additions.

Very clean, minutes from downtown and highway! Would recommend and stay here again.

This place was conveniently located for my business trip. The only things that would have made it better would be; curtains in the windows to block out the headlights from the road at night; better pillows(they were too soft). Otherwise, this place is great for the price! I will definitely book again!

Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed at to date. My wife and I just love the way Patrick took care of us and whenever something came up he was right there to take care of it for us. After a small issue with the air conditioner he set us up in a nicer room at no extra charge and we were truly truly grateful for that! thank you Patrick for a wonderful time!

I'll always love Ashville. My stay was pleasant, and the rental was very accurately described. Other than the traffic, being so close to the road, it was enjoyable. Definitely worth the consideration with just a nine minute drive to downtown.

Property is in an ideal quiet location. Approximately 5-7 miles from everywhere. The host is really nice.

When we arrived we approached the door that was at the end of the building. When we went to enter the code it had evidence of damage to the door jam near the handle lock with broken metal flashing. We immediately felt uneasy.. the unit is at the end of a strip of commercial offices. The window in the kitchen faced the back

We enjoyed the ease of staying in this cabin. It has a nice location and is reasonably clean. My only critique is that the end cabin is next to a busy road, and it would be nice if it had a foldout couch in the living space. But, all in all, it was a great value.

We were very happy with our stay. The bed was most comfortable, the location was great, check in and check out was smooth and easy, everything was clean, and well organized, and was the perfect size for us.

This was the perfect and affordable place for us to stay while getting eloped in Asheville! It is the perfect location from downtown and the river and the host was attentive and kind. The shower takes a really long time to drain, but it still didn’t take away from the perfect location and the price!

Everything was clean, fresh, & new. Everything worked & the property manager was easy to reach for any little thing that came up. Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy downtown Asheville. This place is far enough away from downtown to enjoy a bit of nature, but a quick ride into downtown for festivities. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Asheville.

I was quite comfortable here. It was very close to where my daughter lives, so convenient for me. I had only one small issue, which the owner was prompt in fixing. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT place! GREAT location! Owner was extremely responsive, accommodating, and provided a very cool renovation. Would highly recommend and will certainly book again next time we’re in Asheville. We had 2 grandchildren graduating and were very happy we found such a great place to stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Asheville, but not pay Uptown prices!

The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was certainly well equipped though we did not use it. We had difficulty with the drains in the bathtub /shower and the sink in the bathroom. The Water drains out extremely slowly so we ended up using the kitchen sink more than the bathroom sink. Also the sink is pulling away from the wall and that could be a danger. This is the third time we have stayed here as it is very convenient to visit family. The place could use a little bit of TLC. Most important are The two drains. Will probably stay here again in the near future.

I spent two nights here. We hiked during the day and went to West Asheville one night. It was perfect for our needs and I was grateful that such a clean place accepted my pampered dog. They appointed that place with most anything you could need. My only ask would be for a lamp as I prefer that to overhead lighting. As others noted-the traffic is a bit loud, but we were not there to sleep in late. Thank you for a very nice stay.
I would come back and probably try for the bigger room on the back with the deck on the creek. ??

Shaun was super quick to respond and was overall a very kind person. We will definitely have to return. This place is only a ten minute drive to downtown Asheville and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by! 10/10

The place was very nice. We didn't realize the place was a part of a mini mall area and called. No response from the owner. We finally figured it out. Sink in bathroom plugged and no coffee maker. This was a very nice place other than those issues.

Needed somewhere closeby to stay with my girlfriend for quick Asheville trip. Nice quiet area and was a nice small place for a few days near the city. Location is right outside downtown so everything is within a 10-15 minute drive. Nice little park with a pond is located with a quick walk/drive as well. Recommended for anyone wanting an affordable stay without wanting to stay in downtown Asheville.

The property owner went out of his way to ensure the property was ready for our last minute reservation. The property was very clean had everything we needed. The sofa needs to be updated; the bed was comfortable. The biggest downside to the property is the proximity to the road. It is a busy road and there was a lot of road noise. I would recommend a sound machine or fan to block it out.

Two of us stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for what we needed. Good enough space for two people and a location that's not too far from everything in Asheville. Definitely would recommend!

It's a cute well-appointed apartment which is very conveniently located, with a price that's hard to beat. There are two things that I hope the owner addresses which would definitely raise my ranking, and in fact would make me have no problem staying there again (my son lives in Weaverville). All of the fixtures in the bathroom drained extremely slowly. As one may expect, the toilet was the most problematic. The kitchen sink drained just fine. The other thing that perplexed us was the remote control for the in-wall heat pump unit. We couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Maybe it was us, although I like to think that we are at least of average intelligence. I see two possibilities. First, although it looks like a new unit, maybe it needs a repair. Second, an instruction sheet for use of the remote may be necessary. In any event, we had a great time!

The unit was great for what we needed for a long weekend. Close in distance to downtown Asheville. Unfortunately being right off a main road you can hear traffic and trucks all night long. So I recommend bringing earplugs. We did have to unclog the shower drain when we got there which was kinda gross but otherwise pretty clean!

Needed a place to stay for a couple nights. Had everything I needed just wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Plenty of space and in good location.

This cute property is an excellent base from which to explore Biltmore and Asheville at a reasonable cost. Great place just across the road - the Barrel House - for dinner too

Husband and I wanted a quick get away, but not spend a fortune on accommodations. We wanted to be close to downtown (5ish minutes). Uber and Lyft were affordable.
Owner personally called the morning of and told us we could check in early (I have never had this). And when there was no coffee pot as said, he dropped one off at our front door. It was great to be able to communicate with owner so quick and easy!
If you do not like car noises just bring a sound machine to drown out the noise.

Affordable Asheville Getaway
This place is a good value for anyone travelling with pets! No frills, but it has everything you'd need. Any complaints are pretty minor: you'll hear the road noise, but it didn't bother us. I'd like to see some blinds to cover the windows in the doors. Finally, the hot water ran out on us twice - so shower quick! Overall, if we're back in Asheville I'd be happy to stay here again

Nice but a little noisy
This property was as stated, very clean and everything was in great working condition. Location is great , in close proximity to everything in Asheville however do no rely on the use of Uber or Lyft. The only complaint that we have is about the traffic noise. I didn’t anticipate being so exposed to the noise from loud vehicles in the morning.. Would stay again but next time will just bring a box fan to drown out noise.
