Our cabin has 2 bedrooms which sleeps 6 (Master has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds and living area also) on the upper floor, along with a half bath. The main level has a full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The outside porch and patio face the lake, so you miss nothing. Plenty of seating for everyone. There are 2 private docks on beach-level property! While we are family friendly, please know not all is child proof.

Not shown in pictures. We are going to have a boat lift installed between the two docks and against the narrow dock. This is for our personal boat that will remain on the lift. The large dock is for you to enjoy and should leave you room for water activities. We hope this change doesn’t affect your stay and expectations.
*Winter season*
During winter season we will do our best to keep you informed about local weather. During the winter the lake area is known for rain, wind, snow and power outages. Our goal is to work with our guests during winter weather to help out and to be flexible with potential cancellations. We love watching storms out at the lake during the winter and it can be entertaining at times.

The perfect place to relax after exploring the PNW. Our two young kids had a blast. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Good communication regarding check-in and house policies.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and well stocked. We all want to come back and didn't want to leave.

Such an awesome location - right on the water with their own paddle boards, kayaks and small pedal boat. Our kids loved it as we had someone come up and offer to take us tubing for $150/hour. Perfect way to finish off the day, tubing around this beautiful lake was awesome!

I’ve never spent this much money to stay somewhere but I can’t thank GOD enough for blessing us to be able to see HIS CREATION at this place! It was Awesome! Enjoyed paddle boat, kayaks and paddle boards. Sunset was Amazing!

We were only here overnight, on our way around the Olympic Peninsula. As soon as we walked in, we all said we wished we’d had more time. The house was modern and clean and fully stocked, and there were ample life jackets for the kayaks. It feels secluded, but it’s only 20 or so minutes from a Safeway (to the east) or the lodge (to the west). We would have stayed all week if we could have. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be back!

Great location and ambience, we definitely will stay here again!

The listing says “hot tub” and so we brought swim suits. Once we got over that disappointment, it’s a nice quiet place by the water. A good deal in the off season.

We had the most AMAZING weekend, the only regret I had is that we didn’t book one more night! It was so hard to leave! We almost had to cancel bc of icy roads and frigid conditions but I’m so glad we came anyway. They warmed it up for us so nicely, we felt cozy and at home the SECOND we walked in that evening. It was warm, cozy, comfy, clean, plush and squishy, everything you’d want for a winter stay on the lake! We will definitely be back in the summer for lake time fun!

This is a wonderful and comfortable property. It’s very homey and kitchen well stocked. A beautiful place to get away from it all, and breathtaking hikes nearby. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We look forward to returning during warmer months so we can try the paddle boards. 😊🐟

We loved staying on the lake and loved the house. We are a family of 5 - 2 parents and 3 adult children. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and enjoyed the beautiful views from the house. We would like to stay there again!

This place was a perfect quiet home-base to explore the Olympics for my mom’s birthday. Large cabin space comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and cozy. The added kayaks were perfect for a quick evening paddle. Huge deck space provides beautiful views of the lake from end to end, especially at sunrise!

We are so pleased with our stay at this property - it completely exceeded all of our expectations! The decor is perfect to set the vibe with no details overlooked. You can really feel the love that the owners have for their property. On top of that, it is fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time and communication and instructions are very clear. We had so much fun paddle boarding around the lake and hanging out on the dock. Our plan was to use this as a home base for Olympic NP (which we did) but both days the kids mostly just wanted to hurry up and come home to hang out at the house! I would consider myself very lucky if I ever get to return to this home.

We stayed 4 nights the week before Memorial Day and everything was perfect. The property is in an ideal location; we drove all over the park and had a comfortable cabin to come home to at the end of the day. My kids (11yo and 17yo) enjoyed the dock and the boats. I enjoyed drinking wine and reading on the deck. While there were people staying at other properties on the lake, it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.

This was the second time I have stayed at this special cabin. It was almost better than the first, because I came seeking tranquility, serenity, and peace. I received just that with the vibrate sun that shinned down both days, to the crystal clear aquamarine lapping waves of the lake, with the crisp clean mountain air. I got the solace and peace I so desperately needed. Your special cabin is becoming a second home not for just me, but my family. We can’t wait to come back for the third time in July. Thank you so much for sharing this gem of yours.

Our family enjoyed this cozy and very clean cabin. Everything is so thought through. We had everything we needed and more! Kitchen well stock, lots of spices, oils, baking supplies and etc. We enjoyed baking there, cooking and cleaning! Lots of fun games, cable tv is a plus although we watched only one movie. Was busy paddling on the kayaks, taking a hike to a beautiful waterfall, lake Crescent and other place. Highly recommend this place. Perfect cabin for your next trip! Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Want to come back!

This was the perfect spot for our family of four! We were able to make easy day trips to see Hurricane Ridge, Rialto Beach, Lake Crescent, and Marymere Falls and then come home to enjoy Lake Sutherland. We were there for the hottest days of July, and our boys (ages 11 and 14) loved jumping off the dock and kayaking around. The owners were responsive to any questions we had, and the home was stocked with everything you would want for cooking at home and packing picnic lunches (oils, spices, plastic bags, etc.), which is a difference maker! The house is also tastefully furnished and decorated, which is a nice bonus:). We would happily stay here again on a return trip to the Olympic Peninsula!

Spotless house on the water within great range of all that Olympic NP has to offer. Very cozy and comfortable. We’ll appointed for all the cooks. I wished I had booked it for longer.

Beautiful home and location!
My family had an absolutely awesome time staying at the lake! The house was just perfect, comfortable beds, clean, plenty of amenities and an unbeatable location. We were on a 12 day trip exploring the PNW, and this home was the highlight. Couldn't be happier.

This house was everything that we needed. Everything was well thought out, having most anything that someone would need to enjoy their vacation. Would love to come back again to take advantage of the lake with the kayaks.

beautiful setting
Our stay here was fantastic. The property Is located in a beautiful setting on a small lake where we were able to enjoy the inside and outside. The owners had everything we needed to make a wonderful trip- The inside was cozy and the decor looked like it came out of a magazine. There were kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat (all sizes of life jackets), plenty of chairs, blankets to keep us warm, and a well stocked kitchen. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the lake to its fullest. Each morning the birds were out and about and we also saw a few bald eagles. It is close to Lake Crescent where there are hikes and waterfalls.

Perfect!
This property is located on one of the most serene and beautiful settings that I have ever been to. The property owner has done an incredible job of decorating, updating and anticipating every thing that a guest may want or need during their stay. As my wife put it, "This feels like you are staying at a close friend's house." Thank you all again for allowing us to stay at your lakehouse.

Tranquility and convenience!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was nicely decorated and set up, very clean, and had an amazing setting on the lake. We really enjoyed the dock and peddle boat on the lake as well as a refreshing swim! This place is super convenient to many great hiking trails and would highly recommend the Pyramid Mountain and Storm King trails for the views over Crescent Lake. Stop at Granny’s as the food is tasty! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations!

Great Home Base for Family Olympic National Park Trip
My grade-school aged sons and I stayed for spring break and found the home to be fantastic for our needs. The weather was chilly, so we didn't enjoy the lake as we had planned, but we played many of the board games in the home and had fantastic meals. The kitchen is well-equipped and made cooking very easy, and the location is fantastic for day trips to explore Rialto Beach, the Ozette Loop, Port Angeles, and the Lake Crescent area. We especially loved using the slow cooker to have warm meals ready for us after a day of hiking. We recommend going to the Port Angeles Ranger Station to get the Junior Ranger and Ocean Steward activity books, checking out Odyssey Books to find a book for your stay, and taking as many day trips/hikes as you can! The location is fantastic. I had limited access on Verizon but consistent access on T-Mobile network, and the kids learned to go a week without wifi. The washer/dryer were key for dealing with soaking wet clothes after our very wet ocean hike at Cape Alava. I definitely recommend for families.

Spring break get away
Great property right on the water- enjoyed using the kayak and little paddle boat. Kitchen had a great variety of spices on hand and everything needed for cooking.
There was a little robin that kept trying to fly into the house via the glass window every day we were there. We tried several things to get it to stop- mostly because we were worried about it.
A perfect family get away!

Beautiful cabin at the lake
The cabin is impeccable: tastefully decorated & with amazing lake views from both living room and main bedroom. Close to trailheads & Lake Crescent. We would love to be back to the “magic house” as our toddler affectionately dubbed it :)

Great relaxing vacation home in the Olympics
We had a great time staying in the Olympics! The house looks even better in person and was extremely clean and modern. It was a convenient location for taking hikes at Lake Crescent and exploring the rest of the Olympics. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back when we can fully utilize the dock and lake access!

Five stars all around
Was very pleased with the accommodations. We took advantage of the breaks in between all the rainfall during our trip and took a spin in the paddle boat/ kayaks, which was a memory for all of the family to cherish. We did have one member slip into the water while going down the dock stairs... once we knew she was fine, we had a good laugh and another memory for the books. The cabin looks exactly like the photos, the kitchen was fully stocked and had more than expected as far as ingredients and condiments go.

Beautiful house, great location at the lake!
The house is right at the lake, very quiet and peacefully located about 20min west of Port Angeles, WA. It is centrally located in the Olympic Peninsula which is very convenient if you want to go on day-trips and be back at the cabin at dinner time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to entertain a large party, no problems cooking for the two of us. This being November we needed the heaters to bring the rooms to a comfortable temperature level throughout the day. Overall the house gave us everything we were looking for; very clean, safe, quiet with beautiful views of the lake all around. We had a great time here and look forward to coming back at a time where we can also enjoy the lake!
