Fun
This resort and room amenities are looking a little tired. The furniture in the bedroom could be much smaller to fit the space. I banged my toes more than once getting around the extra large bed. The pots and pans were in desperate need of replacing. Walking around we noticed a lack of care for the garden and even though our brochures tell there is goats there was nothing but weeds in its place. The pool was a highlight for my grandson but it was dirty and the spa was being repaired. We looked forward to having a bakery on site but we were disappointed to find it not a fresh bakery at all. Overpriced reheated buns and sandwiches we could have bought in the freezer section of the market. Midway is a beautiful area and although we loved our visit we were not ready to come back to stay in this location again. We were glad that the beds and rooms were clean and it was easy to get checked in and out.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed the two bedroom condo. We had all the essentials to cook all our meals here, the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great! We would highly recommend staying here, and will be back the next time we have an event at Soldier Hollow.

Excellent Location - Close to Everything
We loved our stay at this Villa. We were there for a ski trip and it was easy access to Park City. We also enjoyed a few days in the area and it was very centrally located.
The space was large (myself and my wife were in one room with friends in another) and we were able to enjoy the middle living area together. The amenities on site were nice. We ate at the smoke house and used the pool and hot tub regularly.

Updated Room with Comfortable Seating, Great Pool - With a View of the Mountains
The view of the mountains from the comfortable and updated chairs / sofa made reading a distraction. We were there with our family of six, and were more than comfortable with the sofa, love seat and two comfortable chairs. The unit kitchen was set-up for what we needed when we were eating in. The Zermatt amenities are what brings us here, the pool was terrific with both inside and outside areas and two hot tubs. The mini-golf was a highlight for our kids, they played almost every day and were able to beat the adults. With COVID, the gym had limited hours, but being open till Noon was all we needed. We loved our trip and unit 3059/3061 exceeded our expectations.

Nice stay at Zermatt
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the Zermatt complex. We mainly booked for the Sundance Film Festival, which is about a 25 minute drive to Park City. This unit was clean and cozy. Loved the little touches of decor and the fireplace. We got to eat dinner at the restaurant and bakery on site. The only complaint would be that the internet was slow or sometimes nonexistent. Overall, great stay.

Of course our host could not have known they would be shooting a movie the whole 10 days which limited our access to elevator, parking, main entrance, etc. Also, bring your own bedding as the sheets did not fit properly and w/out warm blankets there is limited cozy sleeping.

Room was clean and ready. Needed to call for room code, but was answered quickly and professionally by the on site manager. Worked well for my family. Nice amenities with the pool and food. Was disappointed with the lack of television channels. Channels were very limited. No ability to watch movies. What is a vacation without being able to lay around after a busy day and watch movies with the family?

Better than expected.
Went in with low expectations, knowing the hotel had been there for years. For 2006, the Villa was in great shape. We noticed smoke detectors needed batteries in both sleeping rooms; but maintenance was very kind and responsive!! Fun place for the few of us to just hang out together for a day or two and rest and do light activities.

We took our grandkids up and would do it again. They had a blast in the pool. Everything was clean and nice. There were a few days the elevator didn't work and we were on the 3rd floor but it just gave us a little more exercise.

Great condo, great resort!
We had the best week staying at Zarmatt Resort. The condo provided the necessities and a good bit of fun. The kitchen had nice pans and all the appliances for us to eat in most meals. My kids couldn't get enough of the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. My husband and I enjoyed the fitness room and saunas/steam rooms. With three TVs in the condo, everyone got to watch what he or she desired. We kept hoping for better weather to spend more time on the tennis courts, but maybe next time.
The things I wish I would've known...
1-The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. It has nothing beyond dishes, silverware (not a full set of 8) and pans (which aren't nonstick). So bring your own cooking spray, spices, and any specialty items you will need to cook with. 2-We weren't given any instructions ahead of time, and I probably should have called Midway Vacation Properties to ask these questions. I wasn't sure if the resort housekeeping was to help us with extra soap, towels, paper towels, garbage sacks, shampoo, etc. so we either got by with what was left there or purchased our own at the store in Midway. Housekeeping does not empty the trash or replace towels during your stay. With 8 of us there for 5 nights, the garbage and towel situation got a little crazy, but we got by okay.
The quote of the week was my 5-year-old who said, "This place feels like my home now."
Overall, we loved it and will probably consider returning there again sometime.

Great, hassle-free value
We spent a long weekend in Condo 3059 while visiting family during Sundance.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the accommodations. The villa provided very large & modern rooms with a fireplace, balcony, large flatscreen TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Staying at the villa also gave us access to the Zermatt facilities, and our family took full advantage to swim, use the gum, rent skis, buy lift tickets, and get food. We had no trouble accessing anything, aside from needing to walk a very short distance outside. Owner texted and called providing all the necessary information we needed to arrive and access the room in a timely fashion.
Given the significant price difference between the resort and the villas, I cannot recommend this option enough. We received all of the benefits of the Zermatt resort, had a large and inviting space and spent hundreds less than we would have on a two-BR villa.
Tiny cons: Closeout was a little confusing - door locked an hour earlier than we were led to believe. Not a huge concern as we were on our way out anyway, but could have potentially been problematic. We also didn't have much in the way of closeout instructions. But if that's the worst complaint I have, I'd mark it up as a success!

Exellent Property, location, activities
We loved staying here and it was perfect for a family of 5 - 7. The two bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen is amazing. Our room, 3059, was on the top level and included vaulted ceilings. The swimming pool is warm and offers indoor and outdoor swimming, perfect for any weather. The pool is also very warm with two hot tubs. The property is beautiful and close to golf, restaurants, running and hiking trails, biking and other activities. We would come here again for sure. Suggestions: the closets were lacking hangers which is easily and cheaply resolved by the property manager. Also, a few kitchen items like a spatula and cutting board were missing. Otherwise, five stars.
