Stunning Corner lot Canal Front home. This home is at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy 150 feet of new Seawall. Watch the Manatee and dolphins daily along with the resident Bald Eagle.

This unit is fully furnished there are two flat-screen TVs with DVD players.

This home will has 1 King, 2 Queens

For your convenience, we also provide free cable, wireless Internet, We have a high-efficiency washer and dryer available for you to use. Linens and towels are provided for your use.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender :0), Coffee maker that can make 12 cups or Kcup

We only allow 1 boat docked at property. There is space for 1 truck and trailer along with 2 cars in driveway. No parking in Grass or street is allowed. We have a 8 guest limit! That count includes children.

The unit will have 1 paper towel rolls, some napkins & 2 TP per bathroom for your use. Plenty of spices in cabinet along with salt and pepper.

This stunning waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. There is a floating dock, fresh water to rinse your boat. The back yard features extensive decks with seating to enjoy the beauty of the river and wildlife. The screened in private patio has a propane BBQ grill and ample seating. The screened patio run 33 feet along the back of the house The property is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Crystal River has activities for the whole family, Biking , Hiking, fishing, Kayaking. Wildlife viewing.

There are 2 Kayaks, 1 paddleboard, 1 Three person canoe and 3 bicycles for your use.

Crystal River offers has one of the best scalloping in Florida.

During the summer. You can catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, or look for manatees and dolphins. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep-water grouper fishing.

Within a short drive, there is a mall with a multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer Reserve. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses. You will make memories to last a lifetime here!

My wife and I stayed here and brought out boat to hang out with the manatees and do some fishing. The dock was perfect and had easy assess to all of the activities. There were even kayaks that we used to visit and swim with the manatees. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. We use VRBO quite often and this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Our trip was cut short due to Tropical Storm Debbie and our host was in constant contact with us while monitoring the weather and the local advisories. Even though we had to leave early due to the potential of the storm surge, we had an amazing time at this location and would gladly book here again. It truly deserves more than 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had every amenity we needed plus more. The location was quiet and easily accessible. We used the bikes as often as the weather allowed and walked the trails at Crystal River Preserve State Park many times. This was our first time using VRBO and appreciated the positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Best vrbo we’ve seen-great location,quiet,on the water,fished and saw manatees from dock,house has tons of space and screened in porches, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living room with surround stereo tv and theater chairs,kayaks and canoe and bikes to use-everything listed was as good or better than presented-owner was great to work with-first time in area and she was honest and easy to work with-we stayed 10 nights and the whole experience was 5 stars for sure

This home is located on a canal and comes equipped with 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a plastic canoe. While the equipment clearly has seen use (bungees at front and back of watercraft no longer complete), the basics are there, which is wonderful! There are also 3 bikes, and everything you need for daily living at the house. Fun for all! Just wish the weather had been warmer while we were there:)

We stayed for 4 days with our son and his family. The kids caught soooo many fish! The property location is exceptional. Close to everything but yet isolated and quiet. We swam with manatees and saw the bald eagles. The house has EVERYTHING you could need or want. Tina was great. We will be back for sure

We had a great stay. The house is in a good neighborhood on the river. We where able to bring our John Boat no problem. There is a boat launch in the neighborhood. We saw mantees and alot of wild life. Crystal River is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would go back. Thanks Marisa

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed for almost a week and swam, boated, and relaxed. The house has all the amenities and a well-appointed kitchen. The area is great with lots of wildlife and walking and boating opportunities.

Myself and 3 girlfriends came to this area to paddle/kayak. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Property was just as described and Tina was a wonderful host/manager. Great communication and helpful with all aspects of checking in/out. The screened porch with comfy chairs overlooking the canal was the highlight for me!!! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! House is equipped with everything we needed- from the kitchen staples to the bikes and kayaks. Location is ideal for any nature lover- a quick bike ride to the state park and nature trails. Screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the canal. Tina was always available by text for any questions. This house is a 10 out of 10!

Although the weather was too nice for the manatees to come in from the bay, the house was excellent. Right on a canal, easy bike ride to two parks and a short drive to Three Sister Springs. I would definitely recommend it.

This is more than a house, it's a home. The place was spotless, and everyone found their comfort zone. We cooked TG dinner and felt at home. Location was great to launch our kayaks or go on excursions everyday. Highly recommend !

Spectacular!

Spectacular!

This property is an absolute gem! The place has everything you could want plus some. It's right on a canal where a mother manatee and her calf hang out. Added bonuses that come with the house are 2 kayaks, a SUP, a canoe (which works great if anyone is over 200 lbs, as the kayak and SUP really don't support larger people), and 2 bikes--plus all the safety equipment to go with these. In addition to manatees we saw dolphins, turtles, and a number of shore birds from the property. We highly recommend renting kayaks and paddling over to Three Sisters Springs to view and snorkel with manatees. (The property is too far away to readily access the springs using their kayaks.) Going with a local snorkel company also is a great option for manatee viewing. Thanks for a spectacular stay, Tina!

We had a great time at this property. It’s a great corner lot on a canal and me and the kids probably caught 2 dozen fish each on frozen shrimp (catfish, snapper, pinfish, etc). They had an absolute blast. There were multiple manatee sightings right behind the house. We used the owner’s kayaks and canoe several times and also rented a pontoon boat from cool water kayaks (they delivered it right to the dock). Inside was very clean and neat. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Tina was a great host and easy to get in touch with.

This location has everything you need for a great gulf fishing experience. Close ramps for launching a boat to 25 minutes to open gulf fishing. The house is spacious with a great layout and plenty of windows to view the canals along side. Great floating dock with fresh water wash and close proximity to a marina for bait and tackle. House has any and all amenities that you could ask for. Would definitely recommend this location for a great rental.

Exceptional overall rental experience

This is the second time we rented this home for one month at a time. Two year ago I reviewed the rental and couldn’t say enough about how we enjoyed ourselves. This year was no exception. We’ve rented many homes over the years and I must admit this home is probably the best of the best. Tina and Jon (property mangers) are very proactive when it comes to making sure everything is perfect for our stay. We especially appreciated the new leather living room furniture. Bottom line is you really can’t go wrong renting this home.

The house was clean and roomy, and they had everything you need. Everything from cookware, to water bottles, to cozies, to ziploc bags and coffee sweetners was provided. The dock was great- we were treated to a visit by a couple of manatees and it was the first weekend of October. We enjoyed the canoe and took it out several times and came across more manatees.

This house is wonderful! Great location right on water with kayaks, paddleboard, and a canoe. There are bikes for adults, so we brought our 4 year old's bike and we rode every evening. The house has everything you need....pots/pans, spices, games/books, etc. The beds were good quality and comfortable. There are 3 separate dining areas, so everyone can get sone time away from each other...a blessing sometimes!! The only complaint anyone had all weekend was my husband couldn't watch his Atlanta Falcons game that he forgot to record...but they lost anyways so who cares We are planning to return in the winter, and we will definitely stay in this house if it's available!
