The location was fantastic, with the beach on your doorstep. The majority of the staff were friendly and the activities were good. There was always enough variation in the food and drink.
Make sure you take a towel for the beach otherwise you will have to rent or buy one.
The reception staff were a bit abrupt, but the entertainment staff were friendly.
The double bed was two singles, which parted easily as they were on wheels. The plastic mattress protector was a little uncomfortable.

La comida, la limpieza de la habitación, la poca intimidad de la habitación, si querías ventilación tenias que abrir la habitación a la calle. El servicio de recepción, aun sigo esperando que me llamen para contratar una excursión que no encontraban los tiques y también para que me digan a que hora me recogen para llevarme al aeropuerto.

Außergewöhnliche Lage direkt in der Bucht, wunderschöner Strand und traumhaftes Meer. Nette Pool-anlage auch für Kinder, die noch nicht so gut schwimmen können.

Die Anlage fügt sich gut in die Landschaft ein. Das Restaurant bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht, man konnte auch am Balkon sitzen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Es gab auch Landestypische Gerichte- churros zum Frühstück waren super.
Die Anlage an sich war nett, viele Pflanzen und einige Bänke zum Verweilen. Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Aufhängung für nasse Badesachen. Der Spielplatz hat unserer Tochter gefallen, auch die Mini -disco hat ihr Spaß gemacht. Überhaupt sehr kinderfreundlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und zweckmäßig. Leider hellhörig, was mit betrunkenen Nachbarn doch mühsam und unangenehm ist.
Zum Mittagessen gab es keine vegetarischen Hauptgerichte, nur salatbuffet und Beilagen ( war kein Problem,hat mich nur gewundert, weil es Abends immer zwei vegetarische Hauptgerichte gab).

Na ubytovaní sa nam páčila poloha, celý rezortík s domčekmi a palmami mali svoje čaro, mali sme terasu velkú. Blizko pláže bolo ubytovanie. Krasne azúrove more, malá pláž nie preplnená. Nam sa velmi páčilo na dovolenke , užili sme si to a oddychli sme si.
Nepáčilo sa nam že voda nebola skoro vobec teplá ani ráno ani večer, velmi slabý prúd tiekol, skoro žiadny a vlažný, v apartmane chýbala mala chladnička a od klímy sme nemali ani ovládač na izbe. Postele boli menej pohodlné a vankúše tiež. Napriek tomu sme sa tam cítili prijemne.

Una estancia idílica desde la llegada hasta la salida. La ubicación del hotel es ideal. Las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas con impresionantes vistas al mar. El servicio, impecable y amigable, hizo que mi estancia fuera muy especial. La ubicación también es ideal. Lo recomiendo al 100% y espero volver muy pronto.

Проблематично было дождаться трансфер от регистрации до номера. Когда же приехал водитель,то очень не уважительно отнесся к национальному вопросу. Думаю не корректно здесь это озвучивать. Так же отсутствуют знаки ,где поставить машину на парковку от отеля. Мебель старая и номера уже давно надо обновлять.Запах сырости и старой мебели. Завтраки не вкусные.

Überraschender Weise handelt es sich hier um eine riesige Anlage von Bungalows zu denen man jederzeit ein Hauseigenes "Taxi" über WhatsApp rufen kann um zur Rezeption bzw. zum Restaurant zu kommen. Der Strand ist ein sehr schöner Sandstrand mit Strandbar. Es gibt einen Pool inmitten der Anlage allerdings nicht sehr groß sowie weitere Freizeitaktivitäten wie Bogenschießen, Tischtennis ect. Tägliche Animation. Das Abend Buffett war grandios, wirklich sehr leckeres und üppiges Angebot.
Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die ein oder andere Renovierung wäre fällig, gerade die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und leicht muffig, die Fliesen am Bad zum Teil angeschlagen und Armaturen sehr wackelig.

Es gab drei verschiedene Liegen am Poolbereich. Die Grünen waren extrem unbequem aber dafür die blauen super bequem. Meine Meinung nach sollte alle außer die blauen ausgetauscht werden damit man nicht jeden Tag auf die jagd gehen muss 😀

Alles in allem sauber. Allerdings muss man sich mit Moskitos und Ameisen anfreunden.
Es fehlten diverse Male Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das Personal war z.T. freundlich, aber unflexibel. Der rege Verkehr auf dem Gelände ist unnötig bzw. könnte durch elektrische Fahrzeuge bedient werden, damit der penetrante Geruch nach Benzin und Abgas die frische Seeluft der unmittelbaren Cala nicht trübt.

Staff was amazing: very helpful, nice, welcoming. Restaurant staff was excellent as well. Everything was cooked/served/cleaned exactly as needed. Food was fresh, there always were enough options for me to choose from. The chocolate fondant was delicious, pity it was served only once during my stay. The room was clean and well-conditioned.
Wasps were annoying. The staff was working on it but there were still plenty. The quality of soft drinks is something that could be improved. The rooms that are not equipped with air-conditioners and are located on the way of other guests, could be noisy especially at night.

The palm trees and plants around the bungalows are very old and beautiful. The beach is pretty and the pool ok.
Unfriendly staff, especially at the reception, dirty plates in the restaurant, mold in the social areas and bathroom, very old and uncomfortable beds, regular sewage system overflows, high price, missing service for that money, ant invasions in our room, very outdated rooms, the food was not good. In 10 days our bath tub or bath counter was not cleaned once, the towels have stains. There is very repetitive and annoying music next to the pool.
Neighbours had the electricity system explode on them and other guests had the ventilator from the ceiling fall down in the middle of the night. We were happy to leave.

Location is great, just off the beautiful Cala Romantica, Food is OK for 3 stars, beautifull palm tree surroundings within resort and around pool area, staff is nice.

Nowadays, air conditioning is already standard for heating. The first days it was very bad, even mobile air conditioners would help. The apartments cannot be adequately ventilated. Nets on the windows were missing. The showers after the sea breeze and the pool showers did not work.

Wasps ruined breakfast: requested a double bed - asked reception twice for bed to be made into a double but it was never done: noisy lads in adjacent room (this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by reception and security and it didn’t happen again).

There is no privacy on the terraces in front of your apartment (why is not the cover between the terraces?), also everyone can look in you room when going around (when you dont use curtains)..
The rooms was old but fine… it wasn ´t that bad with the fan in the room, but a/c would be better of course :)
Food sometimes should have better quality!!! But there was so many choices that i always found something good to eat! :)

Plenty of cold water machines to refill your bottles.
Beautiful beach with footpaths and clifftop walks off to neighbouring beaches.
The beach has a great beach bar (independent from hotel) and umbrellas/sunbeds with safety boxes if you want them, and plenty of free space if not.
Bus stop 200m at the end of the road to easily get to Drach Caves and Porto Cristo.
An ATM is at the neighbouring Blau Hotel which is a 10/15 minute walk over the hill from the beach.
If you want to be picky or really critical, you can always find something! Go to relax and enjoy and Flip Flop Cala Romantica is absolutely wonderful. Go expecting luxury and you will find small issues - you can let them bug you or not - it's a state of mind, such as:
Wi-fi only in common areas (none in rooms).
You need to take your own beach towels.
You need to pay for airport transfers in cash not card.
Decor in rooms not immaculate eg replacement tiles that aren't quite the right colour, mirrors where the silver should be replaced.
We didn't consider any of the above to be serious issues. I mention them for balance and completeness. However, we thought that one issue should be improved - the restaurant staff don't seem to pay attention to plates, knives, forks, glasses etc running out. When they run out, we had to wander around the restaurant looking for others. Not the end of the world, just a bit of a nuisance factor, in what is otherwise a lovely restaurant with good food.
A neutral point depending on what you're looking for - this is a relatively peaceful resort, which was perfect for us. However, it might not suit young people wanting nightclubs.

The location was great, as the beaches nearby are beautiful, but I would say is better to have a car to move around. The direct connection to the beach is great. If you have kids there is a lot to do in the hotel, if you are travelling with you spouse and you are not used to kids, it might be a little louder for you.
The room was really bad. It was very humid and cleaning was not that great. Bed comfort was the worst part, very hard to sleep in that bed. There is no TV remote, there is no Wifi, there is no minibar.
