Stay in this newly updated 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo which is one block from the Atlantic Ocean. Fully furnished. Comfortable queen size pillow top bed in the master, 2 twin pillow top beds in second bedroom and sleeper sofa. This unit will accommodate 6 comfortably. This beautiful condo is equipped with a full size stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops and has everything you need to cook including pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels and soap. Combination washer/dryer in unit so no hauling your laundry to a laundry mat. Condo also equipped with a 50 HDTV Flat screen television, dish satellite, and WiFi. Why cram yourself into a hotel when you are steps from the ocean? Located near Ron Jon surf shop in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many local restaurants and entertainment.

We loved the house! A super short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed including a great closet full of beach goodies - towels, umbrellas, chairs and more! The kitchen was also stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware, spices and more! There were plenty of towels for bathing. Marcia was quick to respond. The neighbor Darryl and his dog Taco were friendly. We would recommend this place and would stay again!

The location of this property was amazing! Right behind Ron Jon, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the pier. This property was perfect for the two of us and had everything you could need in terms of beach toys and kitchen supplies. I would definitely recommend this property!

I read reviews before booking and they were all spot on! Great location and great condo! Had everything you would want or need for the beach. We lost a key the very first day at universal…not sure why we even had it with us…but Marcia was so kind to come let us in ao late at night. Loved the stay and didn’t want to leave!

My older teenage kids and I stayed for a long weekend and it was the perfect location. Less than a block from the beach and the road to cross had very little traffic and right next to both Ron Jon’s and Starbucks! The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. We met the resident “guard dog” Taco who was just adorable. Friendly neighbor who owns him lives next door. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean with good decor. The location is convenient - half block from public beach access and some restaurants/bars. Short drives to the Port Canaveral and Old Town Cocoa Beach. Would say if more than a couple or family were to stay there, they would need to be pretty comfortable with each other. The path from the master bedroom (large bed) to the bath is through the other bedroom. This was convenient for us (a couple) because it gave us room to spread out our stuff.

Fantastic place with everything you need and more! Great location! Fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood solo. Neighbors in the building are very friendly and helpful. Having laundry onsite was key for being there a week. Awesome spot and I would definitely go back again!!!

Everything that was advertised was accurate. Good location. Nicely updated. No parking issues. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Was a little tight for space. But we spent most of our time at the beech. Owner was very quick to respond with any inquiries.

The 1st floor condo was comfortable with modern furnishings and appliances. Everything that was in the listing was readily available such as cookware and the beach umbrella. The neighbors were pleasant to talk to. We were able to relax in a quiet atmosphere without disturbance. The condo was very conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and even an ice cream shop. We will definitely keep this condo on our list when we return to Cocoa Beach! George and Katherine

We stayed for several days. The property was nice and spacious for our family of 4 (after spending several days crammed into a hotel room). It’s in a great area!! We walked to the beach, different shops, mini golf, and restaurants. It was a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. I didn’t use any appliances (we went out for most meals) but the appliances all looked to be in good condition. The condo even had a closet with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was a great extra that we did use.

Our family of 5 stayed here. It was an awesome location! Walking distance to restaurants, beach and Ron Jon’s. The condo was perfect, and had all the essentials needed. There were beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels provided. Our girls enjoyed the neighbor dog, Taco. Only thing that would have been helpful would have been a high chair or baby chair of some sort for our 9 month old. But we didn’t expect any extra things like this to be provided. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the second time we stayed here and really enjoyed it! The location is perfect. The neighbors are very friendly and inviting. It’s only a short walk to the beach, and right next to Ron Jon, other shops, and restaurants! You don’t even need your car to have a good time when you stay here. The condo was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Honestly I can't say enough about this little place! So cute , perfect location , remodeled very nicely and super comfortable for me and my husband and our teen daughter. We were here for a softball tournament and loved our beach time (literally the beach is across the street) and the fact that the awesome Ron Jon's store was steps from the house as well. ROCKIN GUAC tacos and burritos around the corner was the best food we had in Florida , so good ! And really... the little dog that lives next door was soooo cute and sweet. He is the perfect little guard dog for the condo ❤❤ we will miss miss Taco 🌮

The rooms are huge and comfy, three nice beds plus a big pullout couch. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. The host is incredibly welcoming and will solve any problem with a smile. The beach is steps away and the location is convenient for walking to everything you could possibly need for a great Cocoa Beach vacation.

We loved our stay at this conveniently location Cocoa Beach condo. Walking distance to the beach, Ron Jon’s with easy access to everything that the Space Coast has to offer. The place could use a deep clean, it was tricky to find the right temp for the shower, and the pots and pans could use a replacement: some were so scratched they were unusable. BUT the location was excellent and the provided beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella & chairs, and sand toys were a HUGE PLUS. We would rent this place again.
