Excellent location and beautiful

The house was clean and comfortable, just as described in listing. The location to everything was lovely. The only negative comment I would mention is that there is an odd smell in the kitchen/bathroom. It smells as though there may be mold or water damage. When we arrived windows were open and fans were on. We did not feel comfortable sleeping with windows open. There were quite a few spiders in the kitchen, so if you are scared of spiders- just a heads up. (To be expected in the woods?)

This was our third stay at this property. It is immaculately clean, well furnished and well stocked. The lake views are stunning. It is an easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. Hiking trails start behind the house. Denise is so easy to work with and has pretty much thought of everything. We will be back for a 4th stay.

This house was perfect! The location was ideal! You could walk right down to the beach area. It was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this to families with older children as the street did not have sidewalks and there was a small bit of traffic as they cut through. But my teens were okay!

Cute cabin, in a nice location with lake views. It was cozy and accommodating. My only issue was that it had a strong pungent musky smell inside the whole house that does not go away . We tried to air out the rooms but the smell lingers. I recommend maybe having air fresheners or some kind of spraying of the furniture. I think the smell comes from the humidity. Also, I saw a spider in the bathroom which is expected since its in a forest type area. However maybe having the cabin sprayed for bugs more often would be ideal. Other than that it was pleasant.
