I moved to Las Cruces and while I was waiting for my TX house to sell, so I could buy here, I was able to rent this great place. Easy walk to Nessa's and Enriques. Everything about this place was delightful. There is a train that comes by and woke me up at first, but I got used to it.

If you are looking for a charming and cute place to stay while in Las Cruces I would highly recommended! We had a wonderful time for our stay and if we make it back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

The Cozy Casita is well maintained and close to downtown Las Cruses. The washer and drier was a huge plus for staying here for a month. The outdoor space was fantastic, we spent most afternoons outside. There is a nice covered part, a fence to block the wind, and a grill we used several times. The king sized bed was super comfy.

The accommodations were perfect. The house was clean, warm, very comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals and the walk in closet provided a place for everything. We especially enjoyed the variety of DVDs as well as the books on the bookshelf. Everything was perfect for our stay! We look forward to a return visit

Larger and nicer than the photos indicate. Lots of storage. Comfortable bed. Well-stocked kitchen. Spotless interior. Heater worked great on those cold mornings. Everything is up-to-date and the art and decor are very much New Mexico casita. Always nice to have a washer/dryer available.
Downside is that it is not quiet. There are barking dogs in the neighborhood throughout the day. They are quiet at night. Unfortunately, the train is not as courteous. It runs through the night and blows its whistle loudly every time it goes by. The casita is very close to the tracks. If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you. Even if you're not, I recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping.

The host made the check-in and out very simple. The casita is spotless, equipped with everything you might need, the bed is very comfortable, all mechanicals and decor are up to date without losing the feel of a New Mexico Casita. The artwork throughout is eclectic and fun. It is close to major throughways to out of town hiking and close to the downtown and Farmer's Market (not to be missed on Saturday mornings). It is perfect for one person or a couple. The outdoor area is private and would be lovely in warm weather.

Nice little casita for 2 people. It has just about everything you would need for a stay there-bed and linens are comfortable, nice kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer. Nancy is easy to work with.

The Casita made a great home base for the week my wife and I spent visiting her mother. Nancy made checking in very easy even though we arrived late after a long drive.
The fully-equipped kitchen saved us from spending money on eating out. The king-sized bed was comfortable.
The true refrigerated air kept the house cool without raising humidity. The bedroom ceiling fan had a remote so that we adjust the speed without getting out of bed.
We enjoyed many meals on the private covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the train tracks and there were some barking dogs next door.
The dishwasher and laundry facilities worked great. The bathroom was clean and functional.
The drawbacks were that my wife thought the bathtub shower was slippery and there was a bedside lamp that didn't work. The biggest drawback was that the house does not have wi-fi and when I tried using my phone as a hot spot we found that the cell signals weren't good either so we had to spend a week without fast internet.

A casita with a well stocked kitchen and walking distance to downtown Las Cruces, including Bite of Belgium! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Also enjoyed the singing cats that would come around once in awhile. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

What a gem! We feel that we really lucked out this trip, as I just kinda picked it at random. It's now going to be my go to VRBO in Las Cruces. Don.

This property was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood that was an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is well equipped with relatively new appliances and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils.
A huge walk in closet was great for clothing storage during a long stay. And, the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the laundry facility worked well.
Nancy, the property manager, always answered texts or calls in a timely fashion.
We highly recommend this property.

Great experience! Cute quiet neighborhood and the host was very nice. Anything we needed was there if we didn’t have it. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent a month in the Adobe Casita and used it as our base to travel around New Mexico. Everything we needed was available - from a super comfortable king bed to a large well stocked bathroom to a full kitchen. We used the gas grill several times, as well as the newer high end washer and dryer. My husband enjoyed all of the TV stations available and I enjoyed the high speed internet. The enclosed back yard was great to sit and read or to swing and watch the birds. Overall, we were very impressed with this rental.
