The house was comfortable and fun and as described in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did have some problems securing the home as some doors and locks were broken.

Fantastic property! Tons of room for our 8 person golf trip, trust me, we could have brought twice as many people with no worries.
Location is great, very close to numerious courses.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna Seca. We were there with 9 total people for my birthday celebration and had a great week. The house is huge and the sound system was great. The games were fun and the pool was lovely. The property manager and all of our contacts were very responsive and even came by multiple times to clean the pool as it was very windy while we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our stay. We used it as a home base for a joshua tree trip, golfing, and had a pool day with yard game’s Olympic. I had 16 adult men and it was plenty of space.

On a guys golf trip, looking for a home with adequate space for 8, with good proximity to a number of golf courses. Plenty of space and accommodations, great pool / spa / outdoor space. No more than 15 minutes to many excellent golf courses. Definitely will look at again for next year’s trip.

We had a great time staying at this house. Plenty of sleep space for 12 guys on a golf trip. Only had a few issues with pool heating as we could not heat the pool or the spas simultaneously. Otherwise the house was amazing. Property manager and owner were easily contacted and responsive via text. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner is without a doubt tue most responsive we’ve ever had with any rental. As there is with all rentals there were a couple minor issues that were promptly dealt with. The house was perfect for our group of four families, 8 adults and 10 kids.

Wow. What can I say- this location was perfection. I stayed here with friends for my 30th birthday. The property was spectacular. From the facilities, to location, to hot tub and yard. My friends and I had a picture perfect experience. It was a luxurious space and well stocked to make food for a big group. Our party was ages 27-70 and everyone loved it. And really enough to joshua tree and the airport - so our group was able to visit the beautiful park as well. 12/10 would recommend to anyone .

We stayed at this house for my husband's 50th birthday extravaganza. There were 14 people all with their own bedroom and most with their own bathroom. The pool was fantastic. Rick was an amazing host and was very attentive to any needs we had. Would definitely rent again.

This property worked very well for a large family gathering. We were 13 adults, and every individual or couple had their own bedroom. The pool area is very nice for large groups as well. All of the furniture accommodated us well, from the many comfortable beds to the large dining table.
The property is in a bit of disrepair, which was disappointing. I shared a list of things that are broken with the property manager, and she was very responsive. If I owned the house, I would take it offline for a month to repair and refresh, then relist it in all its splendor.

This is a nice place to stay. The eighth bedroom is really the kitchen in the casita and two other casita bedrooms have to transit this room to leave the casita. Other bedrooms are spacious and public areas are large and generally well-equipped. We had trouble checking in because of an oversight, not a procedural fault, and we were impacted in only a minor way. There are some minor maintenance issues but none that seriously impacted our overall enjoyment of the facility.

The property more than exceeded our expectations. The shelf in the pool was a game changer for our young grandsons and with the shade provided by the palm trees we spent most of the day in the water. The large living area was great for the evening time together. Rick the owner was extremely helpful and we can’t wait to return next time with one more grandchild.

We had a group of 10 who were staying in Palm Springs for a 40th birthday weekend. Everyone was blown away by the property and it’s amenities. The pool area makes you feel like you are in a resort and it provided just enough privacy for us not to feel like we were too loud. The integrated sound system throughout the property made the stay that much more personalized and fun. Everyone agreed that the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was large enough for a big group to cook for and the fridge large enough for a weekend full of drinking and eating. The host was very accommodating and we look forward to renting it again in the future.

Great property for large groups. Plenty of privacy and common areas. Nice safe gated neighborhood. Kitchen, dining, pool and patio are wonderful for gathering. Location is convenient to other Valley attractions and services. House and furnishings show some signs of wear and tear. Ownership and management responsive and easy to work with.

While the house is large and the pool is large and very appropriate for a family gathering, the property is in sate of disrepair. Doors are falling off hinges, appliances are non-functional, the refrigerator has a permanent leak, towel racks had fallen off, AV system has amateur wiring, TVs not working, piles of trash on the side of the home, and generally dangerous conditions for small children consisting of exposed wiring, broken roof tiles, etc.
Seriously disappointing. Contacted the on-site manager who sent over a worker to pick up trash and promised to meet to discuss other concerns. Was a no-show. Owner has not responded to emails disclosing property short comings.
The property is best suited for a large group of partiers or concert goers, not a family looking for a quality experience.

We had a large group and it was absolutely perfect. It's tough to find a house with so many large bedrooms with King beds. This property was perfect and the hosts were SO accommodating. They even bought new dishes and a kerig before our group arrived. I can't wait to go back!

I would come back in a heart beat. House is beautiful and great for all sizes. Tons of room. House was clean and everything was prepared when we arrived. Excellent property for our family reunion. Nice having 2 houses. Only drawback was the new stove was not installed. We adjusted and used the bbq in the pool house. Great pool and spa.

This was a great property for our family vacation. Fit all 16 of us very well and it had everything fun. Kids and adults had a blast! Needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not detract from the 5 star rating. Rick, Chris and Dawn, were very easy to work with and very responsive. We are planning on coming back again next year. Thanks!

Our West Coast & East Coast families get together a few times throughout the year where in the spring it’s always out West in the desert. This year we opted to get everyone together in a house and San Sebastián was a perfect spot for our four families. We had more than enough room and the kids enjoyed the pool from morning after b’fast to night until dinner. We were in communication with Richard, owner, and Chris, property manager, throughout our stay. When we had questions and we’d reach out they were quick to respond and did their best to accommodate us.
On our last day everyone agreed that the house was absolutely amazing, and it was nice staying in a home with the family vs. at a hotel.

We have been renting desert and mountain vacation homes for our immediate family annually for the last 15 years. We are now at four separate households with 7 children ranging in age from 2 to 15 so its gotten harder and harder to find one that meets everyone's needs. The San Sebastian at Laguna Seca Estates is it! Everyone thought it was a perfect fit and voted to come back here next year.
Over the years we have learned that these homes get some hard use and are always going to have a few little issues. Just the way it is. What becomes important is how responsive the management is in dealing with them. Some do a very poor job. Chris, the onsite manager for this house was AWESOME! He quickly responded to every call or text, was very patient. Given the resources available he made every effort, night or day, to do whatever he could to accommodate our needs, from pool temperatures to bringing in some extra chairs for the breakfast bar. He's the best we have ever had.
Everyone thought it was a perfect fit and voted to come back here next year for sure!

We chose this home for its size and amenities for a 30th birthday party. We were a group of 13 friends and this place worked out great. Each of the rooms are very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone not to share. Great outdoor space with large cabana and pool too!

Both hot tubs broken and one filthy. 4th bedroom in casida actually just a bed in the kitchen. Fire pit unusable. Pool table unusable. Ball couldn't even bounce on tennis table. One side of stove top broken. Outside has great space but needs an upgrade. Might be a great place for a frat party.
