The house was perfect for us. We had three families with kids ranging from 18 months to a 13-year-old.
There were plenty of bedrooms and the backyard was a god send.

Great house for 10 girls for weekend away.

The house was neat and tidy and in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and to the Wooli Tavern. There's a small IGA near the Wooli Tavern not listed on Google maps. There's a lack of power points in the bedrooms so I wish I'd packed a couple of double adapters so we could use the lamps and have devices charging at the same time.

Great location. Walking distance to calm quiet beach. Very short drive to Woolamai beach which is a great for experienced surfers and breathtaking for a walk at sunset. This property was perfect for us as we were able to put 6 kids in one room (with room to spare) and their parents in 3 other rooms still with bedrooms to spare. The garden was big enough for the kids to play cricket too! We had a great holiday.

The property was tidy and generally clean. The location was fantastic and the layout worked well for our large group as the bathrooms and toilets are separate from the rooms. All the kids managed to fit into the large room so that was good. The only issues we had was hot water running out and it was slow to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning before hot water was available again and some had to go to bed without showering for the day. I would highly suggest the owner switch to an instant hot water system as this property caters for a large group, so there won't be hot water running out issue. The rangehood did not work and the oven was a bit dated. Both perhaps needs an update. We did not manage to use the outdoor dining set but some of the chairs had legs broken from what we can see.
Overall, we had a good time at Woolamai and the house was able to accommodate our large group.

The home looked clean until you walk in and breath in the dusty air. The house needs to be aired out properly, there is so much dust and spiderwebs behind the beds, walk in cupboards and under the beds, we also saw a cockroach come out of the oven we opened. We would have liked the home to be more hygienic for the safety of the children’s health, some of our children have asthma.
Overall good size home for multiple families. Children enjoyed staying in the bunk room with theirs cousins.

Spacious house very suitable for our family
Very clean, good size bedrooms, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed eating on outdoor setting. Blinds/ curtains in bedrooms need updating and need more lounge chairs for our group

Great home for large group...
Would have enjoyed some guest soaps, box of tissues and the upstairs side bedroom needed some sort of windows covering to keep out the early dawn light!!!

Disappointed in the state of the property
It was so dusty and dirty. The upkeep of this house has not been maintained at all. It seemed like everything was dirty and in need of a really good clean. The mattresses were old and the mattress protectors need to be clean as we found a few hairs on most of them. I would even throw them out. Pillows weren’t great either. The blinds were paper thin and the “security” doors were barely even useful especially the one leading to the backyard… it was difficult to open and close and were of poor quality. Mind you, we needed as much fresh air coming in to the house as it seemed like it had been locked up for so long. The split systems could be cleaned, dust was coming out of them…my young child and I have asthma and found this property quite bad for our health. The one downstairs was the worst. It was such a shame when the property has so much potential and the photos made it appear so nice and clean.
The first night we checked in late with no power until 11:30pm due to the unfortunate circumstance of the damaging winds. We were hoping to get our first night refunded due to the lack of utilities we could use.
The sound on the tv would drop out, the oven was filthy, we cleaned the kettle as it was pretty black inside. Our overall experience was terrible. There were chips on the carpet in the room upstairs with all the beds when we first arrived. There were mosquitos in the rooms as there are holes in the fly screens. We needed to find our own wood for the fireplace on the first night to keep us warm without having power and they provided just a small amount.

Nice location
Located a close walking distance to lovely beaches and walks. Very comfortable beds, some good quality pillows provided.
Kids loved the big room upstairs which provided a very fun atmosphere.
Property in need of some maintenance- fireplace needs a good clean and maintenance - very smokey. Also generally a bit tired, needs some love, damaged furniture and power point. Photos made the home look much bigger than it actually is, living areas not really able to cater for a large group of people.

Great little get away
Great weekend away with four families (8 adults and 11kids) .. great house, property space and close enough to everything. Enough beds to accommodate us all but the main living space was waaaay too small for that number of people, Lounge room only had 1 x 5 seat couch!! Weather was freezing and raining the whole time which meant we couldn't open doors and use outside). Looks a lot bigger than it is in the photos. Would be perfect in warmer weather, We would def stay again.

Highly recommend
Weekend away for 19 friends couldn’t have been better.
Absolutely gorgeous house, great location on a very quiet street just around the corner from the beach.
All the things you could ever need in a house. So many chairs, awesome backyard. Plates, cups, wine glasses for 20 plus people. Top notch oven. None of these things went unnoticed. Would stay here again and again.
Thank you for the amazing experience.
