ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO We have 7 different condos available for nightly, weekly, & monthly rentals RIGHT ON THE BEACH! **Vrbo calls the cleaning charge a "host fee" which should be listed as the cleaning charge.

This Studio is 400 sq. ft. and located on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator. All of our units are Very clean & well kept. This unit sleeps 2 with a queen size high end murphy bed with a serta memory foam mattress and Nice linens provided.

The unit has a blender, toaster coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, Beach chairs, and beach towels. We also have free wifi. This unit has a 42" flat screen with cable. We have a heated pool which steps down to our private beach area where you will find a grill, loungers, chairs, & tables.
We have rented our condos through VRBO/HomeAway for over 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. We have many happy and many return guests.
We have our own condo manger, Steve who lives close to the complex and a maintenance staff available for any concerns you may have during your stay.

This fantastic Complex is RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH! This condo is a very clean & sanitized for your comfort and provided with everything you need for the perfect BEACH GETAWAY!
The most popular attraction about our condo is privacy, location, cleanliness, heated pool and FREE parking right in front!
*** Our condos are all non smoking.
Each condo has 1 parking space next to the building. We are sorry, but there are no additional parking spaces for visitors.
*** We strive to make each & every guest enjoy their stay! We are a more private complex. So for the comfort of all of our paying guests, Atlantic Terrace DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. These areas are for our paying guests only. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property. We are sorry, but we do not rent to spring breakers.

There is a lot of construction going on in the Pompano area & next to us. If you think this would be bothersome to you, maybe reconsider Pompano Beach.

From the couch, to the beach in 20 seconds. And so easy and quick to park car. The only downside is the windows don't open, so you can't hear the ocean from the room.

A hotel is being built nearby. The builders use the entrance to the hotel as an unloading platform. This is very dangerous.

The property is located in a desirable part of Pompano Beach. It is close to shopping and dining, and the beach is right out the front door. All the people staying in the condo were pleasant. I will never get tired of having my coffee while watching the sunrise. It was a truly magical spot. The condo was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for me. I will be back to stay, which will be a longer stay next time. I wasn't ready to leave.

Enjoyed 2 weeks in the sun. We loved the warm pool and proximity to the beach. There is currently a construction site next door. We knew this ahead of time and it didn’t impact our fun.

Comfortable Murphy Bed, fully equipped kitchen, lots of natural light. We loved being able to walk to pier and restaurants, plus many small parks along the Intercoastal Waterway. Would stay here again!

This rental is a true gem! The beds were soft and clean, as well as extra bedding and fresh towels. There is a secure laundry facility on the same floor. It is located within walking distance to a beautiful lighthouse, pier, and an ecological reserve. The property manager is awesome! There is a very well kept pool on site as well. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. This condo is only 10 minutes away from tons of shopping, and amazing cuisine! We will definitely be back!

Very clean. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 people. Access to beach and pool is wonderful. The only downside is the property is located between two huge hotels. However, I will say it was quiet and I felt safe.

We were here for nearby family wedding. Learned about the transportation available to us. It was great because parking was always a challenge. The beach was clean and not crowded (May 2023). Weather was great.

This condo was an amazing place to stay for a perfect weekend getaway! The space was clean and everything was in perfect working condition. So easy to access the beach from the unit. Having chairs available to take to the beach made it even better. Can’t wait to stay again!

The listing is very accurate and you get exactly what you see in the pictures. Right on the beach and free parking spot is great! Our favorite restaurant Beach House is less than a mile down the road at the pier. We will definitely be coming back!!

Lovely place to stay for a quick visit to the beach. The property next door was being demolished, so that took away from the beauty of the location, but it was still very nice. The heated pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed the grills available to have a beachside dinner! Thanks Terri!

Stayed for 4 days. Love the fact it has a pool and just steps away from the beach. It is an old building and a small place but it was clean and well stocked kitchen.

Sent an email to Terri she never responded. Just not worth the price. Property next door was abandoned and eary. Do not recommend and will not come again. Most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. Move on don’t stay here.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here for a few nights. It was so perfect. The beach was quiet and we opened our door to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean waves. To your left on the beach is a lighthouse and to your right a pier. Cafe Brie right over the bridge was our favorite place for brunch. There's also a great sushi restaurant you can walk to from the beach thats a shortvwalk. If we ever get the opportunity we will be back!

The property was small, the parking area needs some renovating and the elevator was not working. Luckily, we stayed in the 3rd floor. I really loved that the property has a private beach entrance, we were able to swim peacefully and quiet (there are no life guards). Our room had a view of the ocean, kitchen and a murphy bed - our room was cute. We were in walking distance of the shore and boardwalk - that area was very nice and family friendly. For a quick gateway, this place is okay but the property does need some TLC.

Property was great for a weekend getaway. Being right on the beach with the pool was perfect. The unit was accurately described, very clean. We had never been to Pompano but this was in a quiet section. We did walk to the Seaside Grill to get lunch for the beach and it was great. There was an issue with the hot water, it was either burning or freezing. Overall, it was just what we were looking for and we would come back again!

This was our first time in Pompano Beach. We have vacationed in Naples, Fort Myers, and Orlando, Florida. We were not into the city type atmosphere of this beach area. Lots of traffic, large trucks on the beach, a high rise, two doors down from us, was being built. I tripped 2 times on the beach because of the foot long, deep groves from the truck tire marks. The second day the construction worker helped me along. My husband and I should have been notified about the beach reconstruction in the write up for this condo. The unit was clean and stocked well with beach and shower towels. The water in the shower went from hot to cold and could not be regulated. The sink did not have a stopper in it. The other guests were friendly and helpful. We did call owner and she told us how to regulate water temperature but it didn’t work. The Murphy bed was comfortable.
