A wonderful place to relax. We had a beautiful view of the Snowdonia Mountains from our terrace. Just around the corner (about 10 minutes' walk) there is a view of Caernarfon Castle, which can be reached via a swing bridge. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the local attractions, Anglesey Island, Conwy Castle or climb the highest peak in Wales and much more. Our mobile home looked like new and was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with central heating which is nice when you hit very bad weather. I highly recommend it!
Problem with the WiFi connection. Of course, I didn't come on holiday to spend time in front of the computer, but I used it to check local attractions, ticket prices, commuting routes, etc. Every day I struggled with trying to connect. You enter your password and save the network and have to try dozens of times before you finally gain access. This needs improvement.

The location is perfect and the caravan was spotless. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely surprise, as was the toiletries.
The bedroom windows could do with blackout blinds as the sun shone through too early in the morning.

Excellent site and amazing facilities. Super clean and the accommodation was beautiful. The site felt safe with safety measures getting on and off the site

A beautiful site, well kept, gorgeous views and only a short walk to the town. Our cabin was small but perfectly formed, comfortable with everything we needed. The gardens are gorgeous and overall it was a quiet site. The pool was warm enough to swim in but take a towel or robe as the breeze meant it was freezing getting out.
There is no on-site shop which would have been handy. Restaurant not open daily.

Exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything required for a family stay. Much more glamorous than what we would consider Glamping! Great location to travel to lots of attractions within 30 mins. Easy check in and check out system.
One and only downside if I was being picky is the bottom door shelf on the fridge was missing so we could stand open bottles up.

the cleanness was the best part
heating system had stopped once and we called the staff to come and fix it

Cosy and comfortable. Had all we needed. Definitely want to visit again in the spring/summer when the pool is open and we can spend more time in the holiday park.
Nothing.

Everything was exceptionally good, really impressed.
The only thing which wasn't any fault of the holiday park was the bridge to get into the town centre is broken so its an half an hour walk around there if you don't drive.

Very clean inside the pod...park was very clean views are just amazing surrounding area outside lovely only thing is you need to drive if you want to visit anywhere apart from castle

The place looked inviting as a light had been left on and the room was warm when we arrived. The place was spotless top marks to whoever cleaned it. The tea coffee e.t.c. was an added bonus as were the washing up things that were supplied. The view was superb.
The tv reception was poor, the fridge needs a bottom shelf to keep the milk upright. and the shower cubicle could do with a shelf to put the soap on.

Arrived to the hafod pod, compact but with everything we needed. 3 girls sharing. & enough space to all have a seperate bed each. Everything we needed in the pod, lovely & cosy. Fab location, 10 min walk to the town. Great base for exploring North Wales.

The glamping pod itself was lovely, set in a beautiful location with a mountain view. Everything was very clean (except a few cobwebs) and there was everything we needed inside the pod for a very comfortable stay.
We had booked the property specifically because it had an outdoor HEATED pool on site and our daughter loves to swim. All advertising and our booking said the pool was heated. On arrival we went straight to use the pool as our daughter was very excited, only to get there and find that the water was colder than the ocean. We tried to climb in it but could only get our feet in, it was just to cold to go in any further. We were all very disappointed and on talking to a member of staff it turns out the boiler had been broken for a long time and they had no intention of fixing it. It's basically a SCAM!!! We managed to find a decent pool in Wales during our trip and paid to go there instead. Even though we had really already paid for the use of a pool within the cost of the accommodation. Due to this we feel the overall price for the stay was to much and if it wasn't for this issue we would have given the stay a 10/10 and would have loved to return. No response from the park when we messaged them.

Very quiet area close to town centre.
No mattresses were replaced when they picked up some gross ones. Advertised as they've got a heated outdoor pool but it was freezing cold.

we stayed in one of the POD’s and it had everything you needed. camp site was so peaceful and clean. view over the hills was beautiful.
TV reception was variable, clearer picture with the patio doors open wide

Location and views were exceptional. Easy walking distance to Caernarfon. Super helpful and friendly staff. Site is immaculate and we highly recommend Molly's for a meal.
Unfortunately, the boiler for the pool was broken so it was a little more bracing than expected! However, we still enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back when it's fixed.

We loved our glamping pod. The location was accessible and walking distance to town.
The room was clean and well organised. It was a lot bigger than normal glamping pods.
The fridge was noisy and it disrupted our sleep and also, because it was quite windy on the first 2 nights of our stay, the extractor in the bathroom was noisy as well.
Other than that, no problems at all
