I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. it charged me 7mil/night (300usd/night) . expensive but it’s not worthy

Comfortable but could have been better.

People and location were wonderful. Nice rooms

We had one bathrobe with some makeup stains in the collar the toilet bum-gun was a blaster. On the end of our stay it broke. The smart tv was a bit old which only allow to watch cable, the other tv features like YouTube weren't accessible. When travelling with kids this is kind of nice to have working on the end start of the day.

The hotel location is good but the room request option was not available. Breakfast needs to improve

Location was good.

Breakfast was not good and the qty was insufficient to meet the weekend demand. Most main dish finished before the breakfast end time. The premier room booked was King bed in the online option but only twin beds were given and no king bed available. The booking.com states 'access to lounge' for premier room but there is no lounge in this hotel.

the guy at the receptionist guy was very rude and unprofessional. They need lots of improvements in customer service.

Nice location but disappointing resort

The lake and woodland was beautiful and it was peaceful when there wasn't an outdoor party taking place.

The breakfast wasn't great. The spa was closed, the bar was closed, the restaurant closed early. The information in the room was out of date and it was hard to get a clear answer about what facilities were open and nobody could tell us why. A previous review stated that these things were closed for Tet, but it seems the are permanently closed. There was often nobody on reception so it was difficult to get room service, we had to leave to find water. There was also a wedding with loud music playing, although it did finish by 11pm, it definitely ruined the peace. They also ran out of beer and wine because of the event.

It was ok and reasonable price. Hope the hotel plants more flower and have more things for customer.

the view is good. Staffs were friendly and good.

The room and bed were smaller than other resorts nearby. The toilet in the restaurant was not clean and not nice, should improve

Nice view to the lake

The ventilation in the room was not good. Do understand no AC in the room in Da Lat but make sure the ventilation was in good enough. Felt very hot at night and hard to sleep. Too many constructions nearby at the moment.

The breakfast is very terrible and the facilities and service aren’t as good as what they advertised . It’s not deserved to the fee which I paid.
