This house was perfect for our family. Three couples with 3 children plus a single adult. Plenty of space, and the outside area (backyard and patio) were ideal.

Wonderful location, spacious 4 bedroom home within walking distance to beach and easy drive to Scarborough and Roger Wheeler. Bring your bikes! Great food within walking distance. Family friendly, beach chairs and toys and outdoor shower. Gas grill and comfortable table outside. Highly recommend!!

This house is in a beautiful location in Judith Point; close to beaches, restaurants, and Newport! We loved Iggy's down the street and the walkable neighborhood. We were in town for the Newport Folk Festival and it was amazing! The Blessing of the Fleet was the same weekend so we picked a good time! This was our first time staying in Rhode Island. We would come back! :)

This is our 6th stay in Point Judith and this lovely property suited our needs the best by far; great for a multi-generational family. My husband and I and our dog stayed in the cottage just steps from the big house where our adult children and two grandchildren stayed. But we spent everyday together in the big house and adjoining fenced yard, enjoying the big patio with a large picnic table and gas grill, and nice decks off each. We had lots of lawn games going for the kids all week.
There is plenty of parking. The amenities were great, especially the linen and bath towel service. Pressed hotel-style linens and towels ready when we arrived and minimal laundry to do after we arrived home.
This could be a seasonal issue but no one encountered a single mosquito the entire week (June) and we ate outside everyday.
This property corners on Ocean Road and is part of a quiet dog-friendly neighborhood that’s great for walking and bicycling. Close to everything in Point Judith and minutes from the lighthouse, Fisherman’s Memorial (great for viewing sunrise over the water), and quiet beach and fishing jetty.
Thank you to the McKee’s, the homeowners for a great vacation week!

Owner was super responsive to requests and ordered items from Amazon to be delivered the next day- dish towels and a bolster cover. Was great to have a place that accepted pets. Location was nice and had beach items to borrow. The house worked well for a bigger group.

We stayed with extended family, plenty of room for us. Great house and great location, especially with kids.

Our multigenerational family loved our stay in Pt Judith. This beach house was perfect for our 6 adults and 3 children. Nice big dining table (inside and out), beautiful fenced in backyard (perfect for cornhole), nice grill and outside eating area, appliances worked well (washer/drier and kitchen), central air kept everything cool, a short car ride to Scarborough, Roger Wheeler State Beaches and a cute dog beach, nice quiet neighborhood for evening "family walks" including ocean views, pet friendly. Pt Judith was a 5 minutes drive, so we hopped on the ferry and spent the day in Block Island. Bedding and towels were delivered on the first day and collected on the last. The beds were new and comfortable. Beach equipment (several chairs and sand toys) were convenient (one less thing to bring).
Our hosts were super communicative throughout the reservation process and the property manager picked up the phone right away when we called with a question during the week. There is a cottage on the property, but our "neighbors" were friendly, but private and we all had plenty of personal space. All electronics and wifi had no issues. We felt so at home and just had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon!

This is the 4th summer we have rented for a week in Narragansett or Charlestown. 1st time at 2 Pilgrim. We are beach lovers and always look forward to our day trip to Block Island. This house was a perfect location for these summer activities. We like to both eat out and dine in, and again this house was perfect for both. The grill was in excellent working order. We had as many as 10 people staying over and as few as 3. The house was nicely able to accommodate all. A couple recommendations. A bigger recycling bin is needed. Since recycling doesn’t get picked up until Monday, when we arrived on Saturday the bin was already half full from the previous tenants. The tenants after us will experience the same upon their arrival. Upstairs shower could use some updating. Some kitchen cabinet doors could use some attention. Backyard gets too hot in the summer as there is no breeze back there, but the little porch off the dining room is perfect for sitting and cocktail hour. This is where we hung out the most in the evening. All in all a lovely summer rental house.

We were so thrilled to have been able to snag this property at the last minute for Fourth of July week. It was our first time in Narragansett and it did not disappoint! This home is the quintessential New England beach home and our extended family of 9 (plus 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious, with so much charm (The fireplace is beautiful!)- and so lovely to be able to see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms! The kids loved the yard for wiffle ball and lacrosse and took numerous walks down the block (day and night) to the bay. Super easy access to several beaches, and even a dog friendly beach that our 2 labs enjoyed. We had plenty of parking in the driveway as well as overflow just a few steps around the corner on Ocean Rd. The outside table was large enough to accommodate us for dinners, and we grilled daily on the new gas grill. The inside dining table was huge, comfortable and fit us all easily- we spent a lot of time playing cards there during our stay. Super convenient having the linens dropped off for us and was fantastic to have a great washer and dryer with 5 kids making a mess of their clothes and towels. John & Kate were super available and responsive for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Pluses: Very spacious, clean and attractive interior. Well furnished and with nice beds. A short walk to the coast for an ocean view, and a very quick drive to Roger Wheeler Beach.
Minuses: There is no water view from this property. Also, a separate rental unit on the lot (just several feet from the house) that, unless you rent it out along with the house, means sharing outdoor space and overlooking your neighbors from the kitchen window. We hadn't understood this situation from the description in the listing. There is limited parking (two tandem spots for the house, two for the "cottage") and no on-street parking.

We had such a wonderful time! The owners and property manager were extremely responsive & the house was well stocked. We loved being able to walk along the coast each day and also to Camp Cronin for its fishing, sunsets and even a dog-friendly beach; all a quick walk from the house. Two additional beaches and the Block Island Ferry are also a quick drive and easily accessible. We loved the area and this relaxing vacation was just what we needed before the start of a very busy school year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage rental was a brilliant addition since we had our daughter, son-in-law and their 7 month old. Loved the proximity to Scarborough Beach. Dog friendly too!

House was nice with great amenities. It is well located for beaches and restaurants and convenient for exploring other parts of Rhode Island. John and Kate were super easy to work with. We also rented the cottage, which I recommend since it is very close to the house and has an outdoor shower :) It was perfect for our group of 8 friends + 2 dogs.

Had fun with children and grandchildren. Beach was great.

The house is just a short walk from beaches which is perfect when you have a group and don’t want to lay for state beach parking. Plenty of room for larger families.. we had 5 adults, 2teens and 3 under 12 for part of our stay. House was equipped with all of the necessities.. bedding, linens, kitchen ware, paper goods, a grill, and much more! I will say there are a few things to note, the doors are tough to unlock, close/open, but not a huge problem! Blinds/dressers/tabletops could use a good dusting.. again, not a huge problem. Another plus- dog friendly! Our pup was thrilled to be somewhere new with us. Ac units throughout, definitely pack extra towels if you have a larger group staying or plan on doing laundry as there are not enough. Overall great stay, thank you!!

Everything went smoothly- no problems, nice little neighborhood close to everything, great yard. Walk to little beach a little scary due to traffic. We all had a great time.

We had a wonderful time in Narragansett this summer and the house was perfect for what we needed with our extended family.

The location of this home was perfect for our family of 13 - we rented the main house and the cottage. The younger boys (5-7) really enjoyed the local small beach which is right around the corner. When everyone was looking for a bit more as far as the beaches were concerned, Scarborough is right down the road as well as Roger Wheeler Beach. One late afternoon, an early evening visit to Narragansett Beach and the Coast Guard House was enjoyed by all. The home is fully stocked with cooking necessities. Closest grocery store (Stop & Shop) is less than 10 minutes away. Not giving a 5 star rating due to a few factors that may have been temporary situations: 1.) It appears the outside trash barrels had not been emptied for a while when we first arrived. We made sure to be there when the trash was picked up to ensure that they were picked up. 2.) Access to the outdoor shower was very poor - overgrown bushes, no latch on the door to keep it shut. 3.) Kitchen floor was not very clean upon our arrival. Please note, the rest of the home was in very good shape. The small thoughtful touches (fresh flowers on the table, towels provided in each bedroom) were very welcoming.

Had a great week with kids, grandkids and dogs! Have been renting vacation houses for 22 years and have never rented a house as well stocked as this one. John and Kate stock paper products, cleaning supplies..even detergent for the washing machine..not to mention lovely linens. Enjoyed wonderful area beaches and being able to walk to the Port Judith Lighthouse area and small dog friendly Beach! There is a small cottage on property that was rented who also had a dog ... it was a little closer to the main house than we anticipated, but everything worked out. Thanks for a great with wonderful memories!

We stayed here for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfy and had just enough of everything. We took nice walks daily and even got up early two mornings to catch the sunrise at the end of the road. This was a great location for access to several beaches as well as the Point Judith Light House. Of all the years living in New England, we had never stayed in Rhode Island. So glad we did and hope to come back again.

the owner of the house-Roger-was awesome!! We had an issue and he came over and fixed it right away. The house was beautiful-no additional cleaning was needed by me before we settled in-which is what I had to do on previous rentals. The street was quiet, which allowed us to take the kiddos for a walk without worrying about getting run over.
The house has EVERYTHING you need for a vacation!!! You literally have to bring you clothes!!! Thanks Roger and family-Vacation was great

Great place to stay located near the Point Judith Lighthouse and three local beaches. House is charming and everything was supplied( sheets, towels, paper goods etc). Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating along with a great grill. I would highly recommend this house.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our 2015 family reunion would not have been so successful if it were not for this gorgeous, spacious, clean property. As we entered, the bright interior and spacious living area just said, "You are home!" The owner of the property was accommodating, patient with all my questions, and just a pleasure to work with. It is seconds from the ocean and the breeze that hits the side porch of the home is marvelous! The home is well maintained with modern features. We felt right at home and lacked for nothing. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely rent this home again when we return to RI.
