See Listing # 684978 for SUGAR REEF "B". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and fresh decor this home has a relaxing, "beachy" vibe. You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks to direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground. This home is super clean, features a screened porch, bar-b-que grill, beach chairs and shady covered parking! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

this is a great place, very clean and comfortable with everything you need, just steps from the beach. You have comfortable parking, a "lanai" on the ground floor and area for BBQ. The other unit neighbors are not an issue since only shares the living room wall so rooms are very quiet. It is great to have washer and drier inside the unit. And the AC works great!!!

The property is very clean, in a great quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked. Loads of towels. Host provided washing up liquid, kitchen towel and a few toilet rolls upon arrival. The bedrooms in this duplex are at the furthest ends of the accompdation so always very quiet. The AC broke while we there. Laura the host was so efficient in resolving the issue. Comm6with them was excellent anyway. But when you encounter an issue you find out how good they are and Laura was excellent I highly recommended this property.

Sugar Reef was everything we needed. We had a group of 3 adults for a long weekend getaway, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, had laundry in the unit, and a great location! It was nice that we had everything for the beach too right onsite…beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach buggy to pull everything, and beach towels. Being able to walk to the beach was so convenient. We had a great stay!

My Wife and I Spent 5 Nights In This Wonderful Rental. 1st Off This Is The Cleanest Place That I've Stayed In. Everything From The Bathroom,Bedrooms,even down to the Coffee Pot Was Spotless. The Water Pressure Was Amazin... My Wife Is Always Complaining How Most Places We Go The Shower Usual Doesn't Have The Pressure To Get Her Hair Clean But Not This Place...It Has Everything You Need For A Day At The Beach And Its Only A Short 2-3 Min Walk.I Would Definitely Stay In This Unit Again And Would Recommend It To Anyone Going To This Part Of Florida. I Personally Want To Thank The Owners And Host For A Great Stay.. I'm Already Planning Another Trip....

This property has everything you could possibly need for your stay including to take to the beach. Everything is very clean and welcoming. Location is literally steps away from beach and trolley stop. Communication with Laura was always helpful and quick to respond. Overall a 5 star stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on this vacation! The house itself is quality built and nicely updated. The living room furniture was very comfortable, as well as the bedroom and outdoor furniture. The layout of the house was great for vacationing with a young child. With the kitchen open to the living room you can easily keep an eye on kids while cooking. Also, the bathroom is close to the bedroom, so nighttime trips to potty for kids are easy. No need to rent anything other than a cooler (or buy a cheap one) for the beach too!! Plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, inflatables, toys, towels…everything! The owner, Laura, was so friendly and quick to respond when communicating prior to the trip and while we were there! Such a great experience! My daughter said to tell her that we would be back soon!

Love love love this property! Everything you need for a day at the beach or a rainy day in the house or outside porch! I love the fact that there are "extras" for everything; from spices and red solo cups / coffee filters (we brought our own coffee and filters so contributed). The shed under the house has beach chairs for 8, along with noodles, floating tubes and a hard cooler. The shower pressure was incredible! Short drive or 15 minute walk to Bridge Street for entertainment and meals / drinks. We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved this property! It was cute, clean, and well-equipped! We had everything we needed including beach chairs, a floatie, and a beach umbrella! The beach was just steps away and that particular beach almost seemed private! It was crystal blue water and even had dolphins playing just off-shore! The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved using the grill located downstairs. The water pressure was spectacular! They even had after-sun lotion in the bathroom! The beds were also VERY comfortable! The owner was super responsive by email before the trip when we had questions about the recent hurricane in the area. We got a super welcoming and very informative email before our visit making check-in seamless! The property was very easy to find. And we loved being on this part of Anna Maria Island! There is even a park for kids just around the corner! Everything about this trip was relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you for a fabulous stay and we cannot wait to come back soon!

Excellent property without a doubt. Owner and property manager was very kind and had excellent communication. Property was as described and very clean. If I had to give any recommendations it would be to reduce the water pressure in the shower. It was a little on the high side. No negatives at all.

Had a wonderful stay. Laura was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean, well stocked with essentials and just 2 min from the beach or the local playground on the bay. We would definitely stay there again! For anyone who likes to hear the cons, I would say they are no pool, and small mosquitos around the driveway area. That's it. I recommend this place.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The place is clean with lovely furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk. On the other side is the bay which is also a short walk, great for seeing the beautiful sunrises. The unit has a large storage room at the end of the driveway full of beach accessories and was great for us to store our bikes. A wonderful place and we hope to return!
