You will have it all within minutes of this incredible home. Located at the end of a quiet cull de sac it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A large kitchen with breakfast nook and formal dining room is all here to create those home cooked meals if you so desire. Fireplaces in both great room and master bedroom provide that romantic atmosphere. You will love the large picture windows that offer spectacular views of the beautiful mountain vistas and tropical landscaped yard that surround this home. This home has a salt water pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor cooking area with BBQ and a spiral staircase that ascends up to a large observation deck. From here you have a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains, La Quinta Cove and the La Quinta Resort Golf Course. Bring your favorite book and bottle of wine unwind and relax in your own private resort. You won’t be disappointed! Al was a great host, from the arrival to check out was a breeze. The house was very clean and the pool felt amazing. My little child loves to visit the koi fish in the back yard. Just be careful of the little ones around the sharp cactus. I would love to bring my family back here next year.

This place is absolutely awesome! Very clean, had everything you need, the salt water pool was very nice. Al was the perfect host, greeting us in person when we arrived and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We will make this our annual vacation getaway every year, maybe twice a year! Thank you Al for your hospitality and the pleasurable stay.

Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was well-equipped and a perfect set up for our group of six moms who like to do this trip annually. We would definitely come back, in spite of having serious issues with check in. The access code was never provided, and we had zero communication with our host the entire weekend. We got lucky with having a cleaning person leave the front door unlocked. Otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. Waiting for 90 minutes in 112 degree temps with our cars running was troubling to say the least. Vrbo support was contacted and they were unable to help, although we were on the verge of getting transferred to another rental property, along with compensation, when it was discovered the front door was unlocked. It was a fluke. The location, amenities, and cleanliness was otherwise great.

Location is perfect, walking distance to old town and very private and quiet. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and a few extra very nice surprises. The yard and pool were very well maintained and private. The mango from a tree in the yard was so good! Al was an attentive host.

Our stay was all we needed it to be. The home was comfortable and the yard was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather of early summer in La Quinta! Great pool and jacuzzi. The instructions were well written for whatever we chose to use,we had no issues at all. Al was wonderful to communicate with and a host that accommodated us so well! We look forward to our next visit in this VRBO rental. We have stayed at multiple rentals in the area of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and La Quinta. I have to say this home is my favorite. We only left 1 time to get a few groceries. Enjoying every day we spent "just chilling", with not a concern to be contemplated on our much needed and well deserved get~away!

Had a terrific week in the desert at this well-appointed property. Beautiful grounds with pool/spa. Immediate responses from the owner, Al, if we needed anything. Property was CLEAN and the kitchen was as good as it can get. Super quiet as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Short walk to Old Town La Quinta to great restaurants, bars and shops. No doubt we will be back! Thank you!

Al Garcia, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. Greeted us and dropped by to make sure everything was going well. Super friendly guy. Loved the property - it’s on the end of a cul de sac which was super quiet. Close enough to the PGA West Dunes course that a golf ball actually landed in the backyard. The outside area with the spa, pool, tons of chairs and tables was great. Used the fire pit several times at night and on cooler mornings. Inside the master bedroom is huge with a great shower. Overall, the best property we have stayed in La Quinta. We highly recommend it!

This home in La Quinta is beautiful inside and out. It was just my wife and I, but this home could easily host a family on vacation. It is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and we enjoyed every morning taking in the morning sun and every evening looking at the stars from the rooftop deck. The backyard pool is more than a simple plunge pool with both a shallow lounging pad and a deep end for jumping in. Most importantly, Al is a very attentive and accomodating host. If you have any questions, he will take care of you in a very timely manner. The location of the home is awesome as well. Old Town La Quinta has some incredible dining and shopping, a great farmer's market on Sundays, and a fun atmosphere for patio dining in the evenings. Location is equal distance to popular "must-dos" in Palm Springs to the west and Joshua Tree Nat'l Park to the east. I didn't know what I would think of the desert as a vacation destination, as I am normally a big fan of islands, but our stay here in La Quinta has us eager to come back!

We checked in on a day with rain and terrible weather and were a little stressed. HOWEVER, Not being able to use the pool our first day was seriously NO problem. We hit the zoo. We walked to eat. We enjoyed movies with the kids. We cooked meals and played board games. The house was perfect and we seriously can’t wait to get there again!

This place was awesome the pictures don’t do it justice. It was much bigger then we thought the kids and I had a blast in the pool and there’s a nice yard for them to play in too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. We’ll defiantly be going back next year

We had the most amazing time during our short stay and are excited to go back for a longer period of time. The house boasts everything you could need to feel at home (and then some). Our host made it a priority to come and show us how to operate the hot tub and pool, which was extremely welcomed after a long day of walking. Grocery stores and convenience stores are a few minutes away. There is a beautiful walking path right outside the house. You can't go wrong with booking this location. We were even welcomed with a chilled bottle of delicious wine!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our family of four had a great stay at Al's home in La Quinta. It was an ideal space for all of us to relax, see the local sites, and swim in the pool each afternoon. Everything was very clean and well-organized. We especially liked being able to walk to town for coffee in the morning or take the nearby path for an evening stroll through the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, home and pool/patio!! We can’t say enough what a wonderful time we had at Al’s place. And the Mountain View’s are great! We could walk to Old Town La Quinta (6 blocks) and we gals went on a bike ride; the path runs right by the house! Very private setting! Access to a private pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus! We would definitely rent again!!

This was an amazing house with the best location in La Quinta Cove! We’ve stayed at a lot of houses in La Quinta Cove for horse shows over the years but this house was by far the nicest one on a huge lot with no neighbors on two sides. Premier furnishings, spacious and sparkling clean. It felt more like someone’s personal home, not a rental! I definitely need to mention the large heated salt water pool and spa. So relaxing and our family, including two dogs, spent a lot of time outside in this peaceful yard. 10 star rental, thanks Al!

This is a perfect location - close to golf courses and restaurants (which is what our main goal was for the week). Weather was cold so wasn't able to utilize pool but the Hot Tub was a bonus! We had the option to heat the pool but the Hot Tub was good enough. Our dryer went out during our stay but Al took care of it.
