3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths are located on the main floor along with the family room with cozy fireplace, dining room for all of you to dine together, perfect kitchen, laundry room and dry entry.
4 bedrooms, 2 Bath at are located on the upper level and enjoy a separate living area and large sundeck to relax and enjoy that beautiful oceanview. There are tv's in both family rooms, Master Bedroom and 3 other bedrooms as well.
Spectacular views await you on the upper level deck where you can bask in the sunshine and catch the cool summer breezes. Upper and lower master bedrooms AND upper and lower level living rooms have accesses to these decks. Upper area may be shut off from lower area for privacy and adult entertaining with small children sleeping upstairs or downstairs.

It was unfortunate that we had to leave Edisto on day 2 of our long-planned family vacation because of severe weather conditions. The house was fine and accomodated our large family.

We had a wonderful time at Sea View with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. I think our only problem was that the freezer was very hard to open and close. We would consider staying there again.

Our family enjoyed our Christmas weekend together. Lots of room, well stocked kitchen. Bring your own paper products, blankets (if it's during the colder months). Eat at Whaley's, an Edisto institution. There were 9 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all....

Loved our stay at Sea View. The seven bedrooms provided plenty of room for everyone and the great room was spacious enough for watching TV and sitting around and talking. Loved the screened in porch. Did not use the sun deck on the second floor since it was extremely hot during our stay. Would recommend this house for any large family.

This is a great house for a large group. Close to the beach and on a very nice, quiet street. Holds lots of people and the reality company is great to work with- they respond quickly when needed. I totally recommend this house for a beach rental.

This is the best beach house ! It took 2 minutes to walk over to the beach .
Big enough for the whole family with a beautiful ocean view!
The kitchen is equipped with everything one we needed including a big pot for the shrimp boil .
We had plenty of room to park all of the cars and the golf cart .
The outside shower came in handy to rinse off sandy feet
We will try to book again next year !!

The place was nice; however, paper products were in very short supply. The freezer part of the refrigerator was stuck, meaning it was impossible, at times, to open. The ice maker was working too well. A maintenance person did come out to fix the problem, but it arose again the next day.

No Sheets on beds after I paid for them. Then she gets back to me saying she couldn't find payment So please keep check on that..... They didnt even have toilet paper or soap in the restrooms so bring your own. We had to go out to buy it......... Wish they had some type of entertainment like a pool table or video games upstairs.
But over all we enjoy the trip......

My family spent a week here. The house layout was fantastic! Really nice to have two living room areas on separate floors. We took a few specialty kitchen items like pizza pan and muffin tin but otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Very nice screened porch. Nice sized bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice house
If you rent this house, be sure you check your emails. They do not communicate via VRBO. Huge mix-up because I was checking VRBO and not my emails. Also, be sure you read that all linens (sheets and towels) are an additional cost. Really felt for the cost of the stay and the cleaning fee, linens should have been included. However, once there all was good. Beds are a little squeaky and uncomfortable. Dining room table is sticky with something on it. But overall we had a great stay and had fun!

Wonderful home for a large family getaway
Our family had a wonderful time at this large 7 bedroom home, just one block from the ocean. There is plenty to do in the area, for sure! We were busy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, cycling, playing tennis, and taking long walks on the beach. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac which made it even more quaint, away from the traffic which was super for the dogs. We definitely recommend Edisto Beach for a family vacation. I would try to book this particular home again if I decide to visit this beach again!

This house is absolutely the best for a large family vacation. We had 8 adults and 4 kids. The 7 bedrooms and 2 living areas, 5&1/2 baths,
plus a screened in porch and sundeck, made it so comfortable for all. Close to the beach! What a great time we all had. 😊

Spacious and Beautiful Home with Nice Views
Very impressed with this home and its many features! Plenty of beds and baths for family and guests. Well equipped kitchen and large dining area.Separate living areas enjoyable for squiet space. Plenty of parking. Underneath house is perfect for games and seating. We enjoyed using golf carts for easy beach access. Sea View Ln is quiet and not crowded, with side cut thru at one end of street for carts, bikes or walking. Definitely recommend this house and rental company!

Wonderful Space
Beautiful property that needs some cosmetic repairs. Although the carpets were stained the kitchen cabinets and floor worn, shower curtains falling off it worked well for us as I was not constantly reminding the toddlers and teens not to spill and to be careful. They could do no damage! Loved the two separate living rooms, front porch and screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for 14.
Great location and easy access to the beach, I did not bring any of this to the attention of the rental company as I suspect they had been informed in the past. To their credit they did tell me about the carpets that are to be replaced at the end of the season. We had a fabulous time !

Seaview
My whole family stayed here and had a great time here. The house was beautiful but we LOVED the view from both porches. We only ate one meal indoors. The beach was super close too. We rented kayaks and paddle boards, brought them to the south side of the island and saw sea turtles and so many dolphins. Wow!

Not up to rental standard
The pictures are EXTREMELY misleading. House was so dirty and grimy. It was so bad we didn’t even want to eat out of the kitchen (that ended up having ants) The floors in the bedrooms were carpet and were stained so bad and nasty that my husband and I wouldn’t even walk around without shoes. The couch is extremely worn out and the pillows are nasty. One of the pillows in the bedroom was so old it was deteriorating on the inside and yellow. The outdoor furniture is extremely rusted. This house has potential to be nice but seems as though it has not been very well kept up. For the money you pay this is NOT worth it. I’m glad my son wasn’t there because I wouldn’t have wanted him running around or bathing there. Thankfully the company it was rented through was very kind and moved us to a new cleaner house very quickly.

Great Big House
Great big house with a lovely living room and kitchen. Comfortably slept 15 and very short walk to the beach. A couple little restaurants in driving or biking distance. One restaurant in walking distance with a cute little ice cream parlor. Beach wasn’t crowded at all in September but there were a lot of people fishing. House was clean. Key box entry was simple. A screened patio was nice for dinner and an upstairs patio was perfect for stargazing over the water at night. Lots of parking space too and a great outdoor shower with hot water. Beach tap water isn’t usually great but this was utterly undrinkable. Brackish and slimy. But it’s probably like that on the whole island since they served us bottled water at the restaurants too. It would have been nice to have a recycling bin for all the water bottles we went through. Nice cool air conditioning. Beautiful island to adventure around with Spanish moss. Overall, a really great house for a big group.

The house was in a great location. It had everything we needed!
There were a few issues we had. The refridgerator light went out the first day. The downstairs tv was small (we already knew from other reviews) and would go in and out. The dryer made the most awful noise ever!! A tub in a downstairs room had a crack (that had been repaired before) that leaked underneath the house! The jets in the master tub also did not work. I called on Monday to report the problems (except the jets) and was told someone would be out. When we were packing the truck to leave, a gentleman areived to fix the cracked tub. Other than these issues, we really enjoyed our stay!

Much larger than pictures show
This was our first VRBO rental and I have to say I was pleased. We took our mother's remains out to sea on Mother's Day and this home was more than accommodating for our entire family. With all the coming and going of family from OR, SC, FL & MA there was always enough room for everyone. The kitchen was much larger than the pictures show. I never felt like I was tripping over anyone. The quick access to the beach across the street was wonderful. Location was perfect for us. I loved all the porches. We will be back to visit Edisto for sure.

4 families and they each enjoyed having their own bathroom and did not have to share. The upper deck had a great view of the ocean and was a wonderful relaxing time with a glass of wine and nice breeze blowing. Good experience overall. All things furnished were nice and quality. Only complaint we had was trying to watch college football in the family room on a tiny tiny television (less than 32 inches) was a hassle. But other than a tiny tv in a huge room the stay and home were great!!

It was great. We all had a bed to sleep in, the views of the ocean were wonderful and it was affordable! The owners had just replaced all of the comforters on the beds and they are beautiful.
Quite spoiling to have 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; now that we are home with "just 3" bathrooms! The walk to the beach is very short and the house is laid out so that we could cook and still socialize with everyone.

This was a family reunion (with children) and usually we rent a home and it says it sleeps "x" amount but that means on pull out sofas, etc. This home slept us all in beds, in bedrooms....all 12 of us!
One of us took the key with them to Charleston so the rest of us were locked out; we called Richard and he had someone come over and bring us another key and didn't laugh at us....we were already laughing at ourselves.
We'll be back; hard to find a home like this on Edisto Beach.

Not to Our Standards
This home was not to our standards. Property management had to be contacted to repair protruding nail pops, replace burned out light bulbs and tape over a broken counter top to prevent it from snagging clothing or further cracking. We were advised of the broken counter top the day of our arrival prior to check in. We also had to contact property management about what we considered to be a serious issue with a grill onsite.
Regrettably, we would unequivocally not stay at this property again.

Loved this house
Wow, what a wonderful week in a beautiful house! This house was perfect for our group, that included 6 adults and 2 fur babbies. 2 minute walk to the beach, tried playing corn hole on the beach but was a little to windy but no worries under the house was perfect. Having 3 bedrooms with a full bath in each was perfect. Kitchen, dinning area was plenty big enough and the screening in porch amazing. Will definitly be back next year!
