A disposizione caffè e bollitore.

The location and charm. Really nice breakfast and personal was nice
We arrived a day the hotel was closed. There is a system of key lock to get the keys to got o your room that was all good but I didn’t look into the booking email and phoned them instead. The person on the phone was clearly annoyed, but I thought even if it was their day off they should understand that not everyone is checking the mess rages on booking. If I had received a text on the morning of the booking I would have noticed.

Nice location, a good bed and a great attention to the bedroom decoration.
The breakfast was disappointing. We wanted to pay for scrambled eggs or for a ham & cheese plate however, the answer was "this is a French breakfast and that's all you can get!"... My advice to the staff: travel through France to discover that fortunately most of accommodations have meanwhile adopted a more European breakfast style!
4.2
Very quirky medieval property, clean and full of character
The stairs were very steep , narrow and quite dark , this property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues

Breakfast was excellent, very nice staff. Excellent location at the port in Dinan, many restaurants to try out. Walk up the cobble streets to the town centre to find an oasis of culture and history....would certainly recommend...
Some places still close 12-2pm, strange in these times...

the location at the port was excellent . the town of Dian is beautiful, but sadly we were there on a Sunday, so the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed for dinner but breakfast was lovely. the staff was very helpful and friendly and let us leave our luggage until our room was ready . it was a perfect location if you want to be at the port and had free parking close by .
the location was excellent at the port but it’s a steep long uphill walk to the town( unfortunately we were there on a Sunday when most every store was closed. )

It was delightful. The location was perfect and room was charming. Enjoyed the breakfast enormously.
There was no milk for my coffee. There was a machine to make coffee but no milk when I asked.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, particularly if you are cycling from Saint Malo to Rennes. Just a bit of a climb into the old town.

location and ambiance. Great breakfast.
lack of sound proofing. I could hear next door guest coughing and snoring.

We loved the location of this charming Chambre d’Hotes right on the water, with a view of the boats out our window. And it was so relaxing to just walk to the Resto and walk home along the water. Our room was cozy and comfy and the bed was very comfortable. Everything at breakfast was so delicious, and the staff were very nice.

Great location on the beautiful quayside with a variety of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely (though hilly) town. Nice quirky place to stay.
Quite difficult stairs up to our room. No free parking on site though some nearby.

location is fantastic
Shame the restaurant was closed

Basic breakfast. You got what they gave you.
More variety for breakfast and self serve.

We enjoyed our one night at Le Poisson Ivre very much. The bedroom was a good size, with lots of beams and a lovely view over the river. The hotel was well located on the quay, with a charming walk to the main town above. Our evening meal and breakfast were both excellent with carefully chosen ingredients from local, and mainly organic, suppliers. An especially good dessert and home-made breakfast yoghurt were exceptional. The staff were charming and the atmosphere in the restaurant, both inside and out on the quay, was buzzing and friendly. It was also very well located to get to St Malo for the ferry.
There were a few things that were slight drawbacks - the staircases were particularly tricky, steep and twisty with low beams and NOT to be undertaken with anyone with any mobility issues. There was no comment about this when I booked. The shower could have done with an up-date, it was ok but past its best. And finally, on the Booking.com website, parking was marked as available. This normally implies the hotel has parking but in this case it was only street parking nearby. Ok when we visited in September, but surely a problem in high season.

This is a lovely property which has been really thoughtfully designed - I loved my room looking over the river - it was lovely and I wish I could have stayed longer!
The hotel offers meals and breakfast which you can enjoy overlooking the river.
It was not an issue for me but people need to be aware the stairs in the hotel are very steep- quirky but perhaps an issue for some.
4.2
nicely located at the small harbor
sanitary room/toilet requires renewal (toilet, ceiling-color was flaking etc.)

Everything was OK. I have tried the resaurant, too, and it was also very good. For breakfast you get a small baguette, a croisant, a small butter, jam and a hot and a cold drink.

what a fantastic find! lovely family room in the perfect location
