Our condo offers full on, direct ocean views. There's even a shared balcony right outside your second floor door.
Inside, we're constantly updating our beach themes. Our condo is perfect for a romantic getaway. But we're also family friendly with queen beds in each bedroom and even an extra twin! We added a dishwasher during our summer kitchen remodel and our view from the kitchen allows you to cook and enjoy sunsets from inside. But the real action is outside. We're in the middle of the Pinellas beach communities. Restaurants, bars and beach shops are just a walk or trolley ride away.
We also offer off-street parking, free wifi, and stays of 7 or more nights are discounted 10%, except during our 2 high seasons!
So, whether its for the sunsets, beach walks, dolphin sightings, fishing, warm swimming or dozens of other reasons, we look forward to your visit!

We’ve been coming to this beach for 5 years now and stayed at this condo previously. Our vacation was really nice but we feel like the condo lacked this time around. The furniture is dated, noticed odd wallpaper taped onto the wall, and bathtub is so old and dirty. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and the AC does not cool. We had to turn on fans along with AC to feel any kind of relief after coming inside no matter what time of day it was. There was also dust in the corners by the beds and on furniture surfaces as well as on the vents. The building looks like it’s declined overall in cleanliness and condition. It is a great location and convenient given its steps from the beach, but needs some upkeep and improvement.

This property was exactly as advertised-cute two bedroom place with great ocean views. You’re right on the beach and the pool is an added bonus. The area has lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay again!

This property was easy to get to. The views and access to the beach were excellent. It was clean, but the bathtub/shower is old and definitely needs an upgrade. It shows its age. Bedrooms were good size, beds comfortable, but the dressers had an odor to them. Good internet and TV service. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach view for sunsets from living room. Loved walking out door to beach, pool was clean and warm. Would definitely visit again. All of my communication was with owner as I did not have success reaching local manager, but this did not impact our stay in any way, and owner was super friendly and helpful.

This little 2b/1ba unit with mini kitchen was clean, well-kept, right on the beach and had an amazing view of the sand and ocean! Kathy was an extremely nice host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend it!

I stay at Redington Surf annually. This particular unit is spectacular, the view is unbelievable. The bed in the master was super comfy! I appreciated the dishwasher. Kathy was a gem to deal with. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

Unit was just as described. It’s a cute little 2bd 1 bath condo on the second floor of a small building overlooking the beach. So relaxing to watch the sunset from the couch or step outside and enjoy it on the beach.

This place is right on the beach! Check in was super easy and there was great communication prior to our arrival. The online pictures are very accurate. A couple of suggestions: there was only 2 teaspoons to use. The rest of the spoons were the larger tablespoons- and there were lots of them. The next is the beach chairs. Two “soccer” chairs are tough to sit in. Maybe consider replacing them with Tommy Bahama reclining or Rio. Just a thought. Others than these two very minor things, we would totally stay there again.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. The location was PERFECT. The beach was AMAZING. The property was quiet and friendly. The pool was the perfect temp (nice & warm). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had no issues. Easy access to restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. ONLY cons I can think of is 2nd floor (haul luggage/groceries/laundry up stairs, no elevator) and laundry was separated - coin pay.

The unit is on the second story on the corner of an older beachfront motel, no outside patio or deck area etc. Cute place with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It's been renovated/updated over the years and was clean enough. Pretty standard older beachfront unit, don't expect anything fancy but it has great views and the beach access was awesome. Good choice of resraunts in the area as well, some within walking distance. The unit does have a small pool which we used a lot to get out of the sun a bit. It was fine, a little dirty but again, this is a older unit. Overall I'd definelty go back again and would suggest this to anyone looking for beach time. I would not recommend if you're looking for perfection and a 4 star experience.

The place was beautifully located on the beach. Unfortunately we did not know that it was on the second level, with steep stairs, and no private balcony. The beach was only steps away, felt safe for children to go back and forth. It rained a couple of times and it was easy to get our stuff in quickly. The bathroom is very outdated. The master bed is very squeaky and uncomfortable. But overall the place was exactly what we needed, rest and relaxation.

This little condo lived up to its expectations. Ocean view is priceless. Very clean. This place was small but perfect for our little family. The communication between the property owner was quickly responsive. Our only complaint would be the mattresses are uncomfortable but this wouldn't stop us from staying here again. We hope to return in the future.

The beach was not crowded and it literally took seconds to get to from room to beach. Our place was clean and had all the necessary items. The pool was clean and perfect. When we arrived we seen ants crawling on the wall in the kitchen, in the table, in the bathroom and living room area. After talking to others that stay there no one else had this problem. I had to go out and buy ant traps (didn’t seem to help). I was told hopefully you can get the problem taken care of…wasn’t my responsibility to do that. When we got on our computer ants were coming out of the keyboard. Sitting on the furniture we would have them crawling on us. Overall the location was perfect especially the direct access to the beach. I will not rent from this person again due to the ant issue. I book all my vacation rentals through here and this is the first time I have ever had an issue like this.

My sisters, mom and I were supposed to take this trip in May of 2020. Kathy was so good to us to let us cancel with a full refund when Covid hit. Her place was worth the wait! It was very clean, comfortable with a beautiful view, and steps from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a suitable kitchen when you want to stay in. Weather was great and no red tide to damper our trip. We did a lot of laying on the beach. Chairs are provided, but we ended up renting loungers which is $70 a pair, but totally worth it in my opinion. My family said I did a great job finding a place to stay.

Great stay! Red tide put a damper on beach play and activity, but the pool becomes shaded after noon, so it was great for the children. They still had a blast. Nice area, no problems.

The place is beautiful and the owner is amazing. The only issue with this place is parking. Not many spots and no one enforcing parking spots. I returned from Orlando at 1 am to find my spot taken and there was no one willing to do anything about it even the following day. After paying all that money I shouldn’t have to go pay for parking somewhere else because management doesn’t care.

This was just the cutest little apartment! My husband and sons (ages 12 and 8) absolutely adored our stay here. The sights were fantastic and being so close to the beach was a win. Getting up in the morning and walking across the street to Dunkin' to grab donuts was a treat. The apartment was incredibly clean, beds were SO comfy, and we had all of the amenities we could ask for including boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs for my husband and I. Thank you for supplying beach towels! That was just so sweet of you! We would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone. Thank you for sharing your awesome slice of paradise!
