This was a perfect place for my husband and I. We were able to walk to a winery and walk to the Katy Trail. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you need was available at your fingertips. Location was very close to shopping and restaurants. The location is quite and private. We especially enjoyed the outdoor porch which has recently been updated. The house has also had a fresh coat of paint, changing the color from green to blue. Nicely done! We would definitely recommend the property and stay again. We love riding the Katy Trail and visiting the wineries!

We just needed a few days away from a busy life. The cottage was exactly as pictured. It was walking distance to cute shops, a gallery, coffee shop, cafes, a bistro and even wineries. It’s right off the Katy Trail for biking enthusiasts and short drives to various wineries/vineyards in Augusta and Defiance. We will definitely go back!

Perfect for 2 people, great patio, perfect location. Would be hard to stay more than a couple days if you wanted to make any meals. 2 forks, one pot, stove top and micro, no oven.

Augusta, MO is truly a magical place. You can't put a finger on what it is about the place, but it's special. The Reserve Guest Cottage is in the heart of the action. Everything is walkable and at your fingertips. There are many great B&B options, but this should be a strong consideration when choosing a place to stay.

Easy check in and communication. Excellent location for walking in this quaint town and easy access to many beautiful area wineries.

Dining room fireplace not working, pushback recliner back was broken, floor lamp base disintegrated when moved to get to plug, sidewalk broken and unsafe. Place is decorated cute and in a great location.

We were given a wi-fi code and it never worked. TV's never turned on, not all the lights would turn on, mini fridge should be listed as mini freezer and bed was like sleeping on the ground. We checked out 7am since no reason to stay any longer. Not really worth the price paid.

Cottage was charming, well-furnished, and a great location. Unfortunately, we had some HVAC issues during the nonstop 100-degree weather. Dylan was absolutely fantastic, responding immediately to our call. He sent Mike over, who was also fantastic, and decided best that we move to another place, which was wonderful. They handled everything quickly, efficiently, and were beyond friendly. In fact, the whole Augusta area is so welcoming, friendly, and the wine delicious. We will absolutely return.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the cottage, the check-in process did leave us a bit stressed as we did not receive the entry code until after multiple messages to the host, and an emergency call the morning of our stay to Vrbo support. Vrbo support was great and we got the code, thankfully.
Lastly, we did feel the description of the kitchenette was a bit vague and were surprised to see just a mini-fridge.
Despite these two things, we enjoyed the experience!

This was our 2nd time in 5 years staying at the Reserve Cottage. It was just as charming as the 1st time. Location is quiet and close to the Katy Trail, multiple wineries, and just a short drive to Washington.

This cute little cottage was the perfect stay for our trip to Missouri Wine Country.

My husband and I rented the cottage to have a weekend away from the kids in Augusta. Unfortunately, a big storm came through the first night and we were without power for quite some time, as was the whole town (including wineries)! Still, the property manager was kind and helpful, and we managed to make the most of our stay despite the circumstances. The bed was comfy and the cottage, despite obvious signs of age, was clean and well-furnished. Keep in mind the kitchenette area is very small, so don’t plan on any major cooking. Highly recommend Root, the restaurant right down the street! Thanks for a lovely, relaxing weekend.

We loved our stay in Augusta to celebrate our anniversary. The cottage was peaceful, yet in the middle of town. Access to Katy Trail was perfect and the covered patio was a perfect retreat while we listened to the rain.

Gorgeous little house in the middle of Augusta. Great communication. Super comfortable bed (that alone will bring us back here again someday...) Easy walks and short scenic drives to bunches of wineries. The mini fridge is on the small side, so if you tend to pack and bring a lot of groceries you'll be cramped for cold space. As a home base for a few days in wine country, this can't be beat!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. A short walk to August Winery. Less than a block from the new restaurant in town (Root). The entrance to the Katy Trail is just down the hill, less than 2 minutes away. Just perfect.
