Great location with clean and cozy cottages, close to the beach and shops. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Extremely close to everything Cannon Beach has to offer. We parked here with no problem and were able to walk to every destination over the few days that we were here. Incredible spot, especially if you’re aiming to fully explore Cannon Beach.
4.0
We did like that we were only a 2 block walk to the beach.

This place is cute, but quirky.
Its a no frills spot, walking distance to not only the beach, but to several local shops and resturants.
Theres a TV if you're into that while on vacation, but its not giant and there is no AC, but whith the windows open theres enough of a breeze to keep the place comfortable.
We would stay here again.

The pros:
Location of this property is very convenient. Easy walk to the beach, to downtown, to Pelican brewing, etc. They do provide parking and it’s hard to find dog-friendly lodging in the area sometimes and both are pros as well.
The cons are the actual state of the property itself. We didn’t expect anything wild at the price point but the property was dirty and in poor repair. The chair was so stained we couldn’t tell if it was clean, it smelled of urine when we arrived, one window was missing an actual blind or lightproof drape and a functioning lock, mold in the shower, and so on.
If the owner makes some small changes (washable slip covers, deep clean, more lights, better window covers), it will be a great spot for people with dogs but until then it’s a mess.

I loved the price, the location was a straight 2 min walk to beach and downtown cannon beach!

Pros:
-location: super cute neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach and to downtown cannon beach. Nice and quiet at night. Limited parking and street parking gets busy but they do have spots for guests. Hard to find dog friendly lodging there at this price point so that’s also a pro.
Cons:
property was dirty and had an obvious odor of urine. The furniture doesn’t have washable slip covers on the furniture for dog friendly stays so there was hair and the main chair to sit on was horribly stained to the point of being unsure if it was clean, same with the ottoman that was split. Cottage is very dark with poor light fixture options, one of the windows only has a sheer covering which isn’t great for privacy, and only a hook and eye closure so not properly locking or safe. Bathroom tiles have obvious mold down low. Shower hanger is rusting and flaking off.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

The cable did not work and they knew it before the room was rented stating we would have cable tv. Had I know that I would not have rented that place.

Quiet and relaxing weekend getaway in beautiful Cannon Beach.

We really love the rustic look. However maybe a little upgrade to brighten up the kitchen and living room. It was very clean. The bed was amazing. Tv is small but doable.

The cabin was a bit more rustic that I thought it would be. It was very clean, but needs to be updated. Very comfortable bed. But four people would have been two too many. Only one wine glass! Wow. Parking was good. Just needs an update and will be good for two adults.

It's hard to afford to get to do anything any more. It's even harder finding a place that accepts dogs. I appreciate a chance to finally get a whole day away to spend with my dogs in a beautiful place that was affordable.

Super simple, quiet and very close to the water. Really enjoyed my time here and would come back!

It was a nice place, had everything we needed. Only negatives were bottom of door (strip) was coming off and there were 2 good size holes in both ends of the bottom that we plugged with towels. Shower drain had a very sharp drain plate that cut my foot in the shower and finally there is not central fan but they did have a big box fan thank goodness.

Just as described. A few things could have made the bungalo slightly more comfortable, but overall just what we needed - close to beach and a 10 minute walk from main area. Afterwe left we noticed that my son had left behind very important stuffed animals. I paid the fee to have it checked and they got back to me and said they were found and on the way to the Seaside office to be shipped back.We were so grateful!! Fast forward a week and they send automated message that the stuffed animals were not found and there was some confusion. I know it was my fault we left them there, but the back and forth was so disappointing and frustrating.

This is a tiny, cute, and cozy cabin. It is very inexpensive for the area, but you get what you pay for. If you don’t expect luxury, you will be very happy here. Would stay again!

1. At 3:50PM, JUN 20 Check in -- room was not cleaned yet by Victoria.
2.Kitchen sink has several deep cracks.
3.Some lights do not work - one wall outlet so worn you had to put tension on the plug in cord to make contact in the outlet. Very dangerous outlet.
4.Bottom of all shower walls inside and outside, very, very contaminated with mold. Has not been properly cleaned for some time.
5.Carpet dirty and ragged.
6.TV remote did not work. Had to call tech.
7.Bed and other covers were dusty & dirty.
NOT A HEALTHY FEELING PLACE TO STAY. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS PROPERTY. NEED A FULL REFUND OR EXPLAIN WHY NOT.
I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL OF THE ABOVE AND WILL FURNISH THEM TO YOU OR THE BBB. YOUR PICTURES ON YOUR BOOKING SITE DO NOTSHOW THE CURRENT STATUS OF THIS PROPERTY!!! EVER AGAIN WITH VACASA. F. J. Esser

Great location, for the cost this is a great place to stay if you need dog friendy accommodations

Location was great, very dog friendly - needs to replace door locks as they barely worked, we left early because we would be locked out for 10-15 minutes trying to get the code to work

This cottage has been updated in an iffy way making it feel not quite safe, plugs and light switches not working. The microwave was over my head. The toilet backed up. The internet did not work. There was only one plate. The bed made my back ache. It was a good thing that it was not far from a beautiful beach.

Love the location and the comfort! Felt like I was at my grandmas place on the beach ❤️ We had everything we needed and it was pretty quiet at night so we had lots of energy to fit all of our adventures in! We would definitely come back and stay again! So much fun!

The cabins on this property are cute and small. If we were younger and smaller, we would have enjoyed it more. The bathroom is tiny. But there were plenty of towels. There was a sign to take off your shoes when you enter the house, but with foot issues, we can't walk barefoot anywhere. We also found this ironic because the carpet is kind of ripped up between the living area and the bedroom, so it's not like it's new carpet. The sink is cracked in the kitchen. The ice in the fridge tasted horrible, so plan on bringing a bag of ice for your beverages. Not sure if it was a water problem or what it could have been. The courtyard was nice for people who wanted to sit and visit, but one had a very vocal dog, and there were a couple of families with kids who played outside until 10:45 right by the windows, which had to be open for fresh air. This would be a perfect place to rent if you had a number of young families with just a kid or maybe two to all be together and rent the whole complex. Then everyone gets their together time and their privacy. We did leave early because we wanted to get home after the wedding we attended, so we could have stayed another night, but felt like leaving instead of dealing with the kids and dogs that were very close. It's not the fault of the place, we are just older and into our comfort.

Cabin needs new carpet or flooring. Blankets need to be washed not just the sheets. Very bad dog smell on all the blankets.

Cute Little Cottages
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Cute little cottages! Very clean and quiet, and only a block or 2 from the beach. We were entertained by the resident frogs in the courtyard pond in the evenings - they got pretty vocal at night but we weren't bothered by it. First time staying here, we will be back. Thank you!

The location doesn't get much better. Especially for the price. You can leave your door and be on the beach in 2 minutes staring right at Haystack. We've stayed here twice and will absolutely stay again.
