PH apartment in small building on Vieques Street. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Ashford avenue, beach, trendy restaurants, hotels, parks, shops and night entertainment. Over 2,000 sqft of modern accommodations, new furniture and 1 reserved secured parking. 3 Bedrooms fully equipped with queen sized beds, TV, cable, WI-FI and A/C units. PRIVATE rooftop terrace (rarely seen in the area) with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fully furnished including hammocks and tv, large shaded area and all overlooking Condado lagoon and Old San Juan buildings. 2 renovated modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and wine cooler.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The apartment has many pros: Great neighborhood; near to beach, restaurants, attractions. Roof terrace wonderful, although we didn't use it much. Owner very quick to respond to any requests. Kitchen very well equipped (could use a new tea kettle.) Off street parking. On the con side, we were disturbed by the noise from outside at night. The furnishing seemed a bit washed out and could use an update. We found the hot and cold water very hard to adjust in the showers.We knew the master toilet was small from other comments, but it was even smaller than we expected.

Nice apartment with a terrific patio on top as in the picture. Safe. Good layout for adults. Comfortable beds. Our contact was responsive and helpful - I got locked out of the safety deposit box and he remedied that very quickly. The main issue for us was the shower which cycled between too hot and too cold (which to be fair, I failed to mention to our contact). No extra supplies provided except for coffee - we ran out of toilet paper on the first day. Located several blocks from the beach but easily walkable. Beach is a little rough, very fun for the adventurous and a little too rough for someone who wants to relax in the water. Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars. The patio was awesome, spacious and a great place to hang out even when it rained hard. Inexpensive to uber into Old San Jun. We had a great time.

The accommodations were nice. Didn’t know there was no Central AC and 8 flights of stairs. The 2nd bathroom was very very small. The toilet seat on the hall bathroom needs to be replaced.
Lots of stains were on pillows and bed liners.
There was a terrible smell coming from the front of the building on the first floor. Smelt like old garbage.
Location was great and kitchen had everything one could need. The roof top space was great once the sun went down and things cooled off.

We loved the place. Found it to be clean, stocked with all that we needed and well maintained.
Our family enjoyed the rooftop patio, which has a small refrigerator, a grill, a four burner stovetop, and a tv. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace as well. We cooked out, watched tv, and enjoyed the view at night. The owner was prompt in answering any property related questions. The owner recommended several places to dine and shop. The farmers market was a good place to shop.
The condo was 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, park, walking/running trail, hotels and restaurants.
We enjoyed dining at Luisa, the taco place next door, Mojito Bar and the many Resturant s close by. Ben n Jerry’s was good for ice cream.
The property is located in the Miramar sector, a block away from the buzzing Ashford Avenue. We found it more convenient than El Condado and Isla Verde.
If you are renting a car, you will be glad to hear the place has an off-street, on property designated parking spot, within a gated fence.
We would definitely stay here again when we return.

The property was very clean and ready when we showed up. We had an issue when we arrived however, Juan was very active in resolving this issue! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was easily accessible to many San Juan attractions. Our family had a great stay!

Before booking I had several questions for Saul and he was very responsive and courteous! The rental has plenty of dishes, basic kitchen needs, and bath towels. Great location near several restaurants and the beach. Each bedroom was a nice size, although the bathroom directly connected to one bedroom is tight getting in and out of, so depending on your flexibility you may need to stick with the main bathroom. The check out process was easy and if we end up in San Juan again I would stay here again!

Absolutely amazing place to stay and Saul was an awesome host! We were going for my friends 50th birthday and he helped me arrange to have wine and balloons in the condo before we arrived. Location is within walking distance of so much! Highly recommend!

Here for a work trip! Saul was an amazing property owner who returned messages promptly. Great property in a great area so close to everything in Condado. Best vrbo I've stayed at in Puerto Rico! Clean apartment with everything you think you might need. Wish we could've used the top deck more but the weather didn't permit. It's really beautiful! The location was perfect and it had parking. Great communication throughout my stay! Will definitely book again when I come back!

Amazing Rooftop and Property!!
The Property is amazing, in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, near by restaurants, Walgreen, and CVS is about five minute walking distance. Saul is a great communicator and very accommodating with our departure time. The property is very clean and safe. He had everything we need to enjoy our stay. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will most definitely stay at this property, if it’s available. The rooftop we spent hours relaxing up there every evening. It’s beautiful at night.

The rooftop patio at night is amazing. We stayed over New Years and could see fireworks all the way in old San Juan! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in PR!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Saul always replied promptly to any questions and it was a great location. The roof patio really made a difference , what an absolutely fantastic place to hangout and relax in the evening as well having full cooking facilities. The only minor issue I found was that one of the bathrooms could've been a little bigger but this was a minor inconvenience and the rest of the accommodation was excellent

Fantastic Stay in Condado
My family stayed in Saul’s property over spring break and it was phenomenal. The listing is very accurate and his place has everything you need. The rooftop is as amazing as it looks! Saul was extremely helpful and was there for us if we had any questions. The location is great as well, a short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

This property was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay to include beach towels, a few beach chairs, & boogie boards. There is a little outside noise at night from the area that varied each night, but it did not prevent anyone from sleeping. The entire building is very quiet and sound between all three of the rooms was very quiet too. The rooftop terrace of the place is amazing. If you do not use it, you are definitely missing out. Great Location/100% as Advertised
3 of us spent 3 nights at the property. Very easy ride from airport and a block/2 blocks from great restaurants/beach. Very detailed check in/property info/check out instructions with secure parking. The property is 100% as advertised, very clean and the roof deck is amazing. Saul was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all messages. I highly recommend this property.

Convenient to all surrounding venues
The roof top was definitely underutilized by my friends and I - great for morning cafésito and evening wine.

Would have given this 5 stars, except...
We like everything about this place: the location, the balcony and especially the roof terrace with the barbecue. But we were disappointed with the so called master bathroom, if you can even call it that. It measures less than 3 feet deep, which means there is less than 6 inches in front of the john. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner on the rooftop terrace. The location is very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Excellent place & location!
This 3 bedroom was clean and well appointed. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The property manager stayed in constant contact as necessary to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, Condado, placita and a very short ride (or nice longer walk) to Old San Juan. We didn’t take advantage of the rooftop much but would definitely take advantage of it in the future. Great place!

Great Location, Very nice Condo and fantastic rooftop terrace
Enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Great location for Condado area and easy pick up by Uber for Old San Juan, Convention Center, etc. Very secure with easy access with multiple keys for multiple guests. Very comfortable and clean with many extras in the apartment and on the terrace. Private rooftop terrace was the highlight with great covered and open spaces.
Will rent again!
