Casa tranquila y agradable en Lisboa

Zona muy tranquila, perfecta para el descanso. Todo limpísimo y habitación muy bonita, equipada con frigorífico y baño amplio y cómodo. El personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La casa cuenta con una amplia cocina con todo lo necesario y un agradable patio. Está a unos 12 minutos en autobús de la estación de Santa Apolonia.

Está un poco alejado del centro. En autobús se tarda una media hora en llegar a la zona de la Plaza del Comercio, y unos 20 minutos en taxi o Uber (merece la pena si vais 3-4 personas). Si haces el check-in después de las 18.00 cobran 10€ extra, y el check out es bastante temprano, a las 10.00.

Après repérage de la ville, très bon séjour.

Quartier résidentiel, propreté, accueil chaleureux avec des conseils de visites et de parking. Jolie chambre, équipements neufs et possibilité lavage/ séchage linge.

Quartier résidentiel éloigné du centre et en bordure d’un quartier défavorisé. Difficulté de circuler la nuit en dehors de l’utilisation d’un taxi. Lignes de bus indirectes.

soweit ok, aber die Nächte waren wg Temperaturen nicht auszuhalten. selbst bei offener Türe nicht….

sehr freundlicher Service und Mitarbeiter

bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen ist der Raum viel zu heiß ohne Möglichkeit, nachts zu lüften. Wer bei 29C Raumtemperatur schlafen kann- perfekt. Wenn nicht- besser nach Alternativen Ausschau halten.

Quando sei in vacanza e invece di dire "torniamo al monolocale",dici "torniamo a casa"😍

Il monolocale è praticamente nuovo a piano terra, è la porzione di una villetta in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla di Lisbona. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Nonostante avessimo la macchina a noleggio preferivamo prendere un Huber per andare in centro che dista pochi minuti.Marcos,il manager della struttura, è molto gentile,ci ha mostrato il monolocale e i vari elettrodomestici (tutti nuovi), ci ha inviato dei links su cosa vedere a Lisbona, consigliato dove andare a mangiare e ne abbiamo parlato insieme. Comunicavamo con whatsapp,risponde subito ad ogni messaggio.

Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo,la mancanza del bidè che per noi italiani è indispensabile,ma siamo soli contro il resto del mondo 😂

Local bom mas os hóspedes ao lado tem que nos respeitar mais.

Gostamos do local e do quarto. Matheus foi super atencioso.

Não gostei porque assim que fizemos check-in, o quarto ao lado deu 3 murros na parede. Estávamos tomando banho p dormir depois de um dia exausto de viagem. Depois disso fiquei bem chateada e por mim ia embora na mesma hora. Na noite seguinte nem consegui dormir direito.

Good for the value.

The neighbourhood is very safe. The owner was super friendly. It’s good value for money. It was handy to have a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The check in time could have been more extensive. I do not think the location is so great 40 mins by public transport. The downstairs bathroom was not clean and stank.

The location where situated was nice and quiet really loved that..

There is nothing that I would say I did not like but yes since it is too hot there I wish an ac in the room would really help or a much bigger powerful fan as my room had small windows for ventilation and it did not help and plus keeping the door open did not help too as it was just at the entrance but other then that all was ok

Good

The owner was super friendly. It’s good value for money. It was handy to have a kitchen to use. We were able to do laundry for free which was great.

It’s far from the main part of town, but the bus is easy to catch and Ubers are super cheap. The bathroom next to the kitchen was fine but the downstairs ones were a bit gross and could do with some love. The kitchen surfaces clean enough but someone needs to sort through the cupboards and fridges because there was a lot of old, rotting food that needed to go. And there weren’t enough cooking utensils and the ones they did have were not in the best shape and weren’t very clean. And no coffee machine or any way to make coffee !!

It was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, staff is sooo nice and helpful! Also location was good. Neighbourhood was quite and secure.

A perfect stay

The whole experience was great. I reached much before the check in time and Marcos allowed me to check in early without any hassle. Marcos and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to explore the city. WiFi was decent and the place had a good functional kitchen, washer/dryer etc.

Our host was exceptional . Help us with any question we had . Very helpful in arranging airport transportation Accommodations were close to bus line for easy access into Lisbon. Bus 759 took us into city center for 2 euros

Accommodations were small but adequate for what we wanted to do. They were as the pictures showed.

2 Days stay in Lisbon

I liked the location. The room with bathroom was exactly what we expected and we felt there comfortable. Even it is not too much spacy for two days we stayed was more than enough. The communication perfect, bus station very near, everything clean. Good connection to the airport.

Pleasant stay for the value. Recommended.

The neighbourhood is very safe, silent and friendly and we felt cozy. Also, there is a well-equipped kitchen and other ammenities like iron and ironing board which made our experience pleasant.

The water in the shower didn't go down through the pipes easily so the shower cabin became full with water, we had to wait for the water to gradually go down. Also, the room is a bit too small for one large bed and 2 bunker beds, but it makes good use of the space. There were some big dogs barking loudly during the night but those were the only annoying noises we heard.

The location is very good. The fridge in the room is usefull.

The bathroom on the outside, in the kitchen, it's bothering. Taking away the full privacy, specially if there are other 4-6 person in the kitchen when you want to use the bathroom. The room is really small.

Superb

My friend and i booked a room with a private bathroom which was very clean and comfortable. There was a terrace which everyone could use and whilst we were hanging out there, we met very cool people (Siniša&Tvrtko lol) who made our stay even more fun and pleasant. The host was very friendly and let us stay a bit longer. All in all, great accommodation and if we ever come to Lisbon again, we will definitely book it again.

Staff, neighborhood, cleaning of facilities every morning and evening

- Insufficient kitchen equipment (lack of table plates, small spoons) - dishwasher not working - very humid bathroom (towels were wet all the time) - need to go to the bathroom through the common space (kitchen)
