The villa consists of a large living room connected to the kitchen with a large dining area that overlooks the pool area of 6X11mt surrounded by 12,000 square meters of garden with an elegant gazebo, porch and outdoor bathroom.
It consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and two sofa beds for three people located in the bright tavern where there is a large living room and a second service kitchen.
Inside the property there is a depandance with a night guardian

A beautiful villa, conveniently located and coming will all the facilities required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fabulous house and garden with great pool. Good security with guard on location. Everything exactly liked described and pictured in the announcement. Cristina is a magnificent host, very attentive and helpful and a great warm hearted person. We spent a nice week with the family in the midst of the vineyards. Nice walks and excursions in the area and nearby shopping in the mall.... and of course top wines produced all around the house. Grazie mille Cristina and family, it was excellent vacation and a great personal encounter.

Die Kommunikation und die Fürsorge des Anbieters war hervorragend und zuvorkommend. Die ganze Liegenschaft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und lässt beim gemeinsamen Kochen nicht zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser Villa. Es war ein richtig entspannter Urlaub für uns. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem selbsthebackenen Kuchen begrüßt. Auf dem Grundstück hat man seine Ruhe, da es etwas abseits liegt und auch keine Häuser direkt angrenzen. Trotzdem ist das Einkaufszentrum samt Supermarkt nur etwa 2 km entfernt. Das Highlight war natürlich der wunderschöne große Pool, der auch jeden Morgen gereinigt wird. Das Haus, wie auch das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung top! Im Garten ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ein Volleyballnetz vorhanden, das von uns auch gerne genutzt wurde. Wir sind dankbar für diese wunderschöne und erholsame Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist alles blitz blank sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Man merkt schon bei der Ankunft dass die Gastgeberfamilie es mit Leidenschaft betreibt. In punkto Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind sie kaum zu überbieten. Es kommt nicht von ungefähr dass sie nur Spitzenbewertugen erhalten haben, wir können alle nur betätigen. Grazie molte Cristina.

Wunderbare Ferienwoche im Oktober

Wir verbrachten als 6-köpfige Familie mit Hund eine schöne Ferienwoche in der Villa Cristina. Wir suchten ein alleinstehendes Haus mit Garten, Pool und viel Platz, wo wir für uns sein konnten. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir noch jeden Tag im Pool baden. Auf dem grossen,gepflegten Grundstück konnten wir mit Spielen die Zeit vertreiben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, vorallem der schöne Wintergarten gibt das gewisse Etwas. Den unteren Teil des Hauses haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur zu sechst waren. Dieser Teil ist zwar auch sauber und gepflegt, aber sehr ungemütlich, da es sehr dunkel ist. Wenn man mit Hund anreisen möchte, sollte man auf jeden Fall zuerst anfragen, da nicht alle Rassen/Grössen(?) erwünscht sind. Tatsächlich wohnt ein Gärtner auf dem Grundstück, welcher aber nur frühmorgens oder abends Arbeiten erledigt und einen in keiner Weise stört. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sehr reizvoll. Am Sonntag ist wohl Vogeljagd angesagt. Man trifft überall Jäger und sieht diverse Vogelfallen in den Bäumen. Cristina und ihre Tochter waren sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht und wären jederzeit erreichbar gewesen.

Jegliche Fragen wurden uns sofort beantworte, tolle Tipps gegeben und Reservierungen bei Weingütern schnell und unkompliziert vereinbart. Das Haus an sich ist ein Traum und kann ich nur jedem empfehlen - das Grundstück ist rießig und top gepflegt! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen - besser geht es einfach nicht! We had a super holiday at the Villa from Cristina! The location is perfect and the house and land is very big! We stayed here with 7 adults and a kid from 1,5 years old and we all enjoyed the sun, the pool, the garden and the BBQ. IT was a pity we had to leave after 10 days! Also the iseo lake city centrum is super Nice! This is only 10 minutes away! We would come back again to this lovely house! Ciao M.

Tolles Haus und Außenbereich mit Pool und einem riesigen Grundstück. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön. Das einzige was uns an Ausstattung gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine (soll es laut den Vermietern ab 2020 geben). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief vor und während des Aufenthalts auf Englisch. Wir haben immer schnell Antworten auf Fragen erhalten. Sehr nette Familie! Im Vorfeld gab es ein kleines Missverständnis (vermutlich aufgrund der Übersetzung), da in der Beschreibung steht es gibt einen Nachtwächter. Tatsächlich hat es sich um einen Gärtner gehandelt, der früh morgens den Pool gereinigt und dich um die Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück gekümmert hat. Dabei hat er uns aber nicht gestört.

Ein sehr nettes Haus in einer schönen Weinbauregion. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Platz für Mensch und Tier. Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einer extra Wohnung im Keller, bestehend aus Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Küche und Bad. Der Pool wird täglich von einem Angestellten gereinigt. Leider ist die Flugschneise des Flughafens von Bergamo direkt über dem Haus, sodass Fluglärm zu hören ist. Mehrere Weingüter und Bauernhöfe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem ist ein großes Einkaufscenter in der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Zum Iseosee sind es gerade mal 20 min mit dem Auto. Laut Inserat sind Tiere erlaubt, was uns nach der Buchung Probleme bereitete, da es sich laut Vermieter um einen Übersetzungsfehler handelt. Letztendlich konnten wir unsere beiden Hunde aber mitnehmen. Cristina und ihre Familie sind sehr nette, herzliche Gastgeber, die sich gut um uns gekümmert haben.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning. Het is een zeer ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig zwembad en een heerlijke tuin om van te genieten. Wij hebben met 6 personen en 1 kind een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het vakantiehuis ligt centraal gelegen en dicht bij de snelweg. Het mooie stadje Iseo ligt op 15 minuten rijden. Hier zijn leuke restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Maar ook het Gardameer waar je pittoreske stadjes vind is goed te doen binnen 45 minuten. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning. Wij danken Cristina en haar dochter.
