LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...this condo is THE closest condo in Ski Trails to the Village at Northstar without actually being in the Village so it is just a short walk to the shops & restaurants & skating rink. You also have access to the expansive NPOA Rec Center. Now you can treat yourself to the convenience of a ski in & ski out condo located on Village Run in Ski Trails. The location of this Ski Trails condo is ideal as it is located just steps from the gondola & Village Express lift as well as the Village.

**** We recently remodeled our kitchen with an open and expansive kitchen island for the whole family to gather around. We also renovated and expanded the bathroom to include a walk-in shower (no more tub/shower combo) and spacious 48" vanity with plenty of bathroom storage during your stay. Our renovation also includes new lighting, furniture, flooring, rugs, fabric covered bed, bedroom ceiling fan, and new closet system with large flat screen TV in the bedroom too! ****

From the living room and deck you can see the gondola and Village, including the skating rink, through a filtered view of tall pine trees. With your stay, you will have access to the Rec Center which has a full workout gym, game room / arcade, saunas, three pools open in the summer including an outdoor heated lap pool open year-round, playground, and three large hot tub spas. There is nothing better than relaxing in the hot tubs on a cool summer or winter snowy evening.

The condo includes a full kitchen with white quartz countertops, all new appliances and an eat-in bar between the open kitchen and living area. On cool nights, relax with a good book or watch a movie near the stacked stone fireplace in the condo. Enjoy watching TV on the large flat screen TV in the living are and we have a TV in the bedroom as well. We also provide a variety of free DVD movies for our guests. In addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom, there is a large queen size pullout couch (very comfortable and NEW!, not your typical "bar in the back" pullout) in the living room with a chaise ottoman to stretch out on... and it has storage for blankets, sheets & pillows. We also provide complimentary Wifi internet available for guests.

Property was perfect for the 3 of us. Right next to the Northstar Village with amenities. Quick drive to Kings Beach where we spent most of our time. Check-in/check-out process and communication with the owner was easy.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved the ski in/out access from the parking lot and we also appreciated having a ski locker right outside the condo. It was modern and very nicely updated, and an easy walk to the Northstar village. Our hosts were super helpful and communicative too!

Convenient, spacious and comfortable accommodations. Due to the crazy storm that really kicked it up a notch the day we arrived, our original plans and ski days needed modified a bit. Our host remained extremely helpful as we tried to navigate unexpected challenges. We hope to return in early spring.

Simply put, WOW. We book an annual getaway to Northstar every year and this is our new favorite. The condo itself is super updated which is aesthetically pleasing, and it’s stocked thoughtfully and conveniently. Biggest perk is for sure the literal ski in/ski out access. We could hop on the trail from our parking lot and ski down to the gondola entrance. So fun! The trail to walk down to the village was short, easy and pleasant. Maybe the only downfall is the parking is outdoors so if it snows just come prepped with a mini shovel or other snow removal tools. But honestly, I forgot all mine and it was easy enough to remove the 7 inches of snow that fell over night. We are obsessed and are looking forward to staying here again.

Nice updated kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to Northstar, made it easy to go back and forth to the village. Good communication with owner of cabin, very responsive and helpful! Comfy bed and warm blankets for the winter. Would stay again.

My husband, twin 7yo girls and I stayed in this cozy condo. The location couldn't have been better for ski in/ski out. The unit had everything we needed, including plenty of hooks to hang our coats and extra kitchen and bathroom supplies. Those are always really appreciated, especially since we flew in from Miami for our first family ski trip. The host, Beth, was very accommodating and communicative. It was my girls' first time seeing snow. Northstar was secluded enough to feel like a retreat yet close enough to other hangouts for tubing, shopping and sightseeing around Lake Tahoe. I highly recommend staying here!

Beth and Andy were wonderful hosts, with steady communication throughout the check in and check out process. We encountered heavy rains on the first day of our stay and they even offered a discount on their ski passes to accommodate. The property was well-kept, well-furnished, and clean. Wonderful, cozy one bedroom condo next to North Star ski resort. The unit was clean and just the right size for a couple but also has a pull out couch if we brought our children. It was the PERFECT way to watch the college football, the sliding door open with a fire going in the fire place. The only negative to our stay was the unit has Spectrum for tv and currently all ESPN channels are unavailable due to a contract dispute. We were able to cast from our phones so everything worked out. King's Beach (on lake Tahoe) is only 10 minutes down the mountain and Truckee is about 20 minutes, so great location. We will definitely book again!!

We went for a wedding, which was at the Ritz. The condo was clean, and the decor was on point! (Super cute!) Beth was easy to contact and answered all questions. The condo was located in Northstar Village, which was close to the wedding venue. (We even rode the Gondola up to the hotel. No car needed!) Northstar even has little restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing. I'm sure in the non winter months this condo is beautiful but when 2' of snow is coming down, it turns into an amazing location. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and felt cozy from the moment I walked in. The only downside was nothing was open yet at the Village but that was my fault for not checking beforehand. Otherwise this property was perfect for a getaway and some peace and quiet.

Really nice condo in a great location for skiing. Check in process was very organized and easy, the condo was clean with new furniture, recessed lighting for lots of reading and a nice kitchen with supplies like ziploc bags and paper towels. The bed and pullout couch beds were really comfortable with nice warm bedding. The fireplace was great, easy to use and gave good heat. The balcony faces the village and gondola which was awesome. Will stay here again!
