About this apartment rental

Our three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people provides the ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is an eighth floor corner unit (4807) with a wrap-around balcony that lets you see the white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We also have a view of our gulf side pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are several picnic areas with grills on the property along with tennis courts, an exercise room, two outdoor pools, shuffleboard and a gazebo. The indoor pool offers changing rooms with walk-in showers as well as a sauna and steam room. The condo has 3 cable TV's and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bedroom an adjustable king bed.

Our goal is to offer you the absolute best value in direct Gulf front accommodations.
You can drink your coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The sleeping configuration consists of one adjustable king in the master bedroom; one queen in one of our guest bedrooms:and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the hallway by the two bedrooms.

Kids love our complex because there is both the beach and a nice grass area to play on which most condo complexes lack. With both indoor and outdoor pools; a tennis and pickleball court; sand volleyball; and Adventure Land right across the street there is enough to keep all ages entertained.

Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for family reunions, wedding receptions, and business meetings for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony. Why not be married on the beach in our gazebo and then use our beautiful club house for that special reception?

This place is exactly as described! Great location to everything you could want! The best deck with a great view of the ocean. Owner was easy to reach with questions, and on top of things! We are already talking about booking this place again! You truly can't beat the price, cleanliness and location. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a great vacation!

This property is awesome. Beautiful gulf views. Clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Host was friendly and easy to work with. Beds were comfortably. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Being right on the water and close to anything you need.

Had a wonderful time at condo, beach, and surrounding area. Balcony view is breathtaking and can watch the sunrise. Activities nearby booked with ease. Enjoy dinner at The Gulf and short drive to Flora-Bama, both cool places. The condo was clean and well stocked. Great location. Our AC was broke when we arrived, but the guys worked on it and came back Easter morning with a part needed and had it up and running again. Owner is responsive and quick to answer any questions. A few changes in the condo compared to the pictures, but a great place.

Gorgeous views from condo! Everything was just as described. If you like to cook and eat in, there is everything you need. We enjoyed the easy access to the ocean, walks on the beach and using the pickle ball courts. The state park is a two mile walk on the beach — or a short drive! Once there, they provide bikes you can check out (for free) to explore the park. Perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again, if we come back this way. Thanks for sharing your beautiful getaway!

I stayed here with a group of friends for spring break and it was just amazing! The location of the property is the perfect spot, grocery across the street and only 5-10 minute drives to popular places like Costal and The Hangout. The condo itself was very nice, we had so much room with 5 people, the views were incredible, especially with the wrap around balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo (while older) was extremely clean and fully stocked. There were lots of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen along with garbage bags, dishwashing soap, towels, and more. All we had to do was unpack our food and we were ready to enjoy! The property landscaping was beautiful, both pool were clean and access to the beach was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights and had a great time! Amazing view of the sunrise in the morning and right on the beach. Large balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. We would be happy to stay here again!

It looks just like the Vrbo site had it. The condo was very well stocked with anything you wanted to cook with plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were very comfortable the view from balcony was great. The only problem was one of the elevator kept being out of service and having to take your trash down to dumpster instead of having a trash Shute. I would stay here again it’s a nice condo.

The view was Beautiful!! We were 5 senior women looking for a relaxing vacation. We did not want to do laundry every day. Only had 6 towels for the week which meant we would be doing laundry every day. I did reach out to the owner and she did send 4 more. Not enough dish rags to clean kitchen. No beach towels or beach chairs. When you are flying it’s hard to pack those things.we have been taking a girls trip for 23 years, never had to buy towels or chairs. But it was my mistake I should’ve read the paper better. If you’re driving you can provide those things also the place was very old. Needs updated. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! OB is our favorite vacation destination and many family members stay at Seaside. Of the condos we've stayed in, we've had the best experience with Cathy, by far. Super responsive and we even added on an extra day to our stay within a week or so of our trip. The condo was as described, and plenty of storage space for all of our things. The beds were SO comfortable, and the view is even better than the photos show. Will definitely book with Cathy again next year.

Everything described in the listing was accurate during our stay over an early Spring Break. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and the view was wonderful. Easy access to the beach. Check in/out, parking was super easy. There's no soap, shampoo, etc. so bring your own. Plenty of markets nearby.

This was a great place for our family. We had our college kids and highschooler and one friend stay with us. We had plenty of room. The wrap around deck gave us a lot more room The kitchen had plenty of room. The grounds were well maintained. We only used the indoor pool once. Wish the outdoor was heated since it was more convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
