House a disgrace. Floors filthy and pools of cleaning liquid everywhere that had not been wiped, carpet’s filthy, door hanging off dryer, no handle on fridge, chicken pieces in the pool, bbq too filthy to eat off of and only half a grate. I would like to request the $80 paid for that back to us. Barely any pots or pans. Had to clean the whole house top to bottom. Had to wash all bedding and even pillows. One bed had sheets covered in a bloody yellow coloured liquid, which came off when I washed them! I have pics of it all. Also discovered most of the pots and towels thrown in the garbage outside completely ruined. Pool table was ruined and all pool cues were broken. Property manager promised new ones that never came and towels which also never arrived. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and pots in order to cook. There were no lights in the pool or spa, which was supposed to be fixed but never happened. We were told that 15 individuals had been there a month and just left the morning we arrived. The place was a complete disaster. There was a man’s boot (one boot) under one bed, balloons under another, water bottles and Kleenex under others. The upstairs bedroom windows were covered in thick blackmold which we cleaned. Also noted most windows on top floor are screwed shut. Would that not be a safety issue?! I could go on but will stop here. We made it work because we had too but it definitely was not worth what we paid and certainly a lot cleaner when we left.

Very nice house, will definitely stay again. Lots of wildlife in the pond out back. Very comfortable beds too. Be sure to get a pink parking pass from the front gate it makes getting thru much easier.
Ricky (owner) is a very nice guy as well.

The property was as described. We had a small issue with the pool heat the first couple days but it was fixed promptly. Tons of space for all 12 of us with an extra queen room we didn't even use. We had an infant, 2 year old, 5 kids between 6 and 10, a 17 year old and 4 adults and there was plenty of space to relax.

We absolutely love this place 2 year in a row with same home same owners and they are wonderful to work

House was great! Plenty of space & Plenty of hot water when all showers were going at once. Xtra pool towels. Beds were comfy. Property mngr. answered on 1st. Ring to help us figure out tv :) Owner Ricky had A/C going when we got there so it was nice & cool 8/18 - 8/23 .Would definitely recommend

The house was beautiful and spacious. We did have some issues with the home security system for the first 3 nights, which caused some sleeplessness for 3 if us. The kitchen was described as being fully stocked, but we needed to purchase a large skillet, baking sheet and a large stock pot. There was not enough pots and pans to be able to cook for 12 people. We also needed to buy hand towels and washcloths, but other than that we had a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The house was perfectly located for everything we needed to do and get to.

We came with a large group for a family vacation. Great communication with owner. The house was great lots of room and televisions. Plenty of space to gather as a family. Loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the pond as well. We enjoyed looking at the wildlife including an alligator, turtles and lots of birds. Awesome experience.

My large family enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room to spread out but also room for all of us to come together for dinners etc. There are plenty of restrooms and TV's in every room. The pool area was nice and we spent a good amount of time out there. Great location if you do not mind driving a bit. We liked being able to go to the hustle and bustle but then be able to get away from it once done in the evenings. We really enjoyed this property!

The home was roomy and spacious when i needed to get a hold of manager he answered tight away and fixed our concerns. The only down fall was the home wasnt super clean my hisband had to fix the vaccum and garbage disposal also we had no eash clotjrs and the pool cur sticks were broken

We loved this property. It was big enough for our group and everyone was comfortable in this home. My granddaughter swam in the pool every night and had a blast. There are Tv's in every room with viewing options for all. House was cozy and clean. We will definitely consider the property for future bookings.

We had a group of 10 people ranging from ages 7 to 61. This house was the perfect size for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Never ran out of hot water when everyone was taking showers. The location was great for our vacation. We visited Universal and several Disney parks which were only about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic. The house had its own pool and had access to a community pool which was great when all 10 wanted to swim together. The only issue we had was the air conditioning quit working one day while we were at a theme park, and we came home late to a hot house. The owner and manager were easy to get in touch with. The issue was fixed early the next morning. I will definitely stay at this house again if we choose to visit the area again. Loved it!

This home is great. Had a great time here perfect location. Had a couple minor issues when getting to the home but they where taken care off right away in a couple hours. The host is great he understands and acts quick to fix the issues you have. Overall great place to build memories with your family and get away.

Check-in time was 6:30pm, we drove 22 hours and arrived at 7pm only to find the cleaning person still there working. She was very polite but didn't finish cleaning until 8:30pm. I immediately contacted the property management with my concerns, he apologized. The following morning I contacted him again asking him to contact me by phone/text to discuss the situation and my concerns along with the jets not working in the hot tub. NO RESPONSE. However, the maintenance guy did come over and fix the jets for us (so I know he got my message). Once I returned home a week later, I again contacted the property manager to voice my concerns regarding the check-in process, again NO RESPONSE. I feel like if they have a strict check in/out time they should make sure the unit is available.

Amazing experience, the house was very good. A had a lot of towels, bar soaps, shampoos and conditioner in the all bathrooms. Extras sheets, extras towels. The hot tub was wonderful. All the questions I had, the property always answered me very quickly. View of a lake at the back of the house, a lot of dishes. I really recommend this house.

The house was perfect for our entire group, and was close to everything we wanted to get to! The pool was amazing, and we used it quite frequently! Overall the house was clean, and tidy when we arrived. We would most definitely stay there again in the future, and our host was very kind.

We booked the home last minute. Needed to get away. Getting away from the cold. I have been booking another property for years. Missed out on our usual spot. Lucky I did. This home and host was amazing!!!!
I have to say, the home owner was really responsive from the beginning. He actually tried to stop our booking. Crazy!!!He had warned us that the home might have a little smell in it as he just painted the whole home and replaced all of the mattress so they might be a little hard. What home owner, who actually bettered their property, would actually say this and try to convince us not to not to a book his property. I was like , you’re crazy Rick, I want to come even more because everything is new. Let’s just say, it was one of the best vacations in awhile for my family and I. We are older and didn’t want to do Florida parks. So staying at home was perfect. Plus, with the crazy cold in Florida,😤, it just made sense to stay at home.
We did have an issue. Little bugs started coming inside the home. Clearly, the cold brings everyone inside. Lol. I guess like local Floridians, even the bugs don’t like the cold. I understood Florida and bugs. Coming here for over 2 decades. Called Rick and it was taken care of the next day. He actually called his pest company and his manager to come in the home and take care of the problem. Amazing response times.
I wrote this because I wanted people to know what type of home owner Rick is. You are a gentlemen sir. I appreciate your quick response and appreciated more that you always tried to fix and or explain what ever had to be done. Next time we come to you Rick, hopefully we won’t leave cold to come too cold.

We enjoyed our stay! Ricky was very nice and helpful. Location was good. The only thing we felt is a couple of the mattresses could be replaced. Other wise we loved our stay.

Property manager was easy to work with and check-on/out was a breeze. House had a good layout, in a quiet neighborhood. Only issues were the kitchen didn't have enough pans for actual cooking, mattresses need updating, and house could use an overall deep cleaning.

My parents were staying in Florida and Hurricane Nicole was coming. To be honest, they were staying in another property in the path of Nicole. We needed to find a home right away. My kids were with my parents. Most properties the size we needed had a minimum days for booking. I reached out to many home owners to see if they would help out by breaking there minimums. No one picked up my phone call or answered back. EXCEPT Mr. Ricky. He was our Guardian Angel!! I told him I needed just 1 night because my parents and my kids were stuck in a villa in the path of Nicole, He basically stopped me in my conversation and literally told me he had multiple homes so if we needed help, it would be done!!
I can’t thank you enough for what you did for my family. It would never be forgotten.
My name is Richard Gill. I am the father to Harry who booked this home for myself, my wife and and my grand kids. I wanted to write this for all people who are deciding to rent this home. This home owner treated us like family. This home was perfect. Even though we only stayed a night, everything was great. My grand kids actually asked why we didn’t stay in this home instead of the place where we were staying at before Hurricane Nicole came. Rat turds on the furniture in the game room, black mold on the ceiling broken closet doors blinds broken so we had to change clothes in the bathroom of the master bathroom. And the company is still not talking to me. I made a case file with VRBO but that’s it.

My friends and I stayed at this property in early September and all I could say is that we were blown away with everything. First things first, Ricky went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the whole stay as well as Marcello. The check in process was a breeze. We were all so impressed with how spotless the home was and how well kept everything was. There was plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, etc to make sure we were comfortable for the whole week. The location was amazing as we had everything so close by including Disney, Universal, Fun Spot, Seaworld and so much more. There were also so many great shopping centres and restaurants located nearby. The pool was very clean and well kept, had us all in there for hours. Overall such a great trip and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Ricky

We stayed for 10 days in July/August with our family including 6 adults & 5 children. The house was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Lovely pool & pool inflatables, which the kids spent hours in.
Disney parks were 30 mins away. Highly recommended!

Communication with Ricky was outstanding!!! he returned my calls immediately, extremely friendly and professional and very accommodating.
The home, upon entering we were greeted with chocolates on the counter. This was such a great touch. The home was so welcoming, the decor and furniture were great. The kids room was super cute, the kids loved it!!
The pool and pool area were very clean, the wash machine and dryer were super clean as well.
Overall my family absolutely loved this home!! Would we stay here again? Would we recommend this home? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Beautiful property. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located to major attractions such Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. We would definitely love to come back! But what made this stay so special, was the extraordinary customer service we received from Mr. Ricky. He was super responsive and friendly. I have never met anyone who wanted the people who were staying with him to feel more at home. He is an "ultra supra" host and we will definitely come back! And I made a friend..

Exemplary owner!
If I could give Ricky unlimited stars, I would!! We travel extensively and he is the most gracious, attentive gentleman I’ve ever transacted with. My new friend!! The house was perfect for us 5 adults and 2 children, 6 and 8 in age. It is as pictured and the amenities were accurate. As with ALL rentals there are a couple little things worn that simply didn’t bother us at all and not even worth mentioning here as the whole experience was delightful!! We all had our own bedrooms, washer/dryer a huge plus; pool fantastic for the kids after hot days at theme parks. Location is highly desirous and close to attractions as stated. Very safe and friendly…also, huge pool and gym a plus and beautiful, plenty of chairs etc. keep doing what you’re doing Ricky! I’ve never had an owner request that I please let them know that our family arrived safely home and that if our flights got cx’d(which they did) to let him know immediately and he would help us….above and beyond personalized service? Good afternoon! I apologize for not messaging you yesterday but we made it home safely. A lot of traffic issues for others, but thankfully we are good.
I also waited to let you know, I started having bites all over me. A few of us had plenty. I also saw the post with the bed bugs from a few weeks before. I was startled and wanted to confirm it first. I immediately went to the medcheck and found out it is actually flea bites on me and the others. I was not aware that pets were allowed and we don’t have any. The home definitely needs sprayed. I have 27 bites on just me. I shared the twin bed girlie room with my niece who also has the most bites on her. With that, I assuming the pet was mostly in that room but fleas travel.
A few other maintenance issues. Coming upstairs, first room on right is missing an outlet cover on a plug. One window in that room was never closed and my sister said she couldn’t get it closed. Also, to left bedroom has a non working outlet. Also, only the “pool bathroom door” locks. No bathroom doors lock. That is rather odd and definitely should be fixed.
Overall, your house is beautiful and fairly well maintained. He fixed the dryer door clip but you still have to lift up the door to get it closed. I would definitely stay in one of your homes again except it would need to be “pet free” since I had to go to doctor and now take meds for the next 10 days to rid myself of the itching as bite marks. This will be my review, as well, but I feel you should know.
