About this house rental

Beautiful 5 Bedroom beach house 4 houses from the beach. There is a beach view from the outside upper deck. Its located in a family area in Lavallette. 3 of the bedrooms have full beds & 2 bedrooms have Queen beds. There is also a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the living room that will sleep 2 additional guests. There is an outside shower at the back of the house. The house has: Washer, Dryer, AC, Cable, & WiFi. There is off street parking for 4 vehicle. There is a walking boardwalk along the beach that runs the length Lavallette. The Kitchen has a Dish Washer, Microwave, Refrigerator / Freezer with an icemaker. It also has an outside Grill on the back porch. You will need to supply your own linens. There are numerous restaurants, bakeries, ice cream, and convenience stores within walking distance of the property. Seaside Hts and Point Pleasant Boardwalks are only minutes away for this location. Payment can be sent to owner along with signed contract, via use of a credit card using a Pay Pal invoice or check mailed to owner. NOTE: There is a 1 Bedroom Cottage ( 2 Twin Bed in the Bedroom & a Queen Pullout couch in the living room that Sleeps 4 comfortably) This cottage is located at the rear of this property that is available for rent Separately. Contact owner if interested. Also, both the Front House and Back House will be available for rent thru November, Weekly or for the weekend. The house was an honest delight! Very comfortable kitchen & living room with lots of quality sleeping space for our large family. The best part - location. Steps from a nice running boardwalk and the beach. At the other end of the street a fantastic bakery, breakfast place, coffee shop and more. You can park once and have everything you need. The owner was kind and we really enjoyed the place.

I have rented this house for 18 years for my 2 children & 4 grandkids. The “kids” are now 20,21, 21, and 24 and wouldn’t miss their week for anything. The house is perfect - great living room area with comfy couches perfect for game night. The front porch is a wonderful gathering place. Kitchen is fully stocked . Three of the bedrooms are huge and the whole place is nicely decorated. The owners are wonderful people who will respond if any problems.

Spent a week here In July with family. Two families with 4 small children and we fit perfectly. Each family took 2 rooms and we had a spare. Beds were comfortable and house was So convenient to beach. Definitely recommend! We already booked for next year

My family had a great vacation this year (Aug 2023). This is our second year in the property and it has everything you would need for a great Jersey Shore vacation! We had a large group this year and last, a family of 5, three extended family members, and two significant others who had joined during the week and there was enough room for everyone. the owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions. Thank you again for a great vacation!!! We would love to return next year.

We have been renting this property the 3rd week in June for almost 20 yrs! The owners are the nicest people you could meet and they have updated things over the years so everything is fresh ,new , and works well. Lots of options for movies etc on the TV. It’s such a comfortable place for 2 famillies with 2 kids each to hang out. The kids were little when we started and are in their 20’s now!!! Lavallette is a great little town & the beach is perfect. It’s a wonderful vacation no matter the weather!!

This house couldn’t be more convenient to the beach. It is well maintained and very clean The only issue I had is that I never received check in or out instructions. It worked out fine, there were family members in the back cottage who walked us through the procedure and had the key to the house. I would totally recommend this house, but a couple of days ahead of time ask for check in/out info.

We were a family of six adults and various extended family coming and going throughout the week. Perfect house for a relaxed beach vaca. The location was ideal. We were very comfortable and the three couches plus chairs made for some great late night conversation. We will definitely rent again.

Just got home from our week in Lavallette and it was a great stay!!! We were a party of 9 and this home had plenty of room for all. It was very close to the beach. We have rented this home several times for an annual family vacation—and there is a reason we keep returning! The house has many comfortable spaces, including terrific outdoor space for gathering day and evening. The location could not be better—easiest beach access and everything you need within walking distance. Most importantly, it is a pleasure to interact with Carol and her family. This is our 3rd year renting this house in Lavalette

We love how big and spacious this house is. The location is great since it’s a few houses from the boardwalk and prime places to eat. The refrigerator is huge, air is a must which they have and a washer and dryer is upstairs. The front yard area is a good spot for the kids to play in the sand and the front deck is big if it rains and items need to stay dry. Recommended as this is our 3rd year renting this house.

Loved everything about the house! Comfortable accommodations and room to hang with the family. We did a lot of porch sitting too. Nice shade in the mornings. I would request that the owner give more details about check in and check out tasks, as well as a list of items in the house (type of coffee maker etc) and items to bring. Will keep this listing for future rental!

4 houses from the Lavalette boardwalk & 1 block to the beach entrance makes this rental great. The house is large enough to accommodate an extended family. The owner has been easy to deal with for the past 10 seasons. We had a wonderful week. Thank you Carol & Shannon for our 50th Anniversary surprise!
