About this house rental

This house is totally remodeled in June 2020. This flawless four bedroom house was designed to capture the panoramic Gulf views from the expansive balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floor. The first level features a generous Master Suite with a king sized bed, sitting area, luxurious spa-like bath and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom with private bath on this level is over-sized with a queen bed and trundle bed. A full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located on this first level. The second floor offers an astonishing spacious open living/dining room with tiled floors, walls of windows with natural light, plenty of seating for large gatherings and a large balcony for enjoying views of the emerald green water and sizzling hot sunsets. The dining room table has seating for up to six with additional seating at the large breakfast bar. Additionally on this level is a full bathroom off the hallway and a King bedroom. The third floor offers a bedroom with a queen bed, half bath, and a balcony for enjoying the cool breezes off the Gulf. Special features include free high speed internet, flat LED TV's & DVD's in each bedroom.
Seabreeze Cottages is ideally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and features just 12 luxury homes and a community pool. The Beach access is across the street and the Beach is a short stroll away!. Enjoy 18 miles of paved biking and jogging trails and all the wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, coastal lakes and three Beachfront State Parks. Best of all, relax at the balconies in the evening for an amazing view of the sunset. Please wear your shade. Free fast internet is provided.

We had the best time. The house was in a great location and the public beach access right across the street was very convenient. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the host was a great communicator, especially when the power went out after a storm. We would definitely book again!

We had a great time staying here! The property was as described and very clean. Close location to the beach, just right across from the public access. Only thing I would say is that I wish the pool had a cover or shade. It made the water hot being out in the open with the Florida heat.

Nice place- plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kiddos. We were good with the steps- have to be able to do steps in the house and steps down to the beach. The reviews are very honest about that. Beautiful beach! Loved our visit! 🏖️☺️

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful house. It was very clean and a short walk from the beach. The host was also very responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is amazing! Many good points like location, room sizes, kitchen amenities and owner communication. We would definitely rent this property again. The floor was not very well cleaned and one of the mattress is too much firm for us, but those little things did not change our great experience!

We had the best time at this house! It was perfect for 3 families with kids. Perfect location to the beach. Be aware of lots of stairs to the beach!

We had a great stay. House was a great size and location. Short walk to the beach. Kids also enjoyed there being a pool. Check in was easy. We would recommend to others and would return. Restaurants and shops were also a short drive and easy to access. Only issue was all the towels in the house smelled like cigarettes when we arrived and we had to wash them all. So it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house.

Such a short walk to the beach! Loved the comfortable beds and the third floor balcony the most! The only thing we wish there was more of was comfy living room seating (or a rug on the floor) bc we had nine people so 2 or 3 of us always had to lay on the hard floor or sit in a dining room chair to watch a movie. Other than that, we loved this place!

We had a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. You can tell that lots of thought has went into making sure this home is furnished with everything you would possibly need. Owner was very quick to respond and easy to work with. The only downside were the steps to the beach but that can be expected for this are.

This property is well maintained, clean, and very spacious. It is a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and perfect for a big family vacation or a multiple couples trip with privacy on each floor. We traveled with teenage girls and it had the perfect bedroom with Queen bed and twin trundle bed for them. I loved that it has a balcony on each floor with views of the ocean. Each floor also has its own panel to control the temperature. It has all of the necessary amenities needed to cook meals so you don’t have to eat out all the time. It’s across from the beach so there’s easy access. The area is nice and we felt safe. Has assigned parking spots right next to the home in the back. Everyone in our group loved this home! It’s about a 20 minute drive to Pier Park and the other attractions, which we didn’t mind at all. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely rent this home again when I return to Panama City Beach!

My family really enjoyed our time here. It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to a newly renovated house. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The house just right across from the beach with pretty balcony views on each level. If you do not like stairs, this is not the house for you. The beach access has quite a few down to the sand, and the house is three floors of stairs. Overall, great experience and lovely getaway.
