About this apartment rental

Luxurious 3 bedroom 1300 square foot condo with 2 Full bathrooms recently updated. Recent updates include new paint, furniture, washer and dryer, beds, art work, linens, kitchen items, and lighting. Condo is kept exceptionally clean!! Private covered balcony facing 30A is accessible from the living room and master. Amenities include deeded beach access, two private pools in the condo complex, shuttle service to the beach, and BBQ area. The complimentary tram will take you to or from the beach every 10 minutes seasonally. Or just walk the short distance. The Village is located in Seacrest Beach with Rosemary Beach as a neighbor (1.5 blocks) to the east and Alys Beach as a neighbor to the west. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within a one minute walk. New pool, hot tub, and splash pad directly across from the condo!! Nearest Beach: Seacrest Beach at Sunset Beach, 200 meters Nearest Golf: Camp Creek Golf Club, 1.1 miles Nearest Restaurant: La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, Acme Ice House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Pizza by the Sea are located at The Village. Peddlers is located on the property for bike rentals. So there is no need to drive! Everything is within walking distance. Master Bedroom has a King bed and a flat screen TV, attached full bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower and a large closet. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and TV and a closet and the Third Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds and a TV. We brought our two daughters here for a beach vacation. The location is perfect for the family. You go downstairs to rent a bike or enjoy food and live music in the pavilion. The trams were a quick ride to the beach.

Stayed in Seacrest for 3 nights and it was great! We were in town for a wedding and everything was close by and walkable in the Rosemary Beach area. Had a wonderful time. Had to reach owner a couple times and response was quick.

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the location of the condo and how walkable it was to Rosemary town center. The tram to the beach was super helpful since we did have disabled people with us. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to 30A.

This condo is amazing! Decorated and furnished nicely, had pots and pans needed to cook, and also had beach toys and chairs/umbrella to use. The balcony is right on 30A Highway which we loved sitting outside and being close to the action. An easy walk to Rosemary, the beach and any restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and had a lot of space inside. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed. It's a wonderful location if you want to stay right in the heart of everything. We could walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go. We never needed our car. Two negatives for us were the walls are super thin and we had a toddler staying above us. We got woken up every morning at 5:30 am to baby Godzilla running across the condo above us every morning for hours. And the beach is blocked off to a small area and everyone stays in that area. The beach area was congested with people.

Condo had everything we needed. It was convenient to everything, but still in a quiet spot. Beds were comfortable. Had anything you’d need for cooking. New appliances. Lots of little details like puzzles and kids games. We had a terrific time!

We loved this place. Nice walk to Rosemary Beach easy access to restaurants. We enjoyed eating at diff ones every night. The balcony was great for people watching and one night we watched a storm. The condo was quiet and the kids loved the bunk room. We wanted our older kids to be able to decide if they wanted to sleep alone or in the bunk room. They loved sleeping in the bunk room. There was so many supplies we were able to use like surf boards sand toys etc which was nice since we flew in. The beach was a little walk but not bad. Reserve your chairs in advance. Our spot was ready for us every day.

We stayed here for spring break. It was fantastic. The condo itself was very clean, and had everything we needed. It delivered as advertised. The 30A area is AMAZING. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Tons of restaurants, and shops all just steps away. The beach is only a 7 minute walk. There is also a shuttle if you do not want to walk there. Our host was great. She gave us detailed instructions, and recommendations before our trip, and was very responsive the couple times we had quick questions. We have a family of 5, and felt like we had plenty of space. Our youngest shared the bunk bed room. Overall, a great place to stay.

We shared this rental with another couple for a wedding we were all attending. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. This property was clean but well used. Could use a good paint and deep clean (especially living room furniture) due to beach wear and tear.

The condo was nice and located in a good location but there were tiny ants on the kitchen counter. Also, there was a thunderstorm and water was leaking into the windows of the condo in the master bedroom. We choose to leave the condo one day early because of Hurricane Ida. .

We loved staying here - it was so easy to get to and from the beach, ideal location to restaurants & shops, and loved having the pool as an option. Our only comment would be that if there could be mention of the beach chairs in the amenities, that would have been helpful. We got in earlier than check in would allow, so we purchased chairs because we weren’t sure if they were included. In the scheme of things, that’s nothing! Will highly recommend to friends & will be returning for sure.

Loved our stay! We stayed here with 3 teenagers. Perfect location in the center of all the action and we felt very comfortable having them go out and explore on their own. There are plenty of options for eating, shopping and entertainment. We rented bikes at Peddlers and rode everywhere. We loved the live music every night until 9pm or so, right downstairs in the circle. We had Bruno’s pizza delivered one night and it was amazing. The unit was comfortable with space for all of us and beautifully decorated. We did not want to leave!!

We loved staying at this property! The condo was so cute, had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space. Our kiddos LOVED the bunk room! The area where the condo is located is the best. We enjoyed live music every night and loved all of the little shops and pizza. The walk to the beach was super easy. We did take the tram a few times, but decided the walk was quicker. The owner was very easy to get in touch with, and we definitely plan on coming back! Thank you!
